I was sold lies. I was told over the phone when buying my policy that my oil changes 3 a year would be free (much more was supposed to be free as well turns out it it not). This however was a lie come to find out. They only cover $50 of the oil change. They also said I could use any shop I wanted and give the shop my client card and the shop would do the rest. When the shop called for payment Endurance would not pay and said I would have to fill for ************* after. So I did and only was reimbursed $50. When I questioned the ************* amount I was just sent a copy of my policy with the $50 max ************* highlighted. Make sure you know what you are getting because the sales team is selling lies.

I call Endurance warranty And Spoke With ****! When i tell you She was the Best .She explain everything i needed to know. lol. i know i needed her to repeat things. I'm glad I have an extended warranty. They pay for numerous things but the things that have gone wrong with my car wasn't covered good thing it didn't cost me an arm and a leg or of pocket. I did have I major problem that they cover but the dealership worded it wrong but it was the same part so they didn't cover it luckily I found out I had a warranty on that specific part and I only had to pay for labor but in all honesty I would recommend getting an extended warranty because the out of pocket expense is going to cost a lot more.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

I bought an extended warranty. My steering drag link started having issues. Took it in for service. According warranty book of covered parts, the steering drag link components should have been covered, but it was denied because the adjuster stated that the steering drag link components will never go bad, and it was not covered. I called endurance customer **********************, they put me on a 10 sec hold then call disconnect cycle every time i called (30 times). Now I am trying to get a full refund because of their deceptive ********* am having a hard time getting a hold of their accounting support. This is a terrible warranty company. Personal I think they should be shut down for deceptive sales practices.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.
