Terrible experience. When I bought the extended warranty I had specific concerns and questions and I was assured that they were all covered. I was even told that I can use any mechanic that I choose. That is false. All of the mechanics that I have used in the past notified me that endurance insurance is too much of a headache and they dont deal with them. I wound up dealing with somebody who I have never dealt with before. I ended up paying more than double than the actual warranty paid. In addition I still dont have air-conditioning for my vehicle which when I take it back in theyre going to probably come with a loophole for not paying that as well im sure I will have to probably pay another $100 deductible. I have AAA and I couldve gotten my car towed anywhere I wanted to in less than an hour. I went through endurance insurance and it turned out to be a four hour process. I am supposedly covered for seven years with this warranty and I purchased this warranty when my vehicle was only four years old. If nothing is getting taken care of now, I dont see how anything is going to be covered for my vehicle in the future. I dont have any confidence in them. I would like for them to deduct the money that they spent and refund my money and cancel the warranty if they refuse to take care of my air conditioner. Theres no sense in keeping a warranty thats not going to cover anything. My last complaint is I AM NOT A CAR GUY OR ME MECHANIC! I have no idea what Im looking at of how to check someones work. Apparently one of the mechanics that worked on my vehicle left a s**** loose and it eventually punctured the radiator which that is another loophole that got endurance insurance out of paying for it. Again I want my money back and please cancel my warranty if you cant find a way to solve this.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.
