We have had bad experiences with this company all around. 1st we had reached out to them for carpeting in our personal home, Everything went well the sales person was thorough nice and assured us that our job will get done exactly how we wanted it. He also knew what was in store for the installers when they get here as far as furniture and things like that. When they arrived on the scheduled day it was just one person for an entire house. So we were forced to reschedule after waiting a few weeks already for the installation. The upsetting part is we planned our furniture perfectly for the carpet to be done now we're stuck against time for that and having to move furniture before they install the carpet which was not part of the plan. Yes we called the company and complained they were able to get us a sooner appointment but still we had to wait. Then there installers came nice guys but once they left we found dings in our walls and our doors and the carpet not perfect not done the way the sales person told us it would be done. I explained to the installer how they were supposed to put thicker padding on an area that had a little dip and the installer says no we don't do that. Then we continue to receive calls about about our upcoming installation and our order in our order and we had to keep telling them that we don't have don't have the scheduled and the carpet has been done So obviously communication is a very large problem for this company in the end we suffered and got nothing in return. Giving them the benefit of the doubt my husband used them for a company that he works for and again sales persons stit's person States that this is a new department it department it's business rather than personal and everything will be perfectly fine he assured him of that. Well you guessed it the Installers arrived unprepared Stating they did not bring the amount of carpet needed to do the job again this is after the sales person saying took pictures measured everything was a 100% solid on what needs to be doneJulie F.

We have fought with them enough and don't wanna fight with him anymore but I thought you all should know that they do not hold up to what they assure to you. Very sad and dissapointingEmpire Today, LLC

Had an appointment October 1, 2022 got a phone call the morning of to reschedule (*** said the rep was sick) the next available appointment was today, October 14, 2022 between ****. Again I get a phone call-this time it was to say he couldnt come until *****. At 7 I locked the doors and went to bed. Then the guy lied and said he would be here between *****. Even if he had said that time-which he didnt, he still wasnt here!!! Some guy called and said he was at the door and I said no he isnt. I could see if anyone was at the door. That was at 745. Well, 5 minutes later the guy showed up and just stood there, turned and walked away. First, I would NOT schedule anything that late. Second, you should have showed up at 9 am instead of calling at 845 to reschedule. Company needs to re-evaluate their employees. **************** should be at the top of the training list. Had installations done on 9/24/22 and 10/1/22. This entire company is horrible. Installers damaged my walls and left large oil spills from their van in my driveway. Management refuses to contact me. I found small scratches in the flooring the morning after installation (on show when the sun or direct light is on them). They refuse to replace. I have tons of pictures I would be happy to share. We did not by cheap stuff, this is $12,000 in flooring. ******** told that we could have quarter round that matches our trim but installers brought something else and told us that Oak color was not available. THEY WILL NOT HELP AT ALL AFTER THEY GET YOUR MONEY.Empire Today, LLC

We have spent over $12,000 for LVP flooring on our entire 1st. floor which is around **** sq. feet. We had it installed on 11/22/2021. December of 2021 we called Empire as we noticed nail pops rising through the new flooring. Empire sent out installers to repair the issue with 1 box of flooring. The installers informed us that they could not proceed with the job because they would need more flooring. The installers returned in January of 2022 to do the repairs on the floor. In September we notified Empire that our flooring was gapping and they sent installers to do a repair. The installers arrived with 12 boxes of flooring and stated that it was not enough to repair the floor and that we would need a full floor repair. We were not interested in a partial repair to a $12,000 floor that is still under warranty. We called Empire again and ask that they send an installation manager to come and look at our floor. Installation manager he finally came out on 10/5/2022 to inspect the floor. The installation manager took pictures and took notes. He told us the floor looked bad and he would get back with us shortly regarding a remedy. He also ask us if we would want a different installation crew the next time. On 10/10/2022 we begin to recieve calls from Empire to confirm a repair on 10/12/2022. We contact Empire to find out if this repair was from the findings based on the installation manager inspection. We then begin to get the ultimate run around. When we ask to speak to someone higher up who could assist us we were given wrong numbers, or they were in meetings or they were out of the office. When we ask to speak to the installation manager who we were yet to hear from we were told he is out dealing with personal problems. Today 10/12/2022 around 2:30pm a installation crew arrived even though we did not confirm. Once again installers informed us they were given 12 boxes which was not enough to do job. He recommended a full floor replacement.Empire Today, LLC

