      My recent experience with Allstate has been very traumatic. After my son had an accident, which they did cover, I was spoken to like I had done something wrong because the agent had failed to ask all appropriate questions when signing me up for insurance, we moved past that and they asked for additional information which they then lied and said I refused to provide it, so they were going to cancel my policy, I put in a complaint and was called by another agent and lead to believe that if I provided the information they wanted than all would be fine, so I did provide the information and now they are back to where it started and accusing me of not providing all information when signing up for my insurance, when all I did was answer the agents questions, I have no reason to no answer them all truthful, so now I'm being punish for the agent not doing his job properly to begin with. Now because of this it's next to impossible for me to get insurance and the cost has went up by 400%.

      I am insured by Allstate, now our agents are awesome but Allstate Insurance it's just really a horrible company to deal with.
      They will fight you tooth and nail on a claim, if one little thing is out of place at your house like a tree branch growing too close to your roof they're willing to cancel you lickity split quick.
      If they didn't have good rates I'd go elsewhere.

      Worst insurance company ever for settling a claim. Every month they send you a letter in the mail that says "We're still reviewing your claim". This is just a stall tactic to run out the clock on your time to file a lawsuit. Get an attorney early on.

      Allstate is a HORRIBLE Company.
      I switched from an insurance company of 12 years to go to Allstate. The First 2 Renewals was the Quoted Price of around 155 per month for Full coverage which I was OK with. Now it's time for my 3rd Renewal and They want 246 per month. Nothing has Changed they just upped the Price. I called customer service and they said they upped just because...?.. Allstate is Trash, STAY AWAY. You Can't say No one didn't warn you.

      They gave me an extended warranty for a 600 phone for 65 bucks but it doesn't cover anything. If the phone miraculously stops working then they will cover it only if the manufacturer won't (which any normal phone company will) they are a scam and useless.

      When on their site myself. Got a reasonable quote. Call in to have it started. The rep decides to quote me another one. Where my quote was 167. His quote ,you guessed it 330. The scam about it all. The rep said I couldn't use that quote ( because its simulated. I asked why was it ok to use the quote he used. All he could say " WE HAVE MORE DETAILS THROUGH OUR SITE!!!! WHAT!!!! I BEEN ON HOLD since 8 20pm waiting for a supervisor. Its 8:46pm. No one has clicked back to see if I'm still on hold etc..... People are so unprofessional is mind boggling!!

She was polite, she answered every question I asked her, and she broke everything down to me with patience and diligence. Thank you for having her as one of your insurance agents?

      I filed a claim with My homeowners insurance with Allstate for my roof. Me being a first time home buyer really didn't know what to do .My claim was filed for May 1st .Well my first claim adjuster did the bare minimum and said I didn't need a roof . But if you look at my ceiling and the outside of my house you would know that I did .I have watersports all through my house on the ceiling .It rain so much all day the month of April and May all day long storms and everything. Well I filed another claim the sent another adjuster out June the 23rd mind you my roof still not fixed a hole in my ceiling in my front room getting worse and it's still raining just as bad all this month of June .When he gets there John Hanson his name .He comes in take a couple of pictures I tell him that one of the roofing companies went in the attic too. He looks at me crazy and goes outside to check my roof .So he's on the roof don't know I'm recording him about 6or 7 minute at the most .He goes sit in his car in front of my house from 2:15 to 4: 14 my appointment was at 2:00 .. So I already knew how this was going to turn out .Hes out his car vaping and chilling with his window down .He just redid everything the other adjuster did .He didn't really check nothing .All he did was add another ceiling spot on there that I showed the roofing company showed me .My insurance comes out every month with my mortgage. Allstate said my deductible 2500.00 pulse 300 and something should get my roof fixed. Mind you it's still raining in my house and my roof not fixed ! I stay in a predominantly black neighborhood and I think that has a lot to do with it .I think I'm going to have to hire a attorney just to get my roof fixed ! If it doesn't fall in first .What they really saying is patch it up and keep moving . Raining all day today going on 2months 2 adjusters roof not fixed .3 roofing companies said the whole roof need to be replaced ,,,, Sad and pathetic.

      I purchased a 2017 VW bug convertible, eight years ago at the time I also purchased an extended car care warranty. I was told that the warranty would kick in after the three year manufacturers warranty, which makes sense. Why would you have overlapping warranty especially since if something had happened in that three years the manufacturer would be responsible for the repair, I remember feeling confident and good about the fact that we had *********************************************************************************************** ****** miles which ever came first I recently had a problem with a convertible roof. It would not lock and my windows would not go up I took it to the dealership and they told me that my warranty expired in January 2025 but I was told that it would kick in after the manufacturers warranty. Ive checked the website and it says that your extended care car warranty would kick in after the manufacturers warranty but now I am being told that it does not. I called your number and the person on the phone did not even make sense when I said why would I purchase a warranty that will kick in at the same time as the manufacturers warranty if I had known that I wouldve purchased a warranty just before the end of the three-year manufacturers warranty I was not given that option because I was told that it would kick in after the manufacturers warranty, and now my claim is being denied I feel that I have been scammed. I understand why the Better Business Bureau does not give Allstate accreditation. I feel like they're committing fraud. The contract doesn't say when the extended care warranty will kick in, but we were verbally told it was after the three- year manufacturers warranty expired it just has a date of when the contract was sold. There is no date that says when it starts I feel like I have been scammed because I have been and I feel like Allstate is committing fraud. Now I know why it is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau.
