      Was at work and I recieved a phone call and I answered. I work as a Cashier in a general store and was stocking, so I had the opportunity and time to answer a quick phone call. The lady on the other end told me everything was "time sensitive" and that I should "ask your Manager for time to step aside." I told her 6 (SIX) times "I am at work. I cannot step aside and take a long phone call, I thought this was another number." She did not want to hear or accept it and continued to tell me how "time sensitive" everything was and that this may end up causing bad remarks or reviews toward my credit history if I try to apply later? I didn't understand what that meant being that I would never go through them.I also told her I already have insurance and was just looking to see what other cheaper quotes may be available. She didn't accept the fact I told her I already have insurance and continued to talk. She TRIED cutting me off, but I spoke over her and halfway through her final sentences I just ended the phone call. Absolutely disrespectful and will NEVER recommend or go through this company for any type of insurance whatsoever. Do better.

      I input my info online for a quote, they called me immediately after submitting my info and the sales man was extremely pushy and went on and on about the benefits of their plans so I had to cut him off and he got really upset and started yelling at me ???? i said well I'm sorry but you keep going on about irrelevant things and I'm trying to ask some specific questions and he just kept saying I'm rude and maybe I am but he's more rude not letting me talk. Bad experience. Needless to say, I'm not buying a contract from them lol

      It was easy to sign up for coverage. They promised anything happened to major component it will be coverwd. When it was time to file a claim they denied. Then when I was ofterred to upgrade. Now I have alternator issue but was denies by exception. Their answer was, did you read the contract. Extremely disappointed

      This company is absolutely horrible. They boldly lie to customers. There is an active class action suit against Endurance Warranty for their illegal business practices and breach of contracts repeatedly. The ******************* has issued warnings concerning doing any business with the company. I would strongly advise heeding this recommendation. It is a complete and total failure as a company and their goal is to exploit consumers. ****** ******* should be ashamed of her association with this company. She looks utterly ridiculous speaking on their behalf.

      I was very surprised that the process was easy and not high pressure. Everything was explained in a clear manner with time to ask questions. I talked to several other auto warranty companies, they were high pressure "you need to purchase now to get the best deal" etc. I am glad I checked around.

      This is the second warranty that I’ve had with this joke of a company. I called in before upgrading my Jeep and they assured me that the upgrades wouldn’t void my warranty. After I needed warranty coverage they came up with some BS about my tires being too large on their scale. This was after I called in to verify before I did the work. They are an absolute joke and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone for anything

      recvd letter w/a different person's first name on it. tt 2 people. very unhelpful. wanted to get off their mailing list. said i couldn't because i didn't have coverage. horrible experience. told them i am reporting to BBB, he said it won't do any good. i said i had coverage & he kept repeating i didn't. i do thru my dealer all he wanted was more information. there should be a way to stop these letters & get off the list that is listed on the letter. if i ever receive another one, i am calling their corporate office.
