To whom it may concern, Ms ********************* is a very good and hard working staff of your company, she is very polite, knowledgeable about her job and the best way to help a customer like myself who was on her way out of your business, she was able to help me see the better part and the reason to keep my contract, with these Ms ***** is my best customer relation of the year.

My vehicle went in for service on Friday November 4th. It needed some sort of module which was very expensive and Endurance wanted to send over a guy to review the claim. As of today November 9th no one has shown up at the dealership. I understand being busy, but if you can't show up then call or accept pictures from the dealership. My vehicle is still sitting there waiting to be worked on. I am waiting on a callback regarding a rental vehicle of which they will pay $30 a day for a *** of 5 days. That basically means we will be splitting the rental fee. I can live with that I guess, what choice do I have. So ****************.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

I purchased this service agreement 9/2020 and have been paying monthly. This is for my son's car and and he recently needed to file a claim. The mechanic informed my son that the claim could not be approved because there was a mile discrepancy and they needed the bill of sale to confirm the mileage at the time the car was purchased. I spoke to customer ********************** and they told me as soon as the document was received the claim would be approved. My son emailed the doc twice and both times they claimed to have not received it. I spoke to another representative and he provided his personal email. The doc was emailed a 3rd time and when talking to another rep to confirm it was received we were told there was no time frame for the doc to be reviewed because they were really busy. My sons car had been sitting at the repair shop for 5 days without being worked on and is still there as I write this review. This feels like a scam. If the information was not sufficient for a claim to be paid then it should have been brought to my attention before taking a dime out of my account. I plan on canceling my policy and filing a formal complaint.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.
