      Very good experience with your Floor Consultant *** ********. Very professional, great product knowledge ??*** was prompt, called ahead to let me know his ETA . We scheduled a follow up appointment for Tuesday morning March 4th to finalize an order. Overall experience with *** is a 10Maureen *****

      Carl was great, very knowledgeable and really easy to talk to! He showed us lots of floor samples...unfortunately I did not find that "fall in love with" LVT so we will not be doing our floors with Empire.

      Company is the worst. Salesman stated that leveling of the floor was part of the installation process. Smoke and mirrors. Was told I would get charged extra thousands of dollars for floor prep by the installers to make the floor even when it was supposed to be included with the installation. Installers didn't even have all the information when they arrived about what was needing to be done. The installers didn't even have anything with them for subfloor preparation incase of any uneven areas. Never will recommend this company.

      Terrible service and installation. Empire installed our flooring with no vapor barrier. It has now warped and cracked in multiple locations. We bought the extended warranty and they still refuse to fix it

      Absolutely horrible. Sales advisor qouted one thing, installers (who were horrible) disputed what sales *** said. Installers used old carpet dividers instead of new ones, removed an electrical outlet and did not put it back correctly (fire hazard) and just picked up an area rug and threw it on my new carpet stating this will prevent dog from tearing it up. Just absolutely horrible - do not recommend. I have made 4 phone calls regarding this, and I still have not received a phone call back. Probably never will.

      Im beginning to think that ever getting my flooring done through empire was the biggest mistake. I've had the *** ***laced twice and all the boards are coming up a third time! I called in November and someone came out to look and not a phone call back. I called today because this is very unprofessional and all I asked is just put carpet down at least it's less expensive but they said I have to set up a new consultation appt. Absolutely NOT!! This flooring install is yet again garbage and the company needs to be held accountable to come fix it and not responding to a customer for months is not right. The only good thing about this company was my sales *** that came to the house other than that I wouldn't recommend empire to anyone I know

      went to Empire, to carpet and vinyl floor in kitchen and bathroom carpet living room and hallway. Installers did damage to kitchen vinyl by moving a heavy L shaped bench that they pushed across the new vinyl floor. they came out twice to fix it, but had the wrong vinyl each time. then they called and said i would have to pay to get it fixed this time, because they said i did the damage. 1. there policy is they move all furniture, plus i even offered to take the bench apart they refused they damaged the floor putting it back where it went. 2. they came out twice and were going to do it to honor their warranty. its under warranty and should be fixed at no cost to me, but they now want to charge me 900 dollars to patch the bad spot. i already paid them ******** for the job.

      Within 18 months of installation, all of the carpet in my house has air pockets in multiple places. The carpet Empire Today replaced had been down for 13 years and not a single problem. Every room of my house is ruined. I asked Empire Today to fix the obvious incompetence and the installation and they said they only guarantee the work for a year and I would have to pay for them to fix it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said no one was available and someone would call me back in a few daysthat was months ago and no one called. They must make a fortune doing bad installations and then charging to fix it. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