I have contacted Empire Today several times about my vinyl kitchen floors warranty. I was told several times that it has a lifetime warranty through the manufacturer. I spoke to one of your representatives who was very rude and not helpful at all and basically told my husband and I that that floor isn't being made any longer. I in turn said than something needs to be done. The floor has not held up at all has more than several imperfections and after having it under a year I had to call and have Empire Today come replace several tiles due to these imperfections. I believe there truly is something really wrong with the tiles and it has to be defective with they way our floor looks. It has been several years since we got this tile and I called a steam cleaning coming to clean it and they said they can't clean it because its not going to look any different the tiles have too many imperfections and they even advised me to call whomever sold it to us and have the floor looked at so they can see for themselves. The representative said we had to pay almost $200 to have someone come look at it but there is nothing they can do even if they find it defective because they don't make the floor any longer. We said to him than the floor need to be replaced with something else and why would we pay for someone to come out if you are saying you can't do anything. I was referred to you guys from a friend and I referred you all to another friend and this treatment is very poor customer service after all the floor wasn't cheap. If when a customer is sold a floor and is told it has a lifetime warranty than this is not acceptable. If someone wants to get a hold of a supervisor forget it because the one that called me said he is at the top and there wasn't anyone else we could talk to.Empire Today, LLC

Worst customer service & experience ever!!!! I left a ****** review on the problems with the installation itself which was absolutely horrible! Fast forward to 2 months later and the *************** 3 additional huge men came to my door threatening me that one of my cards didnt work for the payment. I asked them to please have Empire themselves call me. They continued to threaten me until I offered to call the police. Today I find out they fraudulently took over $4000 out of my account unauthorized! Empire did absolutely nothing but send me to a voicemail. I will do everything I can to make sure NO one used them. This is absolutely unacceptable!Empire Today, LLC

Over charge and not answering calls/texts. I made two calls to the Sales Representative and sent two texts. Did not receive a call back until I stated that my next call would be to the **************** and received a call back from the Rep within 15 minutes. At the time the estimate was done I did not receive a copy of the paperwork and had to take pictures for my references. I noticed that I did not have the square footage or cost of the flooring per square feet, which was the reason for my call. Once I got that information and did my own calculation I calculated that it was $6,000.00 less than what was quoted. So do I call this overkill? Yes, I certainly do!Empire Today, LLC

When the sales person visited my home to give me an estimate, she told me that I would need to schedule for the following Monday in order to receive the special pricing I was quoted. 1 installer arrived on Monday. The job was supposed to take 1 day, but ended up taking 2 to complete.When the installer pulled up carpet to install vinyl plank flooring, he found a crack in the foundation. He told me that I could pay him directly, or I could pay Empire Today a higher fee to have the crack ground down. I chose to pay him directly. Come to find out, leveling the floor had been included in the original amount that I had already paid in full. I was scammed out of a large amount of money! Empire Today offered to refund me the amount paid to the contractor while they conducted an investigation.1 day after the floors had been installed, they started to peak above where the crack in the foundation was. The foundation had not been ground down enough. I called Empire Today multiple times to get a crew out for repair. 1 crew showed up the next week, found that the floors were not level at all, and said they would be back on Wednesday. They never showed up. I called Empire Today again to see when the repair would be completed. Finally, a new crew was scheduled 15 days after the original installation. They showed up and said they had received 2 boxes of tiles to repair a "crack in a tile". Complete miscommunication by the customer service team! After getting permission, they repaired the floors (using the original tiles they had pulled up - some were damaged). As they were getting in their car to leave, I noticed that one of the transition strips was damaged. They said that they did not have any more of that part & that I should contact customer service. **************** scheduled me for a new transition strip that week, but again, a no call, no show. I have contacted customer service (and my salesperson) multiple times to resolve this issue. 17 days later, here we are.Empire Today, LLC
