      Allstate Insurance is refusing to pay for storm damage to my house. I have been with Allstate many years and never filed a claim. Have roofing company and other show damage to house and roof. They have received many documents along with pictures. Keep coming up with all kinds of excuses to not pay for damage.

      I was surprised and disappointed to learn that Allstate runs a credit check just to provide a quote even before you decide to purchase a policy. I received a letter from them stating that my credit was reviewed because I requested an insurance quote. This was never clearly communicated upfront, and I believe consumers should be fully informed before their credit is accessed. Not everyone is comfortable with a company pulling credit information just to shop around for rates, especially when it can affect your credit score or personal privacy. Other insurers I've dealt with are more transparent and respectful of that choice. This experience makes me hesitant to consider Allstate in the future. Transparency and clear communication matter especially when it comes to finances and personal data.

      I was charged ****** and given 4 different reasons for this charge mind you for 2 years in a row I paid in full up front for the whole years coverage third year I did not renew just let the policy run its year out and did not renew because I could not afford it , I think this is an unfair charge and you can never get a real person to talk to , would advise CAUTION with this company.

      ALLSTATE IS THE WORSE HOME INSURANCE EVER!! If you've got Allstate, get rid of it before you eventually need to fill a claim!! My roof got damages by a storm. It took them 3 weeks to send an adjuster. They initially said they would "patch" the damaged shingles when you could see the complete roof got damages everywhere and needed to be entirely replaced!! So they send a piece of shingles to wherever to check if it was still available. It came back discontinued. So now they agreed on replacing ONLY THREE SIDES OF THE ROOF and not the last one which is not "damaged enough"!! REALLY!! I'm gonna end with a roof having one type/color of shingles on one side, and and another type of shingles/color on the three other sides!!

      My recent experience with Allstate has been very traumatic. After my son had an accident, which they did cover, I was spoken to like I had done something wrong because the agent had failed to ask all appropriate questions when signing me up for insurance, we moved past that and they asked for additional information which they then lied and said I refused to provide it, so they were going to cancel my policy, I put in a complaint and was called by another agent and lead to believe that if I provided the information they wanted than all would be fine, so I did provide the information and now they are back to where it started and accusing me of not providing all information when signing up for my insurance, when all I did was answer the agents questions, I have no reason to no answer them all truthful, so now I'm being punish for the agent not doing his job properly to begin with. Now because of this it's next to impossible for me to get insurance and the cost has went up by 400%.

      I am insured by Allstate, now our agents are awesome but Allstate Insurance it's just really a horrible company to deal with.
      They will fight you tooth and nail on a claim, if one little thing is out of place at your house like a tree branch growing too close to your roof they're willing to cancel you lickity split quick.
      If they didn't have good rates I'd go elsewhere.

      Worst insurance company ever for settling a claim. Every month they send you a letter in the mail that says "We're still reviewing your claim". This is just a stall tactic to run out the clock on your time to file a lawsuit. Get an attorney early on.

      Allstate is a HORRIBLE Company.
      I switched from an insurance company of 12 years to go to Allstate. The First 2 Renewals was the Quoted Price of around 155 per month for Full coverage which I was OK with. Now it's time for my 3rd Renewal and They want 246 per month. Nothing has Changed they just upped the Price. I called customer service and they said they upped just because...?.. Allstate is Trash, STAY AWAY. You Can't say No one didn't warn you.

      They gave me an extended warranty for a 600 phone for 65 bucks but it doesn't cover anything. If the phone miraculously stops working then they will cover it only if the manufacturer won't (which any normal phone company will) they are a scam and useless.

      Not professional. No follow up. The person that was assigned to claim have up and as a result The claim closed.
