***** ****** was great. He was very professional, courteous and resprctful of my home and myself. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all of the samples and did his best to get me the best price with the assistance of his manager, ********. Horrible the sales guy quoted us ***** for a small mobile home when we said no he got rude and wouldnt leave finally got him to leave after i said we will made another appointment he thinks he coming back monday to sign the contract surprise not happeningEmpire Today, LLC

I regret using empire today. Very expensive, terrible quality carpet. My sister had 100sq ft more put into her home for 2k less than I spent she used a private company in ** and her carpet is so much softer and comfortable. My carpet is not soft it actually hurts my legs when sitting on the floor with my kids. I swear to god I dont think any padding was installed and I really think they gave me a cheaper carpet than I picked. I hate the carpet! I hate it! Please if you have time to shop around do so. I was in a rush to move and settled and every day I think about how uncomfortable this carpet is.Empire Today, LLC

This company is awful. The vinyl flooring they installed in my house is popping up from underneath and causing damage to the vinyl. I have to keep a carpet over the damaged spot. Trying to get them to come fix it is impossible. I sent them pictures upon their request when i contacted them, it took months to get them back out to my house. The men they sent didnt have enough supply to replace the part of the damaged floor. They said someone would reach out when they got it as they had to order more. Nobody has contacted me in 6 weeks. I have called and emailed. My contact person for the midwest (********) is ignoring me. I finally got some new person on the phone. She said someone would contact me in 3 days. It's been two weeks. I paid 9 grand for flooring that is damaged and didnt even last 18 months. Not to mention they quoted me 13 grand but instantly took 9 grand on my offer. This company is full of shady people. **************** is a joke. They just want your money and leave you hanging. Stay away.Empire Today, LLC

Unprofessional sales guy came out in a beat up car, nothing indicates he is for empire. Then he comes in with many strange personal questions. He asked about my dog and I told him he passed away, his response ? Thank god for that dogs ruin carpets. What??!!!! To top it all off there were zero samples that he brought out. I chose a type of carpet and color before they came out yet he brought zero samples for me. How do you sell me something that I cant even see or touch? I wont be using themEmpire Today, LLC

If I could give this company zero stars I would, but I cant, so I give it a 1. They promised flooring done in December. Rescheduled because they didnt have a tech on the 26th. We understood because it was odd to schedule an install the day after Christmas anyway. They reschedule for January 18th, then a few days before that date, they called to reschedule on the 24th, then just 8 days before this install date, they called to reschedule YET AGAIN. Only this time they told us they scheduled us for the 29th but we did not agree to that date. So when we called to tell them we cannot do the 29th, as specified previously, they didnt have anything until the 21st of February. How absolutely insane of a business to continually reschedule flooring 2 months past its promised by date, but then to also send the credit card we financed with them in the mail AND CHARGE IT ALREADY. For flooring we dont even have, from a company who cant seem to schedule anything. Trying to call and cancel everything was another hassle itself. They continued to try to reschedule our date after saying multiple times we want to cancel their services. We no longer want to work with them, but they dont seem to understand those words. After about 45 minutes of back and forth with these fools, we FINALLY, got our appointment cancelled. And we still have to wait a week to make sure the charge on the card they prematurely sent us, is actually cancelled. Since they seem to be so great at ********** things, I would hope this wont take as long as trying to get an install from them. I will never recommend empire flooring to anyone ever after this experience. This is a horrible way to run their business and Im not sure how they are even still in business. I am absolutely astonished at the lack of professionalism from this company. If it was up to me, Id put them out of business for good, thats how horrible my experience was with them.
