      I had services done at Vein Clinics of ******* in ************* ****** starting in June 2022 and last appointment was August 2022. They required me to prepay for the services based on my insurance co-pay. They over charged me $2,812.42. At my last appointment in August I asked for my refund and was told I would received my money in 30 days from their corporate office. Beginning of October they were bought out by USA Vein Clinics. When I talked to them in October I was told I'd have my check in 4-6 weeks. Called again at the end of November when I had not received my check and again I was told it was still being worked on. Since August - current date I have tried to contact them several times via phone, email, social media and cannot get anybody to address my issue. I am told a "billing manager" will contact me and they never do. On social media they tell me to send my concerns to their email address and somebody will contact me. I've done that several times and nobody will contact me. When I talk to a general person in billing they tell me they see that they owe me the money but for some reason its not approved yet. I continually get the runaround from this company. When you do get a person on the phone they will just disconnect from you. I had one person tell me they do that because they don't know how to deal with your issue. I've also been told that demanding my money will not get it to me any faster so stop calling.

      Hi, I first was seen by USA vein clinics @ the ************** office on 8/22/22 for my first consultation. I had been struggling with varicose veins for years and they seem to have worsen and become painful after having my last child. The physician was very friendly and made my plan of care very clear cut and explained the next step for treatment would require and ultrasound. I was seen on 9/8 where the ultrasound was done and it was reviewed by the same physician I had seen at my initial consultation. After reviewing the ultrasound he did explain to me that with my insurance ( Aetna) I would have to order and wear *** stockings for 3 months prior to any procedure being scheduled. He then walked me to the check out counter where a lady reviewed my file and again explained that I would have to wait 3 months, but she asked me if I would be available 11/28 for a phone call going over insurance info and finalizing 1/2 procedure dates. That appt./phone call was canceled ( as were 4-5 of my scheduled appts upon initially contacting them). I was called by the corporate office to reschedule and they kept saying the appt would be in office (which I was told it would be a phone call) and I kept asking what the appt was for and nobody could tell me. I asked many times to speak to the office directly (the only # online connects you to corporate) as I was getting absolutely no clear information from corporate and they said they could not connect me but that they have a text going with them and would call me back. I never once received a phone call back. I have called corporate roughly 30 x begging to see when I could schedule my procedures as I had done and paid for all the requirements told of me to have it and corporate still has NEVER given me an answer and I have yet to be able to have the procedure done. I attempted to go in person to the office twice (both *********************** it showed the office was open) and both times the lights were on but doors locked. Please help.

      I went in on 10/05/22 for what was told me would be a free consultation (that was what was advertised on their webpage and I confirmed when I got to the appointment). I met with the doctor and was given a brochure. No procedures (ultrasound, etc) were done. They were about to close so I scheduled an appointment to come back later for the ultrasound. They wound up calling me to cancel my follow up appointment because they wouldnt have staff available that day and they tried to get me to reschedule but I did not because of the issue I now have with them... which is that I was billed $240.53 for that initial free consult. I have called countless times to resolve the bill issue. When I call they transfer me from person to person. Twice I was able to speak with agents who told me I didnt have a balance. Shortly after I received the same bill and now have not been able to get anyone to fix the problem. They promise to have someone call back. No one ever does I left a ****** review and they responded telling me to email them online. I did that and still never got a response. Called again and was told the issue would be resolved and they would contact me by the end of the business day. They did not. With each bill they send they threaten to send my account to collections.

      I began my treatment in March 2022 and everything was fine until. They started the procedure process on my right leg. I had an appointment 6 weeks after my procedure in September 2022 and have yet to be able to go to my appointment. They continue to cancel every appointment that I attempt to have scheduled . It is now December 2022 and they have canceled my appointment again that I had for today December 14, 2022. I could have an issue going on but am unable to get seen. This is truly unprofessional and unwarranted. I thought it was strange when I saw lockboxes on the doors at ******** and Austell facilities.

      Prior to scheduling appointments, receptionist at the clinic advised all procedures were covered 100% by ********* Scheduled multiple appointments to relieve spider veins in both ***************** follow **** Arrived for 3 separate appointments and the doors were locked. No notification appointment had been changed. Arrived for 2 separate appointments but no ultrasound technician on site. All 5 appointments had to be rescheduled. Two additional appointments were rescheduled in advance due to lack of staff. All appointments were complete September 2022. On 11/15/22, my credit card was charged $400 and on 11/16/22 $77.76. After calling the main office, I am being told that ******** pays only 80% and I am responsible for the balance. When asked how they got my credit card number, US *********** admitted it was taken from my purchase of a pair of compression socks at the clinic using my credit card June 2022.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Per USA Vein Clinics response to my complaint, I did sign a financial agreement stating my financial responsibility to pay for services rendered in the event of insurance changes.  The agreement I signed shows and estimated cost of $0.00 on my part.  I have previously submitted the very agreement for your review.

      I have not been informed of any subsequent insurance changes. Nor have I ever received a bill, or statement, from USA Vein Clinics indicating an amount due.   I would like a statement showing amounts billed to my insurance, and/or ********* payments made by my insurance, and/or ********* and any balance I may owe before any restitution is made.

