      When USA Vein Clinics purchased Vein Clinics of *******, I was transferred to them. So I did not choose them. They have canceled my last two appointments, do not offer information, and all calls are fielded by a secondary call service. VERY POOR service. DO NOT entrust your care to a facility that cannot even answer your calls on-site and cancels your appointments.

      USA Vein Clinics (and ********************) is a fraudulent company and they should be shut down. I would have never scheduled an appointment or received treatment from them if they had not lied to me about being in network with my insurance. I was told on my ************* that they confirmed with my insurance company that the provider was in network. However, after several treatments spanning several months, I started receiving bills from them. Come to find out, the provider I went to at a specific location is NOT in network. I settled with them on an amount back in April 2023 and they confirmed they closed my account and removed my cards from their system so I would no longer be charged. Because they are crooks, I am continuing to be charged while receiving no invoices on a $0 account balance. At this point I have had to cancel my cards I had on file with them, in hopes to help resolve this continuous issue with this terrible organization.

      Business uses deceptive practices such as telling you your health insurance is accepted by them. This leads you to believe your visits are covered medical expenses.
      They tell you all expenses are covered except for copay and deductibles. What they don't tell you is they may not be in your insurance company's network leaving you, the patient responsible for more financially. They don't tell you upfront about what the initial visit, consultation, and ultrasound they perform will cost. They simply do it and bill you later.
      They have a foreign call center who constantly begins to make more than necessary calls to you and is very annoying. They begin collections on your bill before you ever receive an invoice or statement or an explanation of benefits from your insurance company. They call continuously.
      There is no phone at the doctors office. Their call center lies to you and tells you you're speaking with someone in the office you went to but you are not. All their communications are done by a call center, who further confuses you, and you cannot get straightforward answers from them.

      I called this business to schedule an appointment for a free consult. I asked when making the appointment if they are a participating provider for my insurance and they said yes. Shortly after that Zoom Consult, I received a bill. I called billing and asked what this was that this must be a mistake and they said no, that the provider is out of network and I am responsible for this amount to be paid. I called my military insurance company and they said they are not in network with my military insurance. I’ve called multiple times to speak to a billing manger and no one has called back. To this day, I continue to get text and emails regarding billing statements. There is no reason why this issue still is not resolved and I should be in this situation for a free consultation in hopes of surgery. I would’ve never scheduled an appointment for a free consult, if my insurance was gonna be billed before they even approved surgery through my Insurance.

      This company is not responsive at all! I had a vein scan procedure on 09/21/2022 and I was charged in advance $357 via credit card for the date of service. They billed my insurance for the date of service and according to Insurance my out of pocket should be $25.66. USA Vein Clinics owes me a refund of $331.I have called them multiple times. I spoke with **************************, ************************* and all they says is that refund is waiting approval.************************* called me on 05/03/2023 (after 5 months from my first call) asking for copy of the insurance statement and the same was sent on the same day. He mentioned he would call me by 05/06/2023 and until now nothing. I have called him and the billing department other 3 times and sent other 2 emails with no response.There was another two procedures on Nov/15 and Nov/28 which I should own $31.64 but never receive a billing via mail.On the phone with ************************* on 05/03 I agreed with him he should discount this amount from refund I should be receiving and nothing still.Appreciate support

      I scheduled an appointment to be seen by the doctor 5/24 @ 3pm. Once I set up the appointment I called to make sure that my insurance was accepted there I was told that it was accepted there however they would send it over to the verification department to make sure and someone would reach out to me. No one reached out to me once I got to the appointment which is a hour away from where I live I was told that I couldnt been seen because it shows another primary. I informed my prior insurance was canceled a month prior and told them I could call and have it cleared up but was told it was too late I would have to be rescheduled. How inconvenient and unprofessional I will not be coming back to this location!

