My kitchen floor was replaced a second time a little over a yr ago maybe claiming "moisture" but when they replaced it, bone dry and no staining or signs of moisture on the subfloor. However, I already knew this. I don't even allow people to wear shoes in my house let alone destroy my floors by using the wrong cleaning methods and wh as t not. Well floor is now coming up AGAIN! And having a disability my balance can be slightly off at times. My sock got caught last week on the floor coming and I busted my face into the dishwasher and counter top. I have now been walking around for a week with a black eye embarrassed of course bc in *** medical professionals have to ask if your safe, then people look at my husband and I funny in stores I know what their thinking and I took Zero Christmas pictures with my family because I'm so embarrassed.. I don't know how anyone from this company can feel good about themselves.

If I could give a zero I would. I was scheduled for a small installation today, 12/31 24 and no one called or showed up. Despite 4 calls to customer service no one could explain to me what happened. With tomorrow being a holiday I now have to wait until the installation supervisor gets back to me during the next business day. This is unacceptable and not how a company should conduct business. I have an account with them, and this experience is making me rethink if I want to continue the business relationship.Empire Today, LLC

Empire Today operates like a complete scam company. They master the art of sales but when it comes to service they could care less, they only want your money! Youre treated not like a person but like a number on a spread sheet. I ordered vinyl floors and they never sealed them properly leading to moisture leaking through them. When I contacted them, they tried to avoid taking blame saying it was not their issue!Empire Today, LLC

Had to change the appointment, which was no problem. Had someone come out two days later. He worked with us re: our time line, and spent over an hour discussing our options, and timeframe. Very pleasant, and professional.Empire Today, LLC

They installed my floors lvp they call it over top the floors I had now my baseboards are pulling away from certain areas and I've been told it's because they put the flooring too close to the walls to where it could not breathe. When I called someone to come look at it I got a text saying that my year was over and that I'd have to send pictures and it would cost me $225 for someone to come out and look at it. I'm not ripping up my baseboards unless I know what's going to be fixed so I told him to forget it and I will never recommend or use them again nEmpire Today, LLC

******** company do not use! Installed and defective carpet and told me they would fix it for over a year stringing me along! I had to email, call over 40times and have emails where I get a ***ly from **** ***** the customer service *** and then he takes a month at a time to ***ly and eventually, starting aug 21st, he gives me the answer by Nov 26th that he can't do anything to help me! I only give 1 star because working with EMPIRE started out looking promising. Their sales representative came to our home and helped us pick a laminate floor for kitchen quickly and set up installation, again rather quickly. The installer did not speak English and was in a bad mood the day he installed the flooring but that isnt something worth complaining about. However, the floor began deteriorating about a year after installation- coincidentally right about the time the labor warranty expires. I had purchased a service plan when I had the flooring done (at Empires encouragement) but that doesnt cover the deteriorating floors apparently. And according to Empires **************************** neither does the manufacturer warranty. EMPIRE made thousands of dollars just 2 years ago for flooring that is already coming up and they will do nothing to remedy the situation, unless I want to PAY THEM for repairs. After two conversations with customer service, when asked if they could really do nothing to help me in this situation, the response I got was We can come out and offer you a quote. I WOULD WARN EVERYONE TO RUN NOT WALK FROM RMPIRE FLOORING.Empire Today, LLC