      On 3/23/2022, I purchased a $599.00 Spider Vein Treatment Pkg from what was then "Vein Clinics of *******" in *********************************. I had 4 - 30 minute (2 hrs worth ) of sclerotherapy treatments to use in this treatment plan. I used 1 hour of the 2 hours on 3/23/2022. The pkg was good for 9 months starting from the purchase date. I waited to later October, early November to take my last 1 hour sclerotherapy treatment. But when I stopped by the clinic to schedule that appointment, I found out that the company was recently bought out by **************** They said I would have to call their main ph. number ************ for scheduling. I found out that the USA Vein Clinics were no longer doing any sclerotherapy in this state. I have made numerous phone calls to the one and only phone # for USA Vein Clinics, which is out of ********. I am trying to get back the unused $300.00 left on my treatment plan before my plan expires. As of today, I have spoke to a "******" that will submit my refund request, but it will take 60 to 90 days IF it goes thru. He is a billing supervisor at ext. #****. I would sure like to be refunded my unused portion of my treatment plan. There was no existing client communication beforehand or after of this company buy out that happened. I feel cheated and definitely not trusting that *************** will come through for me.

      Ever since this company has taken over Vein Clinics of *******, my experience has been nothing but crappy. I have received several text messages that the company needed to cancel my appointment and re-schedule it. This is going on the 3rd month in a row that my appointment has been cancelled for the ******, ***** office. I called this morning 12/7/22 to get clarification as to why my appointment keeps getting cancelled and why the ****** office is not opened back up, there seemed to be no answers. I called this morning on 12/7/22 and the female representative placed me on an unreasonable hold, without once coming back on the line to check or explain the unreasonable hold of 45+ minutes. This is not what I expected of the phone call.I called again on the other line, while still on hold from the previous representative who again, placed me on hold indefinitely. I was able to speak to another customer service representative who informed me that I have an appointment scheduled for 12/13/22 at 9am, however when I asked her to provide me with the **************** phone number, she stated "I don't have that information, I can only see that you have an appointment." So, I replied to her that "I am left to ****** this information myself?", which again is unbecoming of the company's standards. I ended up waiting and on hold until from the initial call the customer service representative meanwhile I made several calls, and the female customer service rep finally disconnected the call after 1 hour and 1 minute. The representative never once got back on the line from the moment she placed me on hold. I am appalled.The customer service experience is lacking, I am highly disappointed, and the reason why I proceeded with filing a formal complaint with the BBB right now.

      This company allows you to schedule an appointment online they also have about 50 insurance companies that they except. After making that appointment and confirming with you and also giving you a confirmation number someone calls you the next day and tells you that your appointment is not a valid appointment and that the insurance that you picked they do not cover. I was on the phone with the representative at various times today November 30th 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until now 6:47 p.m. they falsely advertise the insurance companies that they deal with and then keep having different representative get your hopes up and then let down.

      On 11/15/2022 a $70.00 was deducted from my Spouse's debt card. This debt card was used to make a 1 time payment only at the time of medical service co pay.On 11 /15/2022 I received an email stating *************** was going to credit my credit card on file as per my financial agreement I signed. I never gave *************** a debt/credit card to have on file. Due to simply I was told in th3 Ridgewood ** office my insurance was covering all the costs. (These procedures were covered in full)After a few visits...I was informed that the actual Vein procedure was not covered and I would have to pay the $30.00 co payment. (No a problem)On A 10/12 or 13/ 2022 office I didn't have my debt card or thr cash to pay. So my Spouse stepped up and gave them his personal debt card NOT AT ALL RELATED TO MY CHECKING account (to be clearer we have 2 separate checking accounts).As stated above I have an overdue balance of $70.00 and *************** took a pond themselves and made a unauthorized wdl of that $70.00. I began calling *************** on 11/16/2022 to clear this issues up...and made 6 calls on spoke to a person as I explained...6 times The phone went dead (they disconnected me). I called again today 11/18/2022 and received the same dropped calls 3 more time....then someone called me back I was allow to explain and claimed they would escalate my situation to their ****************** (switch I thought I was talking too the whole time)My spouse had to cancel his debt card cause there was a another $70. 00 pending charge.

      I am rejecting this response because:they DID NOT bIll my PERSONAL CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD ON FILE. I NEVER GAVE THEN MY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD I PAID THE 2 PAYMENTS IN CASH AND I HAVE THE MY RECEIPTS TO PROVE IT. I forgot to bring my wallet on the appt in question...so my husband used his debit card and THEY BILLED MY HUSBAND'S PERSONAL BANK DEBIT CARD. HE DID NOT AGREE TO MAKE PAYMENTS OR TO HAVE HIS PERSONAL INFORMATIONTO STORED IN THERE DATA BASE. MY HUSBAND and I have separate checking accounts with separate account numbers...
      So honestly, there statement is incorrect. Also, I called *************** so several days, over several hrs..and received no satisfaction or any respectful responses. I was either disconnected or hung up on every time. I had to go to the doctor's. ********************************* husband had to put a dispute with his bank. And as on today the bank sent him a letter stating it was a unauthorized withdrawal.

      On August 13 I made an appointment for my vien and I gave my insurance card information I was told that is acceptable and paid 35 dollar for the Dr visit. So they did the sonogram on my both legs and was told by the dr in palmetto medical ******* that my was cosmetic. So I was told ****** each leg so than I made appointment on the 16 and paid the amount of ****** and procedure was done. I also purchase the sock. And now we on November none of my spider vein went away or no change had happen. And then they automatic charge my credit card with out telling me about my balance and why. Very un professional and spoke to ******************** Manager very nasty customer service with no education when it become speaking to client. I want my refund for what I was charge . Not a good clinic to go. Very unprofessional.
