      So far, it's been great. Made an inquiry for new carpet. Got immediate response. Salesperson came next day. **** was excellent. It was quick and easy. Made an appointment for installation in two weeks (could have been a lot sooner).

      I was advised to pull up the carpet in my house due to the age and my current allergies. I called EMPIRE TODAY to install a new floor for me. Not only did they NOT give me the $300 credit they advertised online - but they called me THE ***** BEFORE INSTALL to tell me they couldn't get the floor I ordered! My only recourse was to either go with a different company...or give them an additional $800. (This was the start of the holidays - I opted to give them more money.)As a new widow - I've never had to deal with this kind of thing before...but **** DEPOT damaged my new floor withing 2 weeks of install. EMPIRE TODAY cannot get the same color transom to match my floor!! It's now been SIX WEEKS I've been waiting for them - they have missed FIVE different appointments. (This week they had me drive 11 hours from vacation in ** - to miss TWO appointments!) When I called in - they again tell me they have not been able to get the transom (that they forced me to take). They couldn't call and cancel during those 6 weeks? What a bunch of UNPROFESSIONAL people are running this company!! I GUARENTEE you...if I was late with my payment they way they are late servicing me....they would be jumping up and down screaming!! I feel as a customer...since they have my money they no longer care. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

      I had my floors installed 6/2021 horrible my kitchen floor they had to send another crew to redo it. Then one year later my floor started to lift a little I contacted them I was told that was normal. 3 months later I sent another email about the issue after another contractor told me that is not normal I was told it was over the year warranty. I thought I had lifetime warranty nope not true at all. On May 9 2024 I reached out again because the floor in my kitchen was completely lifting all over the place after several emails ****** **** (1st email with her was from Oct *******) from Empire flooring sent someone to look at my floor. They informed me that was not normal and it should be replaced but it was not up to them they took pictures and was going to submit it. July ******* I reached out to her AGAIN to get status her response was "The manufacture denied the claim as it not being manufacture related. It seems there may be structural issues going on with the subfloor causing this. We do not repair structural subfloor concerns". I was extremely upset because the flooring underneath the floor they put. We paid extra for them to do extra to level our floor put wood flooring etc. We have lived in our home for 13 years with the floors before they replaced it with NO ISSUES nothing lifted. Her response was "We can replace the kitchen and the living room for a total cost of $3,838.50" because at this time our living room floor was starting to lift a little. I refused to pay we just spent over ***** and now they wanted close to *****. I had to come to terms that the floor has to stay like that. Now come 10 months after my last email my floor is breaking I have pieces peeling off. Now I have to get a contractor to come out rip the floors out and place new flooring. Different floors not matching my living room and hallway. This company is horrible. Please make sure before you sign the contract that the"lifetime warranty" is checked not one year warranty.

      The workers cracked our toilet told us they cracked it and now are refusing to replace it Have made do many tickets only for them to be closed. Accused us of cracking our toilet Can never get anyone to help you. Were assigned a man by the name of ******* **** and ignorant never returns calls or emails. Stay away. We spent almost 25k and are so unsatisfied with the job and the customer service

      Feb 28, 2025 met with 2 EmpireToday salesmen about Luxury vinyl flooring.We discussed the necessity of removing the current wood flooring in part of the replacement. Based on what the salesman said to me, he didnt think it was necessary to remove the wood flooring because in his opinion, there would not be a big transition. I made the huge mistake of believing him. He Told me if there were any issues, he was here to make sure I was 100% satisfied.March 6, 2025- Six Installers arrived. Unfortunately, I was barely able to communicate with them based on their lack of English. The one person asked if they were removing the current wood flooring to be replaced. I told them that according to the salesperson, he didnt think it would be necessary. Well, the installers installed the flooring & when I came out of my room to see it for basically the 1st time, I told them this was unacceptable. The 5 remaining people spoke very little English so they basically looked at me with a blank look. Immediately the next day I sent an email with pictures of the finished flooring to the salesperson. After not hearing back for 2 days, I called him, resent my email with pics, & he advised me to call their **************** number & a gentleman would contact me. He eventually did & said he would send the original installers out to look at it. I requested they send someone I could verbally understand but said they couldnt. Cut to the ****** I have been trying to work with them, resending emails, waiting on responses, 2 no-shows, the salesman sending his own email to Empires customer service person requesting to get back to me & even stated I had ligitimate concerns. I am 70 years ******* now I have a huge tripping concern. The transition height is unacceptable, but I was misled. I have accidentally tripped over this transition piece numerous times since it was installed. And all they keep telling me via voicemails that there is nothing they can do. This is unacceptable.

      I ordered carpet in Feb and 2 days before install they called to tell me carpet was discontinued. So of course had to pick another one more expensive but their most popular. I scheduled the install a month and half out to give enough time to get carpet only to get call today 3 days before install to tell me it isnt in and they would need another couple of weeks to get it in. Sales *** told me that I brought it on myself and they were the best and by time I shopped around I could have it done by them. I found better deal and can have it installed next week as promised. They would even send me the measurements of my room. ******** customer service! Horrible planning. I get things get discontinued but make sure you have enough to cover orders already planned.

      "EMPIRE FLOORING" STAY AWAY FROM THAT BIG SCAM". this is the worse of the worse company to call for your carpet installation!!!! they have no clue of what they are doing. I got a representative coming to my house with a bunch of carpet sample and we both agree on a color that matches exactly the partial section I need to replace in my house. I put a down payment ( half of the complete payment) they came with a wrong color the first time, and said they are sorry and promised to fix it. Second time, not only they came with the same wrong carpet, but the measurement was wrong. Third trip, they had the wrong color again. Now they are forcing me to accept a different color because they can't match my carpet color. When asked for a refund they wanna keep 25% of my money. I am getting my lawyer involved. I WILL GET MY FULL REFUND BACK ''PLEASE!!!!! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY FROM THAT BIG LIE AND SCAM WHICH IS CALLED " EMPIRE "

      I am a second time purchaser of flooring from Empire. I reached out to them again online, because my prior installation went smoothly and they quickly repaired any damages. After submitting an online request, ***** R and ***** Z called me to confirm date and time I requested online. They also called me to provide update regarding ***'s on scheduled day. I greatly appreciated that. Upon arrival, introductions were made, many sample choices were provided, rooms were measured and I reviewed a video regarding installation. Both gentlemen were courteous, patient with my difficulty choosing and were absolutely phenomenal at engaging when answering my questions. Our contact was not a pressurized sales presentation. Scheduled to install two days after initial contact.

      The day the installers were at the house, there were sustained winds of 50mph. Litte did I know they propped open my front patio door. Keep in mind I have another front door that does not have a paio door. Needless to say, the wind ripped my 3yr old, $1500 custom ******** full glass patio door off the front of my house, that also damaged my aluminum trim and vinyl siding. ********, was very nice and provided us a $513 estimate to repair the damage. The bad part.....Empire today is refusing to cover the damage because they claim the installers were not negligent and that it was an act of god.......This has been a horrible experience working with this company.

      Bought 6000 of vinyl plank flooring in2022. In just over two years it buckled horribly. Salesman had told me I had a 5 year warranty but they declined to honor it and quoted me 1750 to repair just the one room.
