1 starWhen on their site myself. Got a reasonable quote. Call in to have it started. The rep decides to quote me another one. Where my quote was 167. His quote ,you guessed it 330. The scam about it all. The rep said I couldn't use that quote ( because its simulated. I asked why was it ok to use the quote he used. All he could say " WE HAVE MORE DETAILS THROUGH OUR SITE!!!! WHAT!!!! I BEEN ON HOLD since 8 20pm waiting for a supervisor. Its 8:46pm. No one has clicked back to see if I'm still on hold etc..... She was polite, she answered every question I asked her, and she broke everything down to me with patience and diligence. 1 starI filed a claim with My homeowners insurance with Allstate for my roof. Me being a first time home buyer really didn't know what to do .My claim was filed for May 1st .Well my first claim adjuster did the bare minimum and said I didn't need a roof . But if you look at my ceiling and the outside of my house you would know that I did .I have watersports all through my house on the ceiling .It rain so much all day the month of April and May all day long storms and everything. Well I filed another claim the sent another adjuster out June the 23rd mind you my roof still not fixed a hole in my ceiling in my front room getting worse and it's still raining just as bad all this month of June .When he gets there John Hanson his name .He comes in take a couple of pictures I tell him that one of the roofing companies went in the attic too. He looks at me crazy and goes outside to check my roof .So he's on the roof don't know I'm recording him about 6or 7 minute at the most .He goes sit in his car in front of my house from 2:15 to 4: 14 my appointment was at 2:00 .. So I already knew how this was going to turn out .Hes out his car vaping and chilling with his window down .He just redid everything the other adjuster did .He didn't really check nothing .All he did was add another ceiling spot on there that I showed the roofing company showed me .My insurance comes out every month with my mortgage. Allstate said my deductible 2500.00 pulse 300 and something should get my roof fixed. Mind you it's still raining in my house and my roof not fixed ! I stay in a predominantly black neighborhood and I think that has a lot to do with it .I think I'm going to have to hire a attorney just to get my roof fixed ! If it doesn't fall in first .What they really saying is patch it up and keep moving . Raining all day today going on 2months 2 adjusters roof not fixed .3 roofing companies said the whole roof need to be replaced ,,,, Sad and pathetic.Review fromJanet D

I purchased a 2017 VW bug convertible, eight years ago at the time I also purchased an extended car care warranty. I was told that the warranty would kick in after the three year manufacturers warranty, which makes sense. Why would you have overlapping warranty especially since if something had happened in that three years the manufacturer would be responsible for the repair, I remember feeling confident and good about the fact that we had *********************************************************************************************** ****** miles which ever came first I recently had a problem with a convertible roof. It would not lock and my windows would not go up I took it to the dealership and they told me that my warranty expired in January 2025 but I was told that it would kick in after the manufacturers warranty. Ive checked the website and it says that your extended care car warranty would kick in after the manufacturers warranty but now I am being told that it does not. I called your number and the person on the phone did not even make sense when I said why would I purchase a warranty that will kick in at the same time as the manufacturers warranty if I had known that I wouldve purchased a warranty just before the end of the three-year manufacturers warranty I was not given that option because I was told that it would kick in after the manufacturers warranty, and now my claim is being denied I feel that I have been scammed. I understand why the Better Business Bureau does not give Allstate accreditation. I feel like they're committing fraud. The contract doesn't say when the extended care warranty will kick in, but we were verbally told it was after the three- year manufacturers warranty expired it just has a date of when the contract was sold. There is no date that says when it starts I feel like I have been scammed because I have been and I feel like Allstate is committing fraud. Now I know why it is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau.Allstate Insurance

#Allstate has really let me down. I dont think Im in #GoodHands with #AllState. A tree fall on my house and it took 10 days before an adjuster could come out. The adjuster could not do their inspection the day they came because it rain. The next available date was two weeks later. My #Allstate adjuster Jediyah tells me my mold remediation costs will not be covered because no pictures were taking of the equipment placed in the house to dry up the rain water coming inside the attic/house. The equipment was there for 3 weeks. My mold remediation is going to cost me almost $9000 and #AllState is not going to cover anything. When filing a claim #AllState says its my responsibility to mitigate my damages. But now theyre not going to cover ******* cover my roof, screen porch, interior ceilings/ walls and mold remediation #AllState is only covering $1894. My costs to fix everything is going to be a little under $25,000. I provided #Jediyah with 3 quotes and 2 were right around $25,000 and one $27,000. #AllState should be ashamed of themselves. #AllState #AllStateinsuranceAllstate Insurance

The office staff was great until I shopped around after being with the 7 or 8 years and what I realized was I was being highly overcharged and when I say highly, I mean more than double so I switched to State Farm. There hands were better than the good hands of Allstate supposedly. Sad thing is years went by so I paid in for home and cars. State Farm quoted the first time, like I said at over half the cost. That equals up to 4000 ish a year, which is simply a rip off.Allstate Insurance

I was supposed to have a tow truck before 8 am and they couldn't get anyone to me until 10 am and no one from the office speaks English and was able to help me I will be switching insurances and advise everyone to stay away from them.Allstate Insurance

1 starWhile Allstate makes record profits ($4.6 Billion in 2024) & CEO *** ****** makes $26 Million/year...they find ways to cheat their customers double claims, low-ball estimates, pulling coverage, dropping coverage, etc.They made me submit a new claim on top of an existing, open claim for the same issue, despite me expressing concern that I would be dropped. The repairs had not even started yet. They insisted that this was their process and I would not be dropped. About a month later, I receive a letter of nonrenewal for too many claims. This was very deceitful & unethical. Corporate greed at its finest! Watch the congressional hearing against Allstate for yourself! Horrid Company! NEVER been late since I began in 2020 with Allstate and I have not had an accident by the ***** of God since 2010? ( wasn't with Allstate)And that was from someone trying to make a left turn with me and they were in the non-Turning lane.. I wasn't with Allstate.. Just info.. When I decided to leave Allstate this year on 1/23/25 I called and informed them that I went online and canceled. Knowing who I was dealing with, I ALSO called them to inform them that I cancelled.. I have proof AND SENT TO THEM THROUGH CCS collection agency that I had coverage from *** on 1/28/25. WHEN I called to find out if they received the online cancellation.. The said no eventhough I was sitting there staring at the online cancellation notice .. What? On 1/28 I asked two individuals I was transferred around.. f I owed ANYTHING was there anything else they needed from me? They said NO, nothing else was needed.. THEN? I received a Collection letter. When I called Allstate , they stated insurance began on 15th 5 years ago? What? I've been on auto pay for 5 years With payments coming out automatically 28th of each month.. Even though I sent proof from my AAA declarations page to the Collections for Allstate refuting their claim I owe ******. They STILL put a negative **** on my credit. That **** should NOT be on there because I owe Allstate nothing. I specifically asked TWO Counting TWO PEOPLE and they said they needed nothing else from me.. I never LAPSED in/ in my insurance.. Allstate ended(so I thought and asked about) on 1/28 and AAA began in 1/28.Allstate Insurance
