This worst decision I ever ever made using Empire! Three years ago I had hardwood floors installed, and all my bedrooms, and the family room carpeted. Initially after the installment one of the wood panels came up. They would not fix It without a charge. About a year later one bedroom started to have buckles in the carpet. Six months later more buckles came as well as buckling in my other bedroom. Today I have counted seven buckles in one room and one extreme buckle in the other bedroom. This year my master bedroom and the family room started buckling. Every time I walk around my house I get angry and just kick myself for using this horrible company. They use Unqualified cheap labor, Who obviously didnt know what they were doing. And wouldnt resolve the problem.I wish I had gone to ********** or a qualified carpet retailer. Somewhere where Im guaranteed great service. Empire is horrible And Greedy!!!!!

0 stars material used sub par had floor repair done under warranty and they fixed the area now out of warranty and they want to charge an extra fee because all of a sudden to do the repairs they have to replace 10 times the amount of floor as before. You cant get thru to them without being placed on hold for half an hour. Worst flooring company I ve ever dealt with in 40 years of home ownershipEmpire Today, LLC

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!Used them for carpet and vinyl. Was uncharged due to estimator error. Then during install sustained damages that total more than the cost of the flooring itself. Empire refuses to accept responsibility and just brushed me off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!Empire Today, LLC

Zero Sold my wife on a water resistant flooring and then even questioned it Sales man even said it's covered as was in kitchen and laundry room My wife used a swiffer and all seams bubbled up Sent guy to look at it and wait it's her fault Would not replace it Spent over ***** and did it 30 days in **** is same company Junk and don't stand up to warranty Stay away......Empire Today, LLC

This is a horrible company to use. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They will take you money and leave you stranded. We had our floors replaced with Empire today about 2-3 years ago. The floor planks are coming up all thru the flooring that we paid to replaced with new flooring. I called and they did a inspection and told me due to heavy furniture the planks are coming up. I asked how the hall with no furniture and throughout the areas that have no furniture is coming up. His response was i can called the sales team and have them to come out and put down new flooring. I don't think so after paying over $5,000 and you want me to pay you again. I am not rich I will never use you again for anything. Stay far away from them. They will take your money, and they act like everything is a neglect.Empire Today, LLC

He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all of the samples and did his best to get me the best price with the assistance of his manager, ********.
