      ALLSTATE IS THE WORST!!!! I have had both auto and home for over 6 years and have never filed a claim before. In May we had some bad storms run through ********* and unfortunately I had to file a clam on my roof for hail damage. I had my contractor come assess the damage and he felt it warranted a claim as he noticed a lot of damage. I filed the clam and they sent an inspector to check out my roof, this is where all the problems started. The inspector stopped marking anything after 7 hits every square (10X10 section of my roof) additionally he completely disregarded other Window damage we wanted him to look at. My claims examiner ***** called me and said he noticed I do indeed have a lot of damage but they're only going to fix the damaged spots and not the whole roof (I'm ok with that as long as it matches) in this case, it does not! First off my shingles are discontinued as they no longer make them. He sends me an ***** report of the "match" he found. I purchased a sample of this match and it was clearly not a match. I proceeded to take photos of their so called "match" on my roof and sent the photos in to my examiner. He said he felt it was a match. ********* law requires matching shingles and cannot "spot fix" if the shingles do not match. I told him I was in disagreement and would like a second set of eyes on my claim. I contacted customer service in was given his bosses information. I called his boss ****** over a month ago with no call back. In fact, I've called her several times and left messages with no response. I'm now 3 months into this claim with no end in sight.

      This company is the absolute worst company to do business with. I would never recommend anyone to this company. My son's car was stolen from his job, he called the police and filed a report with the police department and called his insurance to let them know. Here it is 2 months later and they are claiming to still be investigating his case. When we called them to ask for an update the answer the representative gave me was they can take as long as they want to investigate a case, so that means my son still have to pay his insurance and car payment for a car that he no longer have. Please don't choose this company to do business with. I looked them up just to see their rating and they are voted to be one of the worst insurance companies to have.

      Have been trying says May to get our roof repaired from wind damage. They say I can patch it. Their inspector they sent said it needed to be replaced. Roofers do not want to patch a roof because they can't guarantee it won't leak. I have had 2 different adjusters. Worse run around I have ever had.

      I can't find the word to describe how stressful my experience has been with this company over the course of the past 5 months. I had water damage in my home, my claim has been open for 5 months with no resolution date in sight. I was prompted to write this review after speaking with my claims adjuster supervision today. It was clear to me that he did not read a number of emails that I have sent concerning my claim to him and the adjuster. Even worse, Allstate's assigned contractor did very poor work installing baseboards that will have to be taken up and reinstalled. They walked off the job, never returned and my house looks like a constructions zone. The supervisor never reviewed the videos or pictures I sent via drop box nor did anyone from Allstate ever come out to my home to assess the damage. Allegedly, they used information from the demolition crew or their preferred contractor. I finally found a contractor to complete the job and requested the estimate be expedited due to the amount of time I have been living in substandard conditions. It doesn't appear that the adjuster or her supervisor reviewed the estimate sent on 7/13/22 and I am still waiting. The customer service has been horrible and now I understand why their retention rate for returning customers has fallen over the course of the past year.

      Worst company ever and does not even deserve 1 star. We were rear ended by an Allstate customer, while sitting at a traffic stop yielding to oncoming traffic. After many calls to Allstate we finally got a claim filed and were told they would investigate it. We never heard back from them. Almost 2 months later I called the claims department and the automated system stated the claim was still being processed. I asked to speak to a representative so I could get an estimate on how long it would take. The representative stated the claim was denied because they determined we were at fault. How can we be at fault when we were sitting still at a traffic stop and was hit from behind? Also in our state if you are hit from behind it is the fault of the person that hit you from behind. The representative told me to call the investigator. The investigator return my calls. Note to anyone involved in an accident with an Allstate customer: Don't call ********************** - call a lawyer. Allstate may be cheaper than others, but you pay for what you get - which is nothing when dealing with Allstate. They are horrible!

