I have had multiple issues getting Endurance to pay for repairs. I purchased their warranty services for 2 of my cars - they have found multiple reasons to not pay for repairs, but the most recent one is the most egregious. Even the service writer, ***** ****, stated that he has deals regularly with extended warranty companies and he has never encountered one that tried to do what the attached email is showing. Essentially, the cost of taking the turbo apart to diagnose that its broken is about 90% of the full repair itself. Im going to assume they know this, and are using the diagnostic as a way to reduce their exposure. Im obviously not the only customer to experience this because there is an open class-action lawsuit against them filed in March of 2025: ***********************************************************************************************.Business Response

I am filing a complaint against Endurance Warranty Services, LLC, contract number EVPU8011379, regarding unauthorized charges to my ********************* account after I cancelled my vehicle service contract within the 30-day trial period. I attempted to cancel the contract on September 9th, 2024, September 20th, 2024, October 15th, 2024, and January 10th, 2025, via email (copies attached), clearly stating my intent to cancel and requesting a refund. Despite this, Endurance continued to debit my account for $157.88 each month. I sent a formal complaint letter on May 16th, 2025 (copy attached), reiterating my cancellation request and demanding a refund. Despite these repeated attempts, Endurance has failed to respond appropriately or issue a refund. I also filed a dispute with ********************* on May 9th, 2025, which was unfortunately unsuccessful (bank correspondence attached). I have attached all relevant correspondence and request a full refund and the cancelation of the contract within the 30-day trial period.Business Response

My last email on Fri, May 30 at 8:23 AM clearly stated this preference (attached). On August 30, 2024, the consumer purchased Endurances Superior vehicle service contract that allows for a full refund if the cancellation occurs within he first 30 days of purchase. After that period, a pro-rata refund is issued based on time-in-force, mileage elapsed, and any previously paid claims, if and when applicable.
On June 6th, 2025, the vehicle service contract was cancelled. In the interest of good customer **********************, a full refund of $1,420.92 was processed and is expected to be mailed on June 10th, 2025.

Got auto warranty with endurance. My transmission went out. Ive only had vehicle approximately 6 mnths. The dealer promised all maintenance was up to date. Endurance said they wouldnt cover any cost because its my fault the transmission failed because the torque converter went bad and threw metal shavings into transmission and therefore its my fault. A year or so later engine light came on, the shop said timing belt and water pump. Again they wont cover any costs. Said when I get vehicle serviced I did not get timing chain serviced. Nobody pulls engine to check timing chain every time they get service on car. Pretty much same with water pump. They refuse to cover. I requested full refund of what I paid policy for. The garage said they deal with endurance all the time and they never pay. They said refund is pro rated. I have paid it off in full. They said they couldnt tell me off hand what amount they would refund me, that the could send paperwork. This is second occasion I requested full refund. I either want all my repairs paid in full including rental car or my full refund. This company is mis leading and they lie. On phone they said on all my repairs they would pay, including rental car.Business Response

I purchased a extd warranty from Endurance on 4/17 I spoke with ***** ***** he assured me my vehicle was covered. I asked about the engine, water pump, AC etc where i was assured it was all covered my car has 147k miles technically everything is preexisting. Assured me I was covered. I am a firefighter and I drive from station to station which are far distances from each other, I wanted to make sure my vehicle was covered. normal wear and tear not covered tires or belts. Approx 5 days ago my vehicle started making a noise that went away I asked a few people if they heard it they said no. Then on the way to diff station my car slowed down and the check engine light begin to blink. Contacted repair shop I was referred to, w/ no response. Although the light went away the car was making a noise now. I went to endurance website and booked a appointment for 5/22. There is no lights flashing or issue with the vehicle outside of the noise. The new repair shop listened to my car and called Endurance. My water pump and timing belt tensioner need to be replaced (both items that need to be replaced over time) Endurance states that because it didnt happen between 5/17 and 5/22 its not covered and is a pre existing condition. They said that because of the state of tensioner it couldnt have happened in that time frame however I put a lot *** of miles on this car because of work (which would explain a worn condition i put 2k miles on my veh in a month) I brought my veh in when I heard a noise again there was nothing indicating a issue, and it still drives as good as the 1st day I got it. The repair company told me to call Endurance. I was told by the 1st representative that it had to be a catastrophic event for it to be covered, which is not in my contract. I asked to speak with a mnger and a Sr ********* called and accused me of lying when I found out she wasnt a manager she tried to convince me they would say the same. I have yet to be contacted by a mnger, this is not right.Business Response

The consumer purchased the vehicle service contract on 4/17/25.The contract has a 30-day and 1,000-mile waiting period, both of which must elapse before breakdowns are eligible. Any failure that first occurs before the end of this period is not eligible for coverage.
On 5/23/25, the consumers repair facility filed a claim under the contract. At the time of the reported breakdown, the vehicle was 6 days outside the waiting period.
The repair facility reported bearing failure to the water pump and that the timing belt tensioner was over extended. They recommended the replacement of the water pump and the tensioner. As only 6 days had elapsed since the end of the waiting period and the failures were longer term and not immediate, sudden failures that would first occur outside of the waiting period, the terms of the contract excluded the repair per section VIII (G) of the contract, which states that coverage is not provided for:
G. For any Pre-Existing Condition, for any Breakdown that occurs, or begins to occur, prior to the expiration of the Waiting Period or reported after the Expiration Date or Mileage, or if the information provided by You, or the Licensed Repair Facility cannot be verified as accurate or is found to be deceptively inaccurate. Pre-Existing conditions are not covered.

