      I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company! Ordered a couple of coins for my grand babies and they overcharged and now have posted another charge to my credit card and their phone number doesnt work. This company should be held accountable for the bogus things they are doing!!!

      I placed a subscription order and it was good for a while. I decided I didn't want to continue with the subscription so I called to cancel it and they assured me it was cancelled. Next thing I know I get charged again. I then tell my bank to stop allowing them to charge me. That works for a while but they continue to send me products. I call and tell them to stop send products and send it back. I then received a letter that they were going to send me to collections! I called and asked them about it and they said have no record of any overdue payments or anything so I let it go. I then receive a final notice to be sent to collections so I call again. They finally find something saying that I owe them. Just to finally get rid of them I pay it and they assured me my subscription is cancelled. A couple months ago by and they charge me again! I've tried calling them and I've charged not letting them charge me and somehow I'm still stuck with them.

      They don't even deserve one star. My husband ordered my personalized wedding ring from them and to this day I still have not received it. He reached out to customer service and got no response back. No money back. No apology. Nothing! He went elsewhere and got me another ring because he felt so bad. Save your money. Don't even waste your time looking at their stuff. You won't see it or get it anyway. How are they still in business? I should have looked at the reviews first. Money down the drain and these people don't care.

      The business does not disclose on the website when ordering that new customers are not eligible to make installment payments. The first order has to be paid in full. This is deceiving to new customers

      Ordered a ********************* Beer Tap they sent me a cheap lighthouse. Then told me that I would have to purchase a new one and because my shipping information was on the package it was what I ordered. Cheats and liars! Dont buy from them!

      Absolutely disgusted, false misleading advertising. I ordered a necklace for my mother for Christmas and it came to me tarnished, gold chain completely blackened. Horrendous company.

      Number one the website in ordering is not correct. I been calling for for whole month about the product I order which is a diamond heart neckless for my daughter.a gift from the heart for Christmas page 47.I order on November 26, 2022 to this day I have not receive it.I called customer service the give me the run around. One told me to order another why would I order another and haven't recd the first one. There was a label creative no one knows where it is.Bradford exchange needs help.Still waiting. Buyers beware long wait for product if every get it.

      I order a personalized caboose train in September. It was supposed to be 3-4 weeks and yet they have changed the delivery date now to the end of January. I sent an email and received the same response it takes 3-4 weeks for delivery. I get a response from customer service with the same words 3-4 weeks and this was after two months! I sent another email and they have not responded. I demanded my money ($111.78) in total. I don't need to be patronized that it's the season because this was way beforehand. What lousy customer service. There should be a no-star rating. I will never, ever recommend or use this company ever again. A total ripoff.

      I would not buy from this company. I ordered **** ****** castle with snow globes. Received 2 castles only ordered one. Then received 16 snow globes which ended all being the same 4 globes I ordered but received 4 of each. I had to return half of what I received. Which took time out of my day. Bradford exchange couldnt explain why this happened. I kept calling for months to receive other globes that were in the collect which was for my niece Christmas gift. After 8 months of back order excuses I canceled order. Then a year later they send 3 snow globes after I canceled and told them they didnt have my permission to charge my credit card but they did anyway. But what they didnt know I had canceled that card. Do not order from this company.
