      This company repeatedly tried to charge me for things that I Did Not Order!!! And now they Continue to send Past Due messages to me!!!!!!!I tried mailing the notices with my declarations of NOT OWING THEM AND TO DESIST IN SENDING THESE NOTICES!       My 89-year-old parent has dementia and received a package from Bradford containing an item that she doesn't remember ordering. I have been trying for 3 days to get them to email a return label to me directly, but it seems to be an impossible ask.I called three times this week. I waited 2-4 hours each time for a call back and then spent between 15 and *********************************************************** the first two calls, customer service insisted on using snail mail (postal service) to send the return label to my mother's shipping address. I explained that if she receives a paper copy of the return label by mail, she will not know what to do with it and will most likely lose or discard it.Bradford agreed during each of the 3 calls to email a return label. To date, I have received no return label. They also claimed that they somehow have trouble sending email to ******** email addresses, which hardly seems plausible.My mother now owes $92 or so unless she returns the item which seems to be next to impossible to do, especially in the absence of a return label.The staff person on the second call also insisted that I provide a power of attorney authorizing me to act on behalf of my parent before they would honour my request to remove her from their mailing list. Not even *********** or the ******** ********************* or the ******** **************** and ***************************** requires a power of attorney or ID to have a person placed on a 'do not mail' or 'do not call' list. What the actual f***? All of this amounts to elder abuse.Please make this right.

      Seems like a scam. Bought a box of checks and received confirmation email. Later that night they charged an extra $5.56 to my credit card without my consent. **************** gave me the runaround. Had to have my credit card company intervene. Received the box of checks but instead of 100 checks there were only 75 in box. How is this legal?

      The online advertisement is deceiving and misleading. I ordered the Peanuts Trick or Treat Village Collection thinking I would receive the items in the picture for *****. I was billed, but received one tiny cheap plastic barn and a small figurine. When I inquired online, it took multiple attempts to contact someone. The representative then informed me that this was part of a subscription that would be continually billed. I asked him to cancel this and issue a return label, which also took multiple attempts to receive. I repackaged everything and sent the item back as instructed. I am still awaiting a refund.

      SCAM!! Do not buy from this company. I have purchased 1 item for my mother for christmas last year and i have been charged 2 or 3 more times since then even though i have called multiple times to have my information removed from their system. They continue to charge my account. They also continue to send marketing emails even though i have unsubscribed every time one is sent. This company is a complete scam!

      I contacted Bradford Exchange on my mothers behalf as her power of attorney and asked that they stop sending items and mailings on 8/3/2022. They indicated that they would take care of it. Instead they continue to send items and have sent mailings for new items (anywhere from 4 to 10 in a day). When I contacted them on 9/2/2022 I was told that I needed to send them a copy of my power of attorney before they would do anything. I was not told where and the person I was talking to did not respond when I asked where. I got total silence.

      BEWARE OF SCAM!!!!!! (negative star rating)I saw an ad for a collectible ***** of ******* coin on ******** and ordered it. It was overpriced, but I liked it , so kept it. THEN - another similar coin arrived in the mail with an invoice. I decided to keep it and paid the balance with a check. Soon afterwards another box showed up with some other item, so I sent it back to the sender as I did not request it. Then they sent me a bill for the item I did not order. Another item just arrived - I will not accept it and will return it again. They keep aggressively sending me items I did not order and pushing invoices on me for these items. This time they changed the address slightly without the name of the company on it so I might get tricked into opening the item and getting tricked into paying them. They do not have a phone number to call for customer service on their website or on any of the letters they send out accompanying the items they ship out. The first time I saw a phone number for them was on the BBB website - very fishy.

      The Bradford Exchange is a con. They hook the elderly into subscriptions that never end and the fine print lets them just keep sending you gifts they charge for (read closely, I think they can send you as much as they want). I told the company to cancel my subscription 15 days ago and yet they still haven't canceled it. Every time they claim they don't have enough information. The first claim they made was that they couldn't find my email address despite the fact it is the email address they show on the bill. Then they took several more days to get around to asking for the credit card number the charges are being made to despite the fact I showed them their own bill with the credit card digits and the email address on it. They have no intention of stopping the subscription. I will have to take special action with my bank in order to stop this fraud. They just made a new charge to my credit card, a full 15 days after I ordered the membership canceled.
