I called to cancel in April 11, 2025 and they are still charging me! Then they claim they made a mistake and can not refund. I paid in April and May 2025 and they refuse to help me with this issue.
I do not recommend these companies. They just take your money, they wont fix your car and they do not disclose terms before you pay them. High pressure sales is gross. These people need to stop taking advantage of others.

1 starEndurance does not cover all the cost of a repair, I had my vehicle in an Independent repair shop and Endurance found the part cheaper at a local auto-parts store and I had to pay the price difference. Like all business i am sure the repair shop marked the price up from what they purchased it at.. They would not cover my Struts even thought my coverage says it covers struts, but because the manufacture has Strut/Shock in the description they would not cover it, because my warranty does not cover shocks., only struts. I am sure the $700.00 price per strut also had Endurance not wanting to cover my claim. Even through picture shows a spring around the part, (which means it is a strut) would not convince them to cover the claim, they only went off the manufacture description. First understand, endurance will argue and debate every review. any employee is paid to do this. ignore their bs responses for every person you read here. people are trying to warn you. ignore endurance creative, crafty, bs *************** scam. do not use Endurance for a used car. they'll sound great getting you into the door, but the claims process is where they s**** everyone. unfortunately you wont see this review until it is too late, but if you do, call and cancel your contract immediately because when you do have a claim they're going to do everything they can to deny it. my radio broke, i had the additional electrical coverage. specifically, it was the radio amplifier on a navigator that broke. they said that because it was the amplifier, and not the actual components associated with the radio they denied coverage. if you do pay for "high tech" addon, just know that your amplifier which is part of your radio system, is not covered. also, the wires that connect your radio to your speakers, is not covered either. They will literally pick you and apart and find a way to get out of paying on anything that is not as clear as day. I was advised that ******** is a much better card warranty company. i was sold on "endurance is the biggest, endurance pays out the most claims, etc" its all bs. the claims department is awful. if they can get out of it, they will, and you'll be stuck holding the bag as i was. do not use this company- their sales people are good to get your in the door and signup- buyer beware.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.
