They don't tell you that you must have 1000 miles under the warranty before you can use it. They only tell you that you must have it 30 days.

I spoke with a customer ********************** representative about making a payment arrangements for the 30th of May and she claims she made a note of it on file so they won't take any money out my account because I stated that there be no funds until the 30th . And they went along anyway and did a payment off my card on the 24th now I owe my credit union $111 plus $35 for no funds in my account ...meaning what's the part of making a payment arrangements if they are not going to listen to their customers...I'm so mad ??Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

He has a great personality and he had a lot of patience and answering all of my questions. Customer ********************** is very important.. I hope you appreciate what you have in ****.
