1 starRecently, (as of this morning) Endurance has yet again declined to cover a claim. They dragged their feet is making a determination. This time, it is my truck's transmission. Last time, it was the alternator. There is always a reason why it isn't covered. They are not in the business of helping their customers they are in the business of collecting premiums and that is all. Customer ********************** is terrible. While on the phone is a representative, all they wanted to do is sell me another product. Extremely frustrating. I will be canceling my policy and I will be leaving reviews reflecting my experience wherever I can. I will do my best to ensure no one else experiences the same thing.Review fromDonna R

I been a customer with ********************** for going on 5 years had no problem with the company I will see if I can extend my contract with Endurance. Worst customer ********************** communication I have ever experienced. They did not answer a call or return a call when I left my number in the prompt to return my call and not lose my place in line. Their adjuster was unprofessional with my shop and have ultimately denied my claim due to inaccurate information/communication. I would not recommend this product to anyone and would steer clear. Their idea of answering questions is to not say anything so they do not have to be accountable to the conversation.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

My experience with the customer ********************** **** ***, was wonderful. *** took great care of me and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the plan offered. We recently had to have a major repair done on our truck and Endurance paid all of it except for $26.00 which was the tax on the part. Just outstanding coverage and service. While I was at it, I called to renew and extend the coverage and spoke with ******* who provided great customer **********************, explaining all that would be covered and he took the time to answer all my questions.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.