      *************** is a joke. I started with Vein Clinics of ******* many years ago and received wonderful treatment. In early 2023 I scheduled an appointment not knowing of the upcoming change in ownership. A tech who I had had before did my ultrasound. The Doctor told me it was his last day but my next treatment Dr. would be one he recommended. I had treatment on 2/6/2023. Since then everything has gone downhill. Four appointments have been scheduled, then canceled. 5/8/2023 I arrived for that fifth appointment at 1:15 only to find the 11:15 appointment still waiting. At 3:00 I was taken to the treatment room only to be told that they were doing treatment on the same leg as already treated 2/6/2023. The "doctor" appeared to be not more than 20 years of age. I refused treatment, dressed and left the clinic. At least two of the people working had flown in from ***** and ** that morning. It was difficult to understand both the male "nurse" and the "doctor." ******* people waiting had similar experiences with cancelations and waiting hours for treatment.

      ************************* 5:27?PM (1 minute ago)to *****, me I went to the USA Vein Clinics office (*****************************************) with a slight varicose vein on my right leg in 2016. This office did not provide me with the treatment I needed, but I still got very serious complications. Also in the office, I stated terrible service that does not meet medical standards in America. I received a sonogram of both legs at this office. None no major deviations were found. The procedures started with the right leg where the external varicose vein was visible. the procedures were carried out by *******************************. When I came out after the first procedure, I saw in the corridor a basin filled with needles on which plastic tubes were worn (needles with tubes) for penetrating the veins and all this was filled with some kind of solution. To my question to the doctor why don't you use disposable needles he replied that in this way they disinfect them and reuse them. That is, hygiene standards were constantly violated. After the second procedure, there was an ultrasound check and I 2 thrombi were found in deep veins. He told me that I don't need to take any more aspirin, it won't help. I asked what should I do and he replied that maybe these blood clots will dissolve someday, or maybe not. When I said that blood clots can come off (at any moment), The doctor said it's not that big of a deal. I refused to have procedures on the other leg and refused further service at this office. After about half a year, ***************** started sending me Statement to pay for their service. These are additional payments (in addition to insurance payments and those payments that I made during the service. I got a call from the collection office Thus, for the acquired complications and terrible service, I still have to pay extra, hinting at the consequences of not paying. I spent significantly more money to get rid of the consequences of the Treatment

      I would NEVER go here again!! They waited 2 yrs to bill me for something I had insurance for. I tried calling and it sounded like an overseas calling center. Tried stopping in office but always closed. Never a letter or call only text messages from them that you cant reply to. Then it showed up on my credit report with also no contact from debt collector. Totally unprofessional!!

      OMG what a disaster. My wife went to Vein Clinics of ******* before they merged with USA Vein Clinics. The doctor she had in *************** was outstanding and the clinic was run well. Now that *** has merged or, as some might say, taken over, the entire operation has expanded to hundreds of clinics across the nation. With that expansion all communications have become chaotic. The original doctor left the clinic, the replacement doctor left the clinic, and the last replacement doctor could not be found on the internet nor could he take our insurance. For a period of time, we would get between 6 and 8 one ring hang up calls a day that has diminished to 4 to 6. We have called back asking to talk with a supervisor. Forget it, not happening. One time we were told our share of the bill was not paid. Surprise, surprise, we never got a paper bill nor an emailed one until one of the service representatives did a detailed check for us. Then the phone calls kept coming. What was the problem? The latest replacement doctor could not take our insurance. Find another doctor and a new location. Still the phone calls keep coming with hang **** When called back you get a wait message that they offer more services. I am concerned about the care my wife is getting. If they cant correct simple office communications or appointments what type of service will the doctors give? Just ask to talk to a supervisor and it will not happen. The customer service representatives seem to be doing their best in a worst-case scenario. You are told to call 888-***-3467. You will never get a supervisor only a customer service representative. I can say we think we have identified part of the issue. The *** and billing computers are not linked correctly with their automatic dialer and proper insurance settlements. Just read the other review. Good luck!
