Horrible. From the salesman to the workers to the manager. The salesman was very nice when he came out for the estimate. He said he would come out when the workers where there to install the flooring. He never came out. The workers where okay. They never finished until the next day. We do not have a very big house. We noticed that we had separation with the wood. Tried calling and texting my salesman never heard from him. Called the company the manager said he would have them come back out to fix it. Never heard back from anyone. The salesman finally called back after a week making all kinds of excuses. Finally the head guy from another state called and made up more excuses from the new computer system that lost my information. Finally after a couple of weeks we got someone to come out. Very unprofessional and very disappointed. DO NOT go through Empire.

Sales representative was calm and patient. The floor samples were good. He honored my wishes concerning price range. I was not pressured into quickly buying. The price was $500 less than Lowes price and Lumber Liquidators.Empire Today, LLC

ZERO STARS !!!!HUGE REGRET going with EMPIRE carpet. ****** $ waste of money.NOT CHEAP! tell you a certain price it's NOT that with all the "fine print"got 3000 sq ft of carpet for our entire house April 2024, we live in **. *** Empire carpet is DISHONEST not reputable, sales **** LIE to customers, there is NO stain coverage as they tell you when they sell carpet.We are getting run around right now regarding stain coverage They say they have nothing to do with STAIN coverage it goes thru manufacturer.This is never mentioned when your getting the sales pitch They say it's your responsibility to get it "cleaned professionally" before a claim can be ************ NOT NOT NOT use EMPIRE CARPET there is no customer service They don't care to help Brushed off, ignores Empire take your $$$$$$ then are MIA **** awful how they do businessEmpire Today, LLC

They are horrible. My floor is buckling at 2 years. They told *** am out of warranty, I can pay $250 and have someone come out to look at it and quote fixing it. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She hung up on me. ****************Empire Today, LLC

Very dissatisfied with installation. Have reached out several times to my sales person as well as the installation staff and continue to get ghosted. Can't get anything resolved and it's been over a month now. I paid nearly $10,000 for new flooring and nobody at Empire Flooring seems to care. You can't leave a review on their website, only review them and of course they are mostly good. I would certainly not recommend them as they seem to have no customer service once you have paid.Empire Today, LLC

I strongly urge anyone considering Empire Today for their flooring needs to think twice. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased *** flooring from Empire Today after their sales team assured me that my cabinets could be installed on top of the flooring. However, the day before installation, I was told the exact oppositethat the cabinets needed to be installed first. Despite the inconvenience, I arranged for my cabinets to be installed.A week later, Empires installers arrived and immediately declared they couldnt install the *** on top of the existing hardwood floors, contradicting everything Id been told. They said the hardwood had to be removed, adding an unexpected $3,500 to the ****** expense I refuse to pay since I now have to have my cabinets un and reinstalled, again. Empire Today has been completely unwilling to work with me to resolve this situation, leaving me stuck with a mess and no solution. Their lack of communication, misleading sales practices, and refusal to take responsibility for their mistakes are unacceptable.If you value transparency, reliability, and professionalism, look elsewhere for your flooring needs. Horrible ! My carpet is only 2 years old and is already worn and rippled. I contacted them before the 1 year **** not knowing at the time I only had a year warranty I thought it had 10 years , but I told them there was already wear on my carpet . They told me I had to get it professionally cleaned and I did , then they scheduled an appointment and told me inspector was Coming to check the carpet , that it could be the manufacturer of that carpet that made it wear. But they sent the installers making them think they installed it wrong. By the time this was done it was the year **** and they told me there was nothing they could do as my warranty was done . All that could be done was pay to get it re stretched. They are horrible , the carpet is horrible . I already have to get new flooringEmpire Today, LLC
