      Having never used Empire before, we were pleasantly surprised at how smoothly the appointment went and how accommodating the sales rep ***** was. He was genuinely interested in helping us make the right decision. There was no pressure, no up-sell. We are looking forward to the installation of our new carpets!

      AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE TRIMMING KEEPS PEELING AND NO HELP WANTED THEM TO CHANGE IT AND THEY SAID THAT IS THE ONLY MATERIAL THEY USE 5 MONTHS HAVING THE FLOORS DONE AND 4 TH TIME HERE AWFUL COMPANY DONT RECCOMEND

      As a customer who has recently had an encounter with Empire *************** I feel compelled to share my experience in order to inform others who may be considering using their services. It is with great disappointment that I must say my experience was far from satisfactory, due to the lack of transparency, questionable business practices, and subpar carpet quality.To begin with, the sales process left much to be desired. The sales representative appeared to be more focused on pushing a sale rather than genuinely helping me find the best carpet for my needs. When inquiring about pricing and product specifications, I found it difficult to get straight answers. Instead, I was met with vague information that seemed to change depending on the course of the conversation, which raised concerns about the company's transparency.The installation process was also disappointing. The technicians arrived late, and the installation took longer than initially quoted. This caused unnecessary disruption to my daily schedule and left me feeling inconvenienced.However, the most disheartening aspect of my experience was the quality of the carpet itself. Upon installation, I immediately noticed that the carpet did not live up to the expectations set by the sales representative. The material felt thin and cheap, which did not align with the premium price I had paid. Additionally, the carpet began to show signs of wear and tear within a few months, despite promises of durability and longevity.In conclusion, I would not recommend Empire ************** to anyone in search of new flooring. The lack of transparency in their business practices, coupled with the disappointing quality of their product, has left me with a bitter experience. I hope that potential customers will consider alternative options before committing to a purchase with Empire **************.

      I originally had Express Flooring to install carpet in my living room and formal dining room. Six months later I needed to complete the entire house however I called Empire Today instead of Express Flooring. When the sale representative came out and I realized I called the wrong company he was very convincing that their company can complete the job in a timely manner because I had families coming from ******* to visit also he was very professional. They didnt have the exact same color carpet but I picked out a color very close to it. When the time to install the carpet they came with the wrong color. I sent it back. The following Saturday again they came with the color again I had to send it back for the second time NOW Im running out of time family is due in town on Wednesday. I called the sales representative and asked him why are they sending the wrong color carpet I texted him the original color I picked out. On the third time still the wrong color. I called the warehouse manager Mr ***************** and ************************** on several occasions to find out what happened and how this turned into a disaster. Still until this day no one has responded to my voice messages or my text messages. Their promise is. IF THERE IS ANY REASON WE DID NOT EARN A RECOMMENDED SCORE OF A 9 OR 10 WE WOULD LIKE THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE IT RIGHT. Im still waiting

      I originally had my carpet installed November 2022. Two months later there was an insure with the way it was installed and the seam got caught and frayed. It took a few months but yesterday a different installation team came out and replaced the damaged carpet. They did a great job! I am a satisfied customer! Thank you to my customer service representative that coordinated it all and everyone else involved!

      So, I read the reviews before reaching out to Empire. But, 18 yrs ago my daughter had Empire install her carpet and had a great experience, so I had to go with that. We had a wonderful salesman, *********************. Poor ***** had to show me close to 100 samples before I made my decision and he was very patient and understanding. ***** cared about being honest & knowledgeable, his integrity is what swayed me to select Empire. My installation was easy and the 2 gentleman that installed my carpet were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The installation went was great. Thank you ******** and ******* for making 2 seniors happy again. Over all a great experience!!!

      We recently used Empire today for the replacement of the carpet in our Condo. The salesperson was prompt, professional and came prepared to take the proper measurements during that visit. She also asked us about our needs and carpet preferences which she helped guide us through the selection process using the various samples that she brought with her. We made a selection and installation occurred during the following week. Installers arrived as promise, confirmed the carpet choice before installing and finished in two days a few days a head of the estimate given. Word of warning: this process is like moving in an abbreviated timeframe. We are pleased with the results and love the carpet.

      Overall, I was pleased with the project. During initial visit, I was informed the project would be completed in one day and to ensure that, a third person may be added to the project. The project took two days to complete. There were some areas that were no cleaned up when the job was complete, but I was satisfied with the final product.
