Why every time I call to cancel the rep ********* lie and say They're going to transfer me and no one will NEVER come on the line. I've called MULTIPLE TIMES and no one will assist me. You guys are a BIG SCAM!!!!!!!!!Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

My transmission was bad and it is covered by my warranty but they want me to pay for a transmission tear down before they will consider covering this transmission once I pay for the tear down it is still not guaranteed that they will fix it they want to know what caused the transmission to go bad the cost of a tear down is **** dollars this company is a scam and I will not recommend anyone I know to do business with Endurance my best friend got this to get this warranty but I will call her asap to cancel her warranty any my husband supervisor got this too because I recommended it but never again will I speak good of Endurance please beware of this warranty service nothing but a scamEndurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

Bought a contract. Reviewed for 3 days. Tried to cancel several times and was transferred and placed on hold for 45 minutes. When I finally spook with **************** (a floor manager) he spent several minutes challenging my decision, questioning me repeatedly, and even said it was "irrational" for me to cancel. Great customer relations :-(((( From this conversation alone I would never recommend Endurance to anyone!Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

The unbelievable energy, time that you were on hold, and amounts of calls that were dropped is unbelievable! I was with this company two years and for the first time needed to make a claim over a seal/gasket. They told me that was not covered only major repairs..so I asked them that sense would it make To have my daughter be driving this car break down because the transmission locked up, have them pay for the roadside assistance, the hotel, and a brand new transmission instead of a $205.81 seal. When I asked them if I could upgrade my warranty they said yes but since this was pre-existing and already a claim it wouldnt be coved either! I am currently still on hold and have been for 10 minutes to cancel. Someone picks up and then puts me back on hold! Do not under any circumstance use this as your warranty company I am shocked that the Better Business Bureau gave them a B- They need to be put out of business.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

They lied about everything when its time to have ur vehicle repaired they will denied ur claim and take your money and stated they will refund ur money only partial payment was sent back and it takes 30 days or more they scam people out there moneyEndurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

I purchased a policy from Endurance Warranty Services and was told that it was a 5 yr (60 months) policy/contract and that I would be making payments for 3 yrs (36 months). The agent said that I would be making the initial payment for the policy plus a $20 processing fee. Then Endurance Warranty Services supposedly turned the contract over to another company to collect the remaining payments; however, when I went to make my next payment, I noticed that the account summary showed that I supposedly did NOT make any payments towards the 36 months payments. When I called Endurance Warranty Services I was told that the initial payment was made to them and not the company that was handling the processing of future payments. When asked why the payment that was made to them was not deducted from the remaining number of payments, I was told that was how it was done. I then told the representative that is not how it should be done but rather false advertising on their part and that Endurance Warranty Services was in essence trying to collect an extra payment which was NOT part of the contract. I told them I did not sign up for that and was not going to be a party to this type of underhanded business practice and that I wanted to cancel the policy and would be reporting this matter to the BBB. I was placed on hold by the representative and had been on perpetual hold for at least 30 minutes before I was thinking of ending the call but didn't. It is also very disappointing that Endurance Warranty Services is supposedly a ************** since I own that type of vehicle. Stay away from this company and what appears to be shady business practices.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

This company practices shady advertising. Their mailings lead you to think that your existing auto warranty is going to be up or that it costs more and you need to call and up your policy by paying Endurance Warranty additional money. NONE of this is the case. They have NOTHING to do with dealer and manufacturer direct warranties and will mislead you thinking you aren't covered, when you are. When trying to cancel, they kept harrassing us and telling us why we needed to stick with their coverage. They also were not happy having another representative of the insured on the call and asked who I was and if we were playing games. When calling to cancel we kept getting transferred repeatedly, put on hold, and disconnected. After multiple calls and hold periods, we talked to a person who was short and not professional. They were telling us how it wasn't their fault and we were the ones who wanted to cancel the policy. Didn't we want done what we were calling about. Strongly recommend staying away. False and misleading advertising and horrible customer ********************.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

I spoke with a rep over the phone to purchase an extended warranty. After going over the terms and options, I asked to see a copy of the contract but they said I had to pay first to see a contract. They assured me that I can cancel in 30 days and receive by deposit back. Weird but I said ok, when I got the contract in the mail it was different than what we agreed upon on the phone. They couldn't honor the original contract so had to cancel. I will keep this review updated to see if they give me a full refund.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

Worthless warranty. Every claim they said was a preexisting condition. it is a 2014 so everything is 8 years old. They knew the age of the vehicle when warranty was purchased. Then when I asked for a refund, they want the milage notarized even though the dealership just sent them the milage. They also sent an inspector out and he saw the milage. They are just hoping that you won't go through the extra step, so they don't have to refund your money.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.
