      my car was stolen on Sept 9th from my work. the car was found 1 week later. Allstate had them come and a drug test it. it came back with high residue of meth. the told me that they would get it to crime cleaners and get it cleaned and then to the repair shop for repairs. there are no keys to the vehicle so they were going to have it towed over to crime cleaners. here it is 5 weeks later and its still sitting at *************** and nothing has been done on it. the windows are down. and the weather has turned yuck so the inside of my car is going to now have DAMAGE. i have reached out to the claim agents on my case (*****) and have had no replay so last Thursday i reached out to his manager and he told me he would get ahold of crime Cleaners and get my car over to them and then get back with me . that has not happened as of this morning *************** still has my car and ***** at crime cleaners has not heard from any one. i want answers on why nothing is being done when its been five weeks and it should have been completed. and i cant get anyone to return my calls or emails to me.

      **********************************************r over 3 months!! Allstate isnt cheap and they are definitely rip off artists and not into taking care of their customers. I didnt renew my policy and I would suggest that anybody considering Allstate insurance should think again. Read the reviews. I wish we had! The bottom line is I need my car! I have medical issues and doctor *************

      I am rejecting this response because: Allstate contacted me last week and left a voice mail telling me someone would be in touch from the complaint team and I have yet to hear back.

      ***************ims sent several messages to her and several supervisors. I complained about her on more than one occasion. On October 20th Daniella * the adjuster told me to send her a list of items that was directly under a leak in the dining room and the receipts for the food purchased. I did that because she agreed to pay me and even told me she would try to get me a partial payment the following day. She knew about the previous claim, she knew we had verbally told our landlord, code enforcement and section 8 of the mold and she knew I needed the funds asap. She never paid me the next day and wouldnt contact me once again. So again I complained to claims and again they sent messages and emails. 10/24 I talked to her supervisor who claimed they may not owe me because the previous claim had a different date then the current one. Which is not my fault, as a renter Im not responsible for medigating the issues with the leak, which they tried to say Im responsible for. 10/25 was told denied claim

      I am rejecting this response because they are making me dig up *** dec pages, which I have to get from my ***. They also say I got a cancellation notice on Oct 1 and so did my lender. No we didn't. I'm waiting to get the *** dec page to send to the person from Allstate who is assisting me.

      I bought my house in 2015 in laveen ******* a long with an insurance with Allstate to protect my house. A couples days my son wake me up, to tell me that the roof was leaking while raining, call Allstate to file a claim next days, they send an adjuster inspect the damage and took pictures, than call to tell me that my insurance only cover something that happens Recently or accidentally, his claiming that leak have been there for a long time.

      After enrolling for home insurance with Allstate I received information that my loan was being cancelled due to the fact that I had a solar roof. This information was provided to Allstate prior to me getting the insurance so if this was a problem then never should have issued it in the first place. I was told I was being refunded but they could not give me any info about the refund. I have made repeated attempts to find out what is going on with my money and they are not contacting me back. I never even cancelled by prior insurance so I would like a full refund for everything I paid. Allstate never should have issued me insurance and has not warranted taking any of my money.

      ***************************the contract. It has been 'paid in full' as the policy option states. Yesterday I received an email from their office stating that $80.11 will be taken out of my bank account through their 'pay in full' option. How is this possible a month after my premium that i was given was 'paid in full' as per the contract? I emailed the agent, *************************, to ask what this is and to inquire into this clear error. She has responded claiming that there was an adjustment and that i am liable for this amount. I replied that I have already paid the full amount as per the contract and the 'pay in full' option and that I do not consent to any further withdrawal from my bank account as my premium is paid in full for the next 6 months. I also stated that any error on their end is not my responsibility and reiterated that I will not pay and that this is a fraudulent action and I am contacting the BBB, which I did by phone and was urged to file this complaint when the details were validated as fraud.

      On April 27, 2021, I added my son ***************** 2011 ****** to my Allstate insurance policy in Bridgeport. My policy increased from $359.53 to $1022.00. My son relocated to ************ ** a few days later and on May 9, 2021, he got an insurance policy with USAA for a more affordable premium of about $267.00. On May 10, 2021, I immediately contacted Allstate and informed ******** to cancel the policy for ***************** as he got coverage with USAA. She advised me that I should provide a copy of the ** card in order for the cancellation to be done. I emailed her the ** card. After ******** received the ** card she further advised that the policy cannot be canceled without a copy of the motor vehicle registration showing his ******** address. She said that the premium must continued to be paid until the registration is given to Allstate. I asked her if there will be a refund of the payment from Allstate upon the presentation of the registration. ******** said the refund of premium will be from the date of USAA insurance inception. It took about 4 months before the registration was given by the ** DMV. On September 24, 2021, **** received the registration and it was emailed to ***************************, she then responded "Please forward me the proof of insurance for your son." We later spoke on the phone and ****** asked me why didn't I canceled the policy with Allstate. Since I got insurance with USAA, I told her that ******** said I will have to provide the ** card first and after provided the ** card she said I will have to provide the registration showing **** ** address. ****** advised that, all I needed to do was to pay $200.00 and canceled the policy. I told her I was not given that option. ******** denied the refund discussion. ****** told me that the refund will take 5 business days. I waited the time out and I was told that the underwriter did not approve the refund. I was later told that, there is no refund as Allstate would have being liable if there was an accident.

      My father ******************************* was in an auto wreck on 08/28/21 and the young lady at fault was a customer of **********************. He filed all correct paperwork and at first, was in contact with the agent, ***************************, in which we talked and came to an agreement. While this was going on we moved to our current location and were never able to get in touch with ******************************* again to tell him about our move. We were never able to talk to him again to tell him to mail the check to us. I called Allstate customer service and everyone either eventually transfers me to ******************************* (who has not returned my calls ever again) or direct me to handle it online, which I do where the service is always down, or not active for one reason or another. I have contained uploads to show this, also I uploaded emails to show claim number. I cannot get anywhere with Allstate. Again, I tell them to please direct me to someone else but they always direct me to *******************************, who is of no help at all whatsoever, not that he even contacts me back. Please help me to resolve this with Allstate and get the check that they have already acknowledged that they owe.
