Paid for their "Supreme Plan". Vehicle required 5500$ in repairs. Endurance wouldn't pay a cent. Such a scam company. Save your money and RUN!!!!!

This company is a scam. I had a $10,000.00 motor breakdown 325 miles from home. They didn't cover a hotel stay, a rental to get me home or the $10,000.00 motor repair. I have payed them $5,000.00 for a supreme repair contract plus the motor repair. This contract was the best they offered and was supposed to cover everything. It took 3 weeks to get parts to the dealer, so I had to leave the truck behind and go back in a month to pick it up. It was a know lifter issue that ** has had for a few years now with their 5.3 engine, but Endurance still denied the claim. This company does not honor their warranty, they find ways to get out of honoring their warranties. i purchased a premium warranty thoough them, my contract clearing states they cover struts, at first they tried to say my vehicle did not have struts in the rear, I made sure I got two separate opinions, one from the dealership, and one from my 35 year certified mechanic. I knew I could trust him, the part is a strut assembly kit for the rear, when they realized that the car did not come with shocks in the rear, as proven by dealership and my mechanic of 35 years, they tried to nit pick the warranty and state that it was the seals and gaskets on the strut that they did not cover, bottom line is it was the strut that failed. I filed the claim twice, without seeing any pictures or proven video from the dealership, within two minutes they denied my claim first time they stated my car had shocks not struts on the rear, when they realized their error, they changed the the reasons to seals and gaskets on the strut, bottom line is they were splitting hairs, pointing out on my warranty that seals and gaskets werent covered, bottom line is they found a way out of replacing the strut. After spending over 20 hours on the phone with these people, they denied me a third time.I talk to three differnent *******s, two of them never returned my call, they all told me differnent things that contradicted each other. the third ******* is the one that denied based on the seals and gaskets on the actual part,I could tell a lot more but they only allow 2000 characters! JUst don't use this company they are liars and theives!!Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.