I am rejecting this response because: I spoke directly to the **** with Consider it fixed auto repair who stated this definitely should have been covered. He then recommended additional warranty companies that dont attempt to get over on consumers by claiming pre existing conditions. This vehicle had 1800 miles put on it from 4/17 to 5/22 the date that my car started acting up and making the noise was after the 30days and far beyond the 1000 mile requirement. If the failure happened on day 31 it should still be covered per YOUR contract so it doesnt matter if its 1 day after or 6, I paid 2 months of coverage for a premier service and was turned away and talked to rather poorly and still had to pay 1400 on top of that. Again there was no lights other then a maintenance due SOON or anything to indicate there was anything wrong as soon as the car started making noise I took it in. Both the water pump and timing belt tensioner are covered items under this warranty you are just choosing not to honor it based of past biases with other consumers which was indicated in multiple conversations at one point I had to ask if I could complete my sentence because I was interrupted so many times. The resolution department came in saying what he would be willing to do which did not include paying the bill there was no attempt to actually hear what I was saying or take the things I was saying under consideration , he had his mind. This warranty company just did not want to pay the claim, I could have went with another company and not been accused of being a liar and attempting to cheat a system. Typically i just let things go and roll with the punches life throws, but this is NOT RIGHT! I took the proper steps to make sure I was covered even paid for it. If you all are doing me like this and I actually did the right thing there is no telling how many others there are. I would like my money reimbursed.

I am rejecting this response.For the past three years, I have received persistent and unwanted marketing emails from Endurance ************. These emails occur multiple times per day and have accumulated into several thousand messages, despite my repeated efforts to unsubscribe and block them.
Details of the Issue:
Endurance ************ appears to use deceptive practices to continue spamming customers. Specifically, they frequently change the sending email address, making it impossible to effectively block or filter the messages. This behavior suggests a deliberate attempt to bypass spam filters and avoid consumer control over email communications.
I have never consented to receive this volume of communication, and my attempts to unsubscribe have had no impact. The relentless email spamming has been disruptive, frustrating, and is clearly not aligned with ethical marketing practices.
Resolution Sought:
I am requesting that Endurance ************ immediately cease all email communication with me, including any messages sent from alternate or rotating email addresses. I also ask that they provide confirmation that my contact information has been removed from all of their mailing lists and databases.
Additionally, I would like the BBB to investigate this business for potential violations of consumer protection or email marketing laws.

I have a Contract with Endurance Warranty Svces. The Plan I have with them covers all my Auto Repairs that is stated in my contract. I took my car in to the Sun Devil Auto Shop, they looked at my vehicle, it needed Multiple Repairs which are all covered in my contract. I am rejecting this response because:I never heard of this person from Endurance, and simply as stated , they denied ALL repairs. Look at the commercials,as stated B4 They have a Very large ClassAction Suit against them that I am part of for the EXACT same reason. They DO NOT honor their Contract, They STALL and LEAD their customers thru lies, most customers IF and thats a big IF their vehicle is repaired waited a Minimum of 3MONTHS!! for the repair. 80% of claims are denied right of the Bat. I had to use my PERSONAL ************** to fix my car. Like I said , I am a 100% Permanent and Total Disabled Veteran, I need mt car for my MANY V.A appts woith ***** Surgeons etc.

I personally checked different car insurance repair companies and went with Endurance. I specifically asked them regarding coverage for the air conditioner unit and parts. They specifically told me the plus plan I was getting covered all of that. Eight months later now my AC went out and they are refusing to fix and replace my AC unit as well as the thermostat system which is overheating the car. They have acted in BAD FAITH and I do not recommend this company by any means because they have LOOP Holes and will not cover things that theyre supposed to.?DO NOT purchase any Endurance repair policy - Steer clear of Endurance Just spoke with ***** a supervisor in ***** and he wasnt willing to budge or do anything to live up to their end of their stated agreement. ?Business Response

I took my 2020 Jeep GC to Warwick Dodge on May 22, 2025 due to it making a noise. I was advised by the service technician that the idler pulley needed to be replaced. I told him I had a warranty contract with Endurance. The service technician called to submit the claim, and was advised that my policy was on hold and they would not process the claim. I had no choice but to pay for fees as I couldn't leave with my vehicle in the condition it was in. I contacted Endurance myself today 05/23/25 to ask to be reimbursed. I was advised they would not reimburse me. I was then sent to an account manger only to be told that even though my account was on hold she could see that my payment was pending, and the claim should've been approved. Then I was told I should've called. I advised her that I can not call to submit a claim, and the dealership was only advised that my account was on hold and that my claim could not be processed. Again I was told I should have called. I also had an issue June of 2024 when Endurance advised the same dealership to do a tear down so that claim adjuster could see the part that needed to be replaced only to deny the claim, and my truck sat at the dealership in pieces and I had to pay for that out of pocket as well.Business Response
