Had a great experience with *** yesterday. He wasnt pushy at all. He was very informative and answered my questions before I could even ask. We are looking forward to having our floors installed next week.

Cannot get anyone to answer there or come out to address the issue. Spent 20k to get new floors carpet in bedrooms and luxury vinyl plank through the rest of the house. The vinyl plank failed instally and I opened ticket after ticket with no luck. I also have the 5 year warranty. This is ridiculous do not do business with them!Empire Today, LLC

Had a vinyl floor put in basement in Dec 2022. Paid $10,000.00. 2 year later there was warping, buckling and peeling. I was under the impression that there was a lifetime warranty on their products. I tried to call on a warranty claim. Was told that this would not be covered. I asked for a copy of the warranty and it specifically states: *** warrants its products are free from manufacturing defects in lamination, milling and assembly for as long as you own it. *** also warrants that its products will not buckle, cup or warp when properly installed and normal humidity in the home (35%-55%) is maintained according to *** recommendations. Im currently trying to fight them on not covering this, so we shall see. But dont believe youre protected by using Empire.Empire Today, LLC

After incorrectly installing a piece on our stairs, the company refuses to fix the issue and will not tell me how to purchase the piece on my own. The corporate office will not give the information either. Do not use this company.Empire Today, LLC

I had 3 floors put down from Empire Today, My living room floor is Al scratched I called they want $150!to assess the floor then the cost of repair, Now my Kitchen floor has a slat thats coming up and chipped in the corner they want again $150 and I need to pay the Repairs, w had someone from Empire call back he was so Nasty his name is *******, he hung up on me! Now I have 2 floors with damage, I really take care of my floors, if you look at reviews you will see all the complaints! Please get back to me Much appreciated!Empire Today, LLC

HORRIBLE EXPEREINCE. I would not recommend this company due to poor communication and lack of transparency. We hired Empire for carpet and laminate flooring. After our consultation with ***, we chose floating floors and were told installation would take two days.Carpet was installed on 3/14. On 3/15, while waiting for the laminate crew, we received an emailnot a callrescheduling due to lack of stock. We were told on 3/17 that the flooring we selected was discontinued, which we were never informed about. Had we known, we would have rescheduled the carpet, too.We selected a new flooring, and were told installation would be 3/19. After taking time off work, we were informed the job would take 34 days, forcing us to adjust schedules and take more time off work again. Additionally, we had to buy the rounded baseboard corners as were not old they did not have those, and experienced miscommunication about installation of the baseboards.For the inconvenience, they offered a carpet warranty, when they called for payment, When we asked for an hour to confirm the pricing with our representative, our warranty was canceled, and we were told it could not be reinstated. It took multiple calls and messages over three days to finally resolve the issue and have the warranties added back. The entire experience was frustrating and disorganized. Empire flooring are thieves & incapable of being honest & performing quality work. The guy came out to my house for a free estimate. He didnt measure he just gave a price. Then he complained because I was 50/50 about getting the job done & said they dont pay him for coming out. Then I decided to go with ********* met me at a **** to sign for them to do the job. The installers came out & demand i pay the balance before they start the job. The installers started putting down the padding. 30mins later he called me to say they do not have enough carpet because they didnt measure. I said how is that my fault? You came to do a job you should be prepared. Then he called his boss who said they can come 4days later. I told them I took the day off work & what am I supposed to do now. I need this done today or by the next day. He didnt care he said he would refund my money. Here is it 4days later I still dont have any of my money. I called & they said I wont get my deposit back only the balance paid. I said I want all my money back I kept my end of the deal paying my money with no services at all given to me. They refused. I said Im taking legal action. Worst company to deal with what a nightmare. Not sure how they are allowed to operate like this. From what I read online they have multiple ************** a matter of time before they are out of business. You cant even write a review on ****** about them they are shady as it gets.Empire Today, LLC

The salesmens who sold us the floor said we would have to get rid of the tile before hardwood installation turns out we needed to KEEP it. We found this out the day of installation by the contractors they had come out and do the floor so my fiance had to run to Lowes and buy plywood to fix the problem the floors were beautiful however , were unleveled pretty much every square foot of work they did . Empire told me on the original call it was noted from the contractors it was the furniture in my home causing the issue . After going back and fourth I was told by ****** one of the customer service ladys she would send a ****** out who is an installation manager with empire to come check the work BEFORE they fixed it so she could manage and tell them exactly what needed to be fixed. I got automated call from empire on a Saturday before the contractors came to fix it someone would be coming soon and NO ONE SHOWED UP . The contractors came out and fixed the floor and stated in my contract they did not put anything about leveling which doesnt make sense to me. After they completed the job and fixed the leveling of the floors (that wasnt originally leveled the first time) empire did not even call to check back up on the satisfaction of the repairs UNTIL I called them frustrated and fed up with the customer service I was being provided. ****** told me on multiple occasions she would be calling me back and updating me on the status of the issues I was dealing with since what she was telling me was not matching what the contractions were telling me and she failed to reach out to me. I had to call her and do my own investigation on what was going on with their mistakes. They had a beautiful variety of flooring and were very quick with installation however , it was sloppy and they made me feel as if they just wanted to make money and move on and did not care if I was truly satisfied or not. I looked forward to using them again in the future but will not be doing soEmpire Today, LLC
