      Very deceptive company. The price they show you when ordering isn't necessarily the price they'll bill you for. I learned that after ordering some checks from them. When I completed my order it came to $44. I even received an email showing my order total came to $44.24. However $83.37 was deducted from my checking account. In the email in fine print they say they can charge you the full price for the checks and not the discounted price they quote you if you're not a first time customer. I would have NEVER purchased these checks for $83!! They shouldn't have misled me into thinking I would only pay $44, which is exactly what they did. I won't be ordering anything from Bradford Checks again and instead use a company that doesn't mislead you and then overcharge you from the price they quote you.

      Bradford exchange is a very difficult process. I ordered checks. They literally went into my account and it said the amount they took out and then they went and credited me so I assumed at that point that they canceled my order I called left my number for them to call me they said they would do so in 10 minutes if I didn't wanna hold I never got a phone call back. I finally reached them this morning. She said no your order is fine by the way going online and checking your order don't even try it. They always say they cant find the order number. I almost ordered new checks thinking OK they clearly have canceled my order for some reason but no, she said your order is fine. They went into the bank to pre-authorize it to see if it was in there and it is not Actually taken until they shipped the checks that makes no sense to me.

      I purchased 2 items from Bradford Exchange on 2/2/2025. It showed accurately on my credit card on 2/6/2025. 20 days later, on 2/26/2025, my credit card bank account showed that I purchased the same 2 items again, which I did not. My account with them shows some kind of plan that I never signed up for or even knew about. None of my order confirmation emails (or any emails from them) show a subscription plan that I signed up for. Complete fraud.

      **************** line is a bunch of recorded promotions targeted to people over 65. I have been trying to tell them the consumer they have been targeting has died an to stop sending things. They've ignored letters a don't have a real customer service line. This is a predatory business focused on seniors.

      This is the biggest scam and ripoff company. I ordered checks in ****** theme and they were rejected in several stores which was embarrassing because the store would hand the check back to me thinking it was fraudulent. I requested my money back from Bradford Exchange and they refused. This is just a despicable way of doing business: selling customers faulty wares and then having them to foot the bill.

      I originally ordered an item 1 time now I am getting charged and I am receiving the items, but when I try to view my order from the link in the email it states I have no orders. I called and pressed 2 for a callback twice in 3 days and have yet to receive a call back. I contacted them through chat and they tell me because I originally ordered as guest I would have to create a new account with a different email address. I don't have another email address. I work in IT and when you sign in you should be able view the items you purchased even if it was originally as guest. The email and payment information are the same. Doesn't make sense. How can I view my orders?? Someone please let me know. I don't think anyone is answering the calls. The first time I waited 20 minutes before putting myself in line for call back and again today I waited 12 minutes before putting myself on call back.. horrible customer service. And to think my mom had shopped with this company before she passed. What a shame.

      Multiple bills for scam items never ordered or received. Terrible business taking advantage of confused elderly. Requested "cancel" in writing multiple times. Cannot get through by phone (left on hold for 20 minutes. Despicable!

      Ordered a model train set and only one item was sent. I never knew about or signed up for some kind of monthly payment plan to get each of the train set items that I thought was included in the price. I returned the one single item that I had been sent by Bradford and closed out everything else to do with this Bradford Exchange account that was created when I ordered the train set. I bought the train set NOT KNOWING this was a monthly kind of payment scheme by Bradford in order to get all the items advertised for the train set! My first time buying anything at Bradford Exchange. Now Bradford continues to send paper PAST DUE bills in my postal mailbox after this has already been resolved! Warning to other people especially seniors stay away from dealing with this company they will try to rip you off.

      Bradford Ex I have been trying to close my account for months and keep getting charged. If you purchasing an item realize they sign you up for a recurring monthly charge even if you do not order merchandise. Worse than the old Album/CD nonsense.

      Ordered a product in October, to be sent in 4 installments. They, without authorization, signed me up for monthly updates at $16.95 a month. I have called and been told it was cancelled yet they are continuing to charge my credit card. I have also emailed **************** a dozen times and just get a run around. I have ALSO contacted my credit card company and are awaiting results since December. The card has been charged twice since complaint filed, They have also NOT sent the fourth shipment.