      I have been with Allstate for 5 years and never filed a claim, I had a leak in my kitchen and the restoration company came in and ripped out my bottom cabinets and my floor and I have not had a kitchen sink, and they only want to give me ***** dollars to fix the cabinets even though they were told that they couldn't match my top cabinet, so I would have to change out the whole cabinets, I was told that they don't match cabinets and I was also told that the estimate that they came up with is less than my deductible so they are not going to fix my cabinets or floors. so now I am going to have to come up with the money to fix my house back. I wish that every customer would leave this **********************, I don't understand how they are in business for 91 years with this attitude. I hope that potential clients will come on this page before they sign up with Allstate and the ones that are already clients would leave this company.

      Where to start. Allstate is the ABSOLUTE worst! I got t-boned by their policy holder. She was clearly at fault (even stated in the police report) all state still taking their sweet time (over a week) to even reach out to me or answer my calls (*******************************) ALWAYS gives me the run around. It is now 07/25/22 accident happened. 07/18/22 my truck is still sitting in my driveway all crashed not drivable, and no rental.I have to pay out of pocket for the rental which is THOUSANDS of dollars because body shops and parts are on back order ************************** -100/10 Crazy insane. Don't recommend ever working with such low quality insurance. I'll be sure to extend my concern to my friends and family and everyone I know how "awesome" my experience has been with AllState. More than anything I wish they just knew how to do their jobs. Oh and learn how to answer the phone calls and return calls and communication skills.

      I just purchased a policy on July 19th, I had to have my car towed on the 22nd, when I bought the policy I made sure I told the agent that I wanted a needed roadside assistance to which she said ok. Today the 22nd of July I went to look into my app for policy info and nothing is there. I called their roadside assistance **** and they say they can't find me or my policy. I called customer service and she's telling me I have pay per use towing. They do anything to sell policies. The young lady who sold me my policy did a horrible job. They're charging me $350 a month for a basic policy with no roadside assistance. They're a scam! They're currently saying my policy is still in underwriting wtf?!! They are a pointless company. Please find another company to go with because these ppl are terrible.

      If I could give zero stars I would. Allstate insurance is the worst. They tell lies! We need our roof fixed after wind and hail damage. They are refusing to fix the whole roof even though they can't match our shingles. The damage is in the front of our house at the peak so now we are going to have 2 different shingle colors! According to ORC they are requires to fix our whole roof if they can't match our shingles. As soon as we are done with this claim we are changing companies

      Have had AllState as my auto provider when I purchased a 2021 Dodge Ram Bighorn **** pickup and the dealership had a AllState Agent available so I was insured leaving the dealership lot.... I have a clean driving record and qualified for a couple rate discounts..... Each month my rate fee is auto- deducted from my checking account... On June 3rd, I was sitting in traffic waiting for a light to turn green, when I was struck from behind by a larger, lifted company truck from a local business... I was hit so violently my front grill was implanted into the vehicle ahead of me, also waiting for the light.... I was taken by EMT to local emergency room, fortunately no fractures but horrible whip lash and body soreness and aches. I immediately filed a claim through the AllState portal and proceeded to upload photos, PD Report, and all relevant information to get my vehicle fixed (extensive damage)... I was assigned an adjuster and called and left a voice mail trying to kick start my coverage... Since that day, I have left several messages and multiple email and texts trying to get a response and help from an agent... I want to add that the driver who hit me has insurance (company policy) and his agent has called nearly every day on my phone... I have not returned any calls because it should be my insurance agent speaking to that company... It is now 7/22 nearing 2 months and still no contact... All efforts to contact a live person through AllState have failed. While my $50,000 pickup is held up by duct tape, and other electrical problems are starting to emerge, I'm at my last wit and I get angrier by the day.... The tagline "Your in Good Hands with AllState" is a complete lie and should read, "Your in NO HANDS with AllState"... I've never missed a payment, nor filed a claim before... This behavior is unacceptable and lacks professionalism and ethics.. The company is a joke and I highly recommend you find another insurance company before this one...
