      I was having a really bad experience until I talked to *********. She made a bad day a good one. I totally appreciate her to the moon. It was great to talk to a "real person". If she hadn't helped me I was going to cancel.

      Theyre a joke ! I put my vehicle in the shop and was told what was wrong. Endurance told the shop I would be responsible for the labor for the break down of the motor and there wasnt a guarantee that they would cover the motor. When its listed in the contract. They only refunded me half of my money and said they refunded it because of nonpayment when they got it off my bank card faithfully every month. 1 out of 10 I wouldnt recommend.

      I purchased an extended warranty, two and a half years ago, on a pre-owned *** 7-Series. It met all of the requirements(Make and Model, and low mileage) for being covered by Endurance. My Contract Purchase Price was $4956. The Waiting Period, 30 Days and 1000 Miles, was no problem because the car ran good; and still does. I took my vehicle to the dealership on three different occasions for repairs. Each time there was an attempt to file a claim, it was denied. When I called and talked to a CSR, I was told that the part wasnt covered. When selling the different warranty packages, those individuals that the costumers talk to will not tell all of the things that arent covered. For instance, one of my issues is with the Valve Stem Seals, resulting in oil leaking. Endurance denied the claim because they said that seals are not covered under my plan, because of the age of the vehicle; yet they insured it. That wasnt told to me when the representative indicated that I was getting the top package. He didnt tell me that it wasnt the companys top package. It was the top package for my vehicles Make and Model. That was definitely a deceptive sales tactic. I was paying for the warranty in installments, and had been paying for twenty-two months, and had paid a little over $3500 so far. The third denial was the final straw! I canceled the contract. Why would I continue to pay Endurance and get absolutely no service from them?!? I can put that money towards getting my vehicle fixed. And to think, I used to brag to friends about having the top rated warranty company covering my vehicle. Ive face embarrassment when telling them that Endurance denied fixing my vehicle. Ive been teaching and coaching for over thirty years, and feel as though Endurance played me. I definitely wont recommend this warranty company to anyone.

      Endurance was really nice when they wanted to sell you a policy. They told me I was getting the top policy and that it covered front to back except regular maintenance. First time I file a claim, DENIED. You only have the basic policy. The amount Ive paid every month is not for the basic policy. Now I try to reach them on the phone and was on hold for over 45 minutes. Finally hung up. This place is predatory scammers
