False advertising, they say you save$1400 because they'll pay$400 for a $1400 repair. Most shops don't take what they pay. They'll send you some place shady where they will keep your car for two weeks for a normal one or two day repair. Half the time they will deny it saying it's not covered. Other shops will agree to do the repair only if you pay for what they have to do which they say is not covered. Other times you bring your car in for something and they say you need three or four other repairs , because they paid so little to make it worthwhile for the shop . Then all of a sudden the unnecessary repairs start breaking down because of shoddy workmanship. Very misleading. Find a reputable shop and just pay on your own, modern day cars rarely need major repairs.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

What they sell you is not what they provide you with; buyer beware! I've been without my vehicle for 5 weeks due in part to their delay in beginning the claim and basically forcing me to use their supplier for the part. It was sold as take your vehicle to any repair facility, but the fine print definitely limits your repair options. Customer ********************** can never answer questions, they tell me their account managers cannot make outbound calls to discuss my concerns, and to deal with my claim I need to deal with multiple companies and countless phone calls. I would not recommend this company to anyone.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

Do not buy an extended warranty, specially from this company. They are a horrible company that just sell lies to people. They asked me for receipts which I provided and the claim was declined. They only care about taking peoples money but not actually doing what they are paid for. Extended warranties is the worst business for customers. The company tries to find any way possible to not cover vehicle. I paid in 2400$ and had one 140$ claim. They refunded me 500$. They say refund takes 4-6 weeks. It was over 9 weeks before I received my refund. Would not recommend this company to anyone.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

Endurance is a scam Ive been with them since 2021. Renewed contract twice. Today may 13 2025 my mechanic put in a repair order two failed Turbo Chargers . It took 15 minutes for endurance to deny my claim. Four years as customer ******* money to be denied when Im covered. I cancelled all business with them $6000 over four years only to be denied on the first claim. ScammersEndurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.
