Avoid using this company for your extended auto warranty at all costs. They denied a claim stating the failure was because of mechanical wear before our contact began... which is going to be most part failures because this is an EXTENDED warranty. Seems they will find any way possible to deny a claim. On top of them denying claims their call wait times seem to over 30 minutes unless you are calling to sign up.Update: Company is requiring I get a notary to stamp my cancellation letter before they will stop charging me $250/month for their "warranty" while I'm trying to find a way to pay for the $12,000 engine. Strange because I didn't need a notary to sign up for this scam. Do not believe anything this company or employees tell you.

Awful..misleading..legal scammers. I have submitted several claims for various things...ALL DENIED. The latest is my back latch for my SUV. Claim denied. I will be canceling ASAP. I don't need to pay for repairs AND pay Endurance also.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

I keep getting letters from them regarding a warranty policy on my new car. The vehicle that matches what they are saying in the letter has a 10-year 100,000-mile warranty on it, so I don't want or need a warranty with them. I have called at least 10 times to speak to ********************************* the Vehicle protection coordinator whose name is on the letter. She is a fictitious person; she does not exist. I want this company to remove my address from their database and stop sending me these letters. This company is a scam.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

Contacted by this company regarding my extended warranty. Didn't initially realize they are not the company I purchased my extended warranty with so called them. First person I spoke with lied to me so I knew something was fishy. Spoke to an EXTREMELY rude, threatening, and aggressive customer ********************** rep who would not answer my questions unless I asked him the same question multiple times. He said something and when I asked him to clarify he immediately said, "I didn't say that." His rudeness was shocking (he literally told me I am not smart enough to understand what he was saying). When I asked him why he was trying to scare me (he was throwing out numbers about how risky my car is and saying things like, "on any day in this country the same make and model of your car is in the shop somewhere. It's not 100% reliable." I burst out laughing at the idiocy of that statement because DUH, what IS 100% reliable? NOTHING. OF COURSE there will always be a car in the shop. WHO CARES?), he said, "I'm not trying to scare you!" Then he asked me why I was so angry. After I hung up on him I have received FOUR letters in the mail begging me to become a customer. This company is aggressive, dishonest (the man I spoke with told me MANY TIMES about the "hundreds of open tickets" on my car. Guess what? The last one was issued OVER 5 YEARS AGO. He also told me they have 5 stars and are backed by the BBB.) and should be AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

I was lied to about my coverage! I was told it covered everything with my drive train and engine, took car to the shop and it covered nothing! Then in the cancellation department the lady admitted that there are tricks in my contract!Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

Vehicle was in a accident & was a total loss. Tried to contact Endurance Warranty to cancel policy numerous times & was left on hold & mysteriously disconnected each time. Definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone!! If I'm having this many issues trying to cancel, I can only imagine the trouble I would have attempting to get a repair!Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

RIPOFF! They send you a contract AFTER they consider you enrolled. When you refuse the contract they will not give you your money back. Contract is very poorly written and does not tell you all you need to know and then they still hold you to the contract even if you disagree with it and want to cancel. ***** had car chex and it was no good, he called and canceled, and recieved his refund pretty fast. I saw endurance was rated higher so I called. I was told that I had the best coverage, had nothing to worry about,, I was mislead. Turned out when my vehicle needed repairs the claim was denied because it wasn't the better coverage they offered!! So I call to cancel, on hold forever, told to submit notarized letter of cancelation, and refund would be sent back within 4 to 6 weeks, that was a lie!! I have had to call several times, through being passed from one person to the next, on hold constantly. And let me tell you some of their customer reps were rude, dismissive and spoke with haughty attitudes. The last guy I spoke to, his name is ***** , was disputing the name I gave of previous rep, I had spoken to, he said no such individuual worked there, later he said oh I see his name here, I apologize. Really??? basically he called me a liar. Never again will I get involved with these people. Buyer beware!! Didnt even want to give them 1 star, not worth it.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

I did everything that they told me to do I had over a thousand miles I've been with him over a month and my car started having problems when I put my truck in the shop they said that they found that ****** had a different mileage problem with my vehicle I solved that problem then they said that I had to show two oil changes I couldn't get in contact with ******* that did my oil change then when I called them to tell them that they told me I had to have three oil change services that I can show them I explained to them that I did a oil change on my own and I could not show that but my vehicle shows that I did reset my oil check service on my vehicle they continue to come up with different reasons not to pay for my vehicle to be repaired be careful with this company they try to come up with ways not to satisfy their contractsEndurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.
