Do not use this company! We purchased a higher level carpet and this is what it looks like. It took me two months to get a response, only for them to say that they are not going fix their poor install job. Even went as far to say that I would need to pay to have them stretch and fix. If Im having to pay to fix their install, Im certainly not going to re-hire the same team who created the issue in the first place.

Company is ripoff, they lie. One day install took 6 weeks, ruining my Xmas and new years family gatherings. No communication within the company third party installers to get job done. Warranty was not what they told me, inaccurate products time after time. Compensation for all my inconveniences was a big disappointment. Go local when I have my kitchen done as I was not left with any excess flooring on my whole home flooring. Paid for it but didnt leave any of it, probably in someone elses home now. Will never ever have them again.Empire Today, LLC

The carpet is fine. The flooring needs fixed thanks to installation errors. But despite being told by the salesperson that the service plan covers everything it apparently doesnt cover Empires mistakes. Just absolutely terrible. I feel completely swindled by the purchase of such a worthless promise. If you want to deal with them go ahead but buyer beware and dont trust them with anything. They will not keep their promises.Empire Today, LLC

****** was very nice, showed up right on time. She was very professional & a big help picking out my new carpeting. Explained everything to me , brought in the perfect samples for me to pick from. Mat was great, very knowledgeable and really easy to talk to! He showed us lots of floor samples. The installers were great and quick. I need to go out later that day and trying to set my home alarm. I noticed they cut one of my wires to my security system was. I called Empire and Mat the salesperson to report the issue and no one has called us back to resolve this issue. Bad business and I need to more rooms carpet. *******Empire Today, LLC

I PURCHASED CARPET FOR MY HOUSE YEARS AGO AND HAD A LIFETIME WARRANTY. THE CARPET SEPERATED FROM THE STAIRS. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD I WOULD BE CHARGED A SERVICE CALL FOR SOMEONE TO INSPECT IT. IF IT IS A WARRANTY, WHY AM I BEING CHARGED A SERVICE CALL. We had carpet laid in 10/23, in 10/24 (before the 1 yr date) I contacted Empire to have a **** please come and look at the carpet as it is showing signs of wear. I received a message from a gentleman from Empire saying the carpet has no signs of wear that is it dirty. I tried to contact the gentleman and never received a call back. In the mean time, we received 5 phone calls from a sales person trying to sell more flooring, but never one call asking if we were satisfied or about the service. $7000.00 later, I would never use this company again!Empire Today, LLC
