I was told that I would have expert wood installation for stairs. They put stairs in, yes, but it was not expert. Holes showing in wall. Baseboards don't align. I never got a final walk through. I am still waiting to hear back from their customer service. I have a called and emailed several times. Will never use again or recommend.

Well...... let's just say. They have ALL the money and I have 4 foot of flooring and carpet pad. I have been given 7 different install dates and took off work for 3 of them. Will probably loose my job because no company can believe this. (If the company I worked for took money and didn't do the job would close down) So they find it hard to believe that such a well-known company would do such UNPROFESSIONAL stuff so I must be making this up. I'm at the point of not knowing what to do. I guess take off of work again.. but not sure if they will show up !!! What ever you do, do not talk with ******* from *****.... ***********************!!! It's just been a nightmare... DO NOT EVER CALL THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!Empire Today, LLC

I had carpet installed and it has creases in it, they had 2 appointments to replace it, the first one stated the carpet was because it was on the roll, so they made another time slot that they did not show up for, they did not call to let us know they were not coming after the phone call I made to them they stated they would come back on the 30th of the month, I hope they show up this timeEmpire Today, LLC

Empire was a great experience from the sales rep ***** to the installation to the customer service rep. I am so happy with my carpets. **** helped me choose the best carpets and helped me get a great deal. The carpet is soft and beautiful. They were installed in one day. 5 rooms pluss hallway and stairs. . I would definitely go back to empire!!Empire Today, LLC

I am surprised with all the negative reviews this business still has a good BBB rating. I was hoping this company had gotten better through the years. I had the exact same thing happen to me as *********** review from 11/16/2022 several years ago. Cracks between flooring and walls, wax ring not replaced when they put the toilet back leaving a small leak that warped their flooring and a broken quarter round put in front of sliding door broken and glued together showing the crack. Very poor installation and like so many companies now days no accountability.Empire Today, LLC

If it were possible to leave any less than 1 star, I would. This is a terrible and completely deceptive organization! The shady salesman sold me hardwood floors of good quality. The installers not only showed up late, but they had the wrong flooring. Upon entering the unit, they then tore up the carpet, measured the floors and told me the job would take over 3 times as long as I quoted, and would be thousands of dollars more because of the extra labor and machines they needed to get. 15 minutes later, I started receiving voicemails from accounting asking to pay the additional balance they added on. When I questioned their assessment, the rep told me I was responsible for all the upcharges and had to pay them. When I asked further questions, they began ignoring me, Lying to me deliberately, and my sales rep blocked mall my calls and never even apologized. After 5 days of silence, I just received a refund in my account and note that said, customers refund as requested". But I never requested a refund, I requested they finish the job they quoted me. This company is terrible, untrustworthy, deceptive and evil. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! Stay as far away from these deceptive crooks as you canEmpire Today, LLC

Empire came out to install laminate flooring in my home I paid the cost because I wanted the best job that should be done It was my front to when you enter my home It's been 2 years now my floor is coming apart the titles are coming a loose at the seams piece's are sticking up we are tripping over these tiles. I call empire they told me I would have to pay to have the to come out. So zi paid ******* they asked they ce out pulled the loose tiles up fr my floor and said this is not a mosture problem we will have to install a whole need floor well this did not happen now zi just get the run around while we have to try not to trip and fall over the tiles they pulled up and taped down using masking tape IF I WERE YOU I EOULD NOT LET TH HET CLOSE TO YOUR FLOOR THEY DID NOT USE TJE CORRECT. Sales rep gave me an est for flooring and installing new baseboards in my house. We agreed upon the price and proceeded with the flooring install. In the middle of the project I texted my sales rep because I noticed the workers were not installing baseboards in the room and wanted to see when the install would take place. In the text message the sales rep told me he thinks they do it at the end. Once the ******* of the job came in and updated me on the service I asked him about the baseboards and he said it was not on the work order. I immediately reached out to my sales rep and he said when he submitted the final paperwork he forgot to add it and if I wanted it that would be an additional $2100 dollars. I want the management team to reach out to me and resolve this because we had an agreed upon price for the service and I was charged the full price and did not receive everything we talked about. The installers for the flooring were great and that is the reason I have it marked at a 2 star. What is really effecting the rating is I was told I would get something and then never received it.Empire Today, LLC

I don't want to give any stars as they never showed up or called yesterday to install my carpet? WTH? Two conformations from customer service that someone will be there between 1-3 pm and per my contract. I have people coming for Thanksgiving and my house is full of bedroom furniture that I moved in my freaking living room. Called today to make the complaint, someone will get back to you within 24 hours. I cannot believe this.Empire Today, LLC

Floors not completed, terrible installation, 3rd party contractors are hired they do not have in-house, the contractor has been paid for the full job but tells us he cant complete the job because he's going through a divorce. They are lazy and do not care how many times you call in you will never receive a call back. I will be going to their ******* headquarters if they do not call me back because it has been 2 months and our floors are still incomplete. They are incredibly incompetent and have no business on who, what, when or where there contractors are. Do not ever buy their services you will waste $16,000 just like we did.Empire Today, LLC
