      I would like to file an official complaint against the Allstate Insurance: Sarah Prejean, *************************. in *****, *****. I received the attached flyer from Sarah in June 2022. Since my home insurance was coming due in July 2022 and they had raised my premium to $2,210/year, the flyer really caught my attention. It offered homeowner coverage for an annual premium of $696.95. The amount of dwelling coverage ($310,956) was lower than the ************************************ had appraised my home (around $400,000), but even if it went up 30%, I was looking at under $1,000/year for home coverage. I called and left a message and Sarah got *********************** from ************, ********* to call me. It appears Sarah Prejean has two agencies one in ***** and one in *******************. When I referred to Sarahs flyer, *********************** only comment was that it was for a bundled product like bundling your homeowners and your auto. I reread the flyer and nowhere did it mention that the price was a bundled price. That was the first sign of a deception going on. ***** quickly upped my dwelling coverage to $402,000. I still had hope because that was only a 29% increase and a 29% increase in the quote would be $899.06. ***** punched all the numbers in her computer and magically came up with an annual premium of $2,275.00. That to me is a classic case of bait and switch. You bait someone with a super low price and have to change the offered situation so that offer is not valid, and then switch to the price you were after all the time. How does a 29% increase in dwelling coverage go from $696.95 to $2,275.00?I emailed Sarah Prejean and she said the quote was wrong and she failed to check it after one of her underlings did the quote for the flyer. *********************** didnt say the quote was wrong. She just said the quote was a bundled price. This whole situation needs to be addressed. It was a colossal waste of my time and it was possible I could have gotten sucked into the scam.

      I'm *** I was called by ******** at allstate for a quote for liability on my SUV. SHE OFFERED AND WE AGREED UPON A protested based on mileage policy fore as I use well under 20 miles a week runni g errands and going to church. What she ed ** up setting.me up with IS NOT what we discussed. A few days ago I spoke with a worthless employee named "*****". ***** refused to pull the recording from my original call to review and hear for himself exactly what ******** and I discussed and agreed upon. He refuses to do that for proof I'mnoe making up my issue. I suffered a massive stroke and was entirely taken advantage of with my disability of a traumatic brain Injury. ******** signed me up with a liability/policy that was 3-4 times more costly than I was quoted. ***** is refusing to refund me the extravagant amount I paid and they're washing their hands of.mr. I was scammed and discriminated against by sllstate and ultimately had to cancel my picy due to the cost. ****DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ALLSTATE!!**** THEY LIE, XHEAT, SCSM, AND DISCRIMINATE!

      DO NOT TRUST ALLSTATE WITH YOUR INSURANCE COVERAGE. I am providing this review due to a recent experience with Allstate. I was deceived by Allstate Insurance when I originally signed up for coverage for one of my vehicles. I canceled the policy after Allstate told me I was under a coverage that I did not initially want. During this same time, Allstate charged me $40 per day for driving the vehicle, which was parked in *****, while I was in *******, and South *******. The Allstate rep told me to send proof that I was away from the vehicle. I sent Allstate proof that I wasn't in the vehicle, nor the state of ***** where the vehicle was, and I provided proof that the vehicle was parked in *****. After sending flight ticket dates with my name, and info, A CUSTOMER ADVOCATE REPRESENTATIVE NAMES ***** called me. ***** TOLD ME HE DID NOT CARE ABOUT THE ***** I WAS ASKED TO SEND IN, AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY ALLSTATE the $100 fee. HE WAS EXTREMELY RACIST, DISRESPECTFUL, AND RUDE. ALLSTATE'S FALSE CLAIM THAT I OWE THEM IMMEDIATELY SHOWED UP AS A COLLECTION ON MY CREDIT REPORT. I have disputed the falsely reported, inaccurate information. DO NOT TRUST ALLSTATE.

      Allstate is a genuinely horrible company. Its only objective is to please stakeholders. The policyholders and people who are making claims are not a concern AT ALL for this business. They have been a nightmare to work with from the start: stalling, lowballing, cutting corners, making us jump through hoops... the list goes on. If you are reading this and have a policy with Allstate or are considering one PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE.

      " GOOD HANDS WITH ALLSTATE" What a joke!This company have been very difficult to deal with concerning a claim. One of their clients hit my wife. It took forever to get them to work with a collision center to get the ball rolling on fixing the car. They required us to pay for the rental and they would reimburse us after the car was fixed. I have spend out of my pocket around $1000 in a rental car. My wife submitted the paperwork and they are telling us it could take 15 days for them to review and get back with us. Tried to get ahold of the adjuster, Adjuster manager for help and they are both out of the office for a week. Tried to talk to an assistant, which was like talking to a rock and not nice, and got no help trying to get another claim manager. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE.

      I got ripped off!! I bought a refrigerator warranty from ******* It was SquareTrade which is Allstate. My icemaker went down and Square Trade could not find anyone to fix my Refrigerator, so they asked me to find someone (didnt say find a certified repairman) and I pay the labor and they would send me a check to pay me back. I was told 2 to 5 days. Well its been a month later know they are not giving my money back because I got a repair guy that is not certified. Unreal. I didnt care who fixed it. so long story short Im out $800. I will never buy or carry anything from All State again. Terrible company to deal with!!

      I think that they are a bunch of crocks I had them for one month and they w me out that cost me 580 dollar's now I've been trying to t my money back and they don't want to here it iam going to try it one time at it's time to get a lawyer boy what a s**** job that was
