      My husband and I had some *** flooring installed in our bedrooms replacing the carpet that the builders of our home installed. Our initial contact with the representative that sold us the product was outstanding until the day of installation and afterwards. The contractors that they had to do the work, first of all didn't speak English so we could communicate with them. They did a horrible job removing my baseboards, causing cracks and breakage, they left a mess of the concrete plaster all over my beautiful backyard and decorative items, they sat acetone or whatever chemical they used to remove excess glue on my granite bathroom counter tops damaging them, the transition boards are not affixed properly and there is excess glue all over the *** flooring and my ceramic tile adjacent to the areas, also they did not affix the closet guard rails so my closet doors are not swinging freely when being opened and closed. My issue is when we call to Empire Today to address these issues, we keep getting service ticket numbers, only to have no representative to call us back, instead they automatically close out the ticket numbers without follow up. If I could I would leave no stars!!!

      Selling my home and stressed as can be. My sales rep was so accommodating and really helped to put my mind at ease. He assured me that we could schedule the installation whenever I needed. I scheduled two days out, and they had no problem getting me in. The installation was pretty smooth. The installers went above and beyond to help me out. They were professional and kind. They knocked this job out in an amazing amount of time. I replaced the floors in my entire home, and the entire process went so much bigger than I thought it would. I am very pleased with the results and will recommend Empire to those looking to replace flooring.

      My floor is. 2 1/2 years old and its already bubbling and cracked Ive tried calling corporate wont return call. Spent ******** on new wood flooring there top of the line should have lasted longer being one person in the house they dont care

      Empire was installing floors for a small bathroom a hallway and a small bedroom. on the 25 Aug 2022. I had already cleared out 95% of the carpeting killz on the floor it was no extra work for him. The installer came late in the afternoon past the time he was supposed to be there. Thursday late and 4hrs work Friday late again 4hrs work. I Said Saturday he needed to be here at 9 am he never showed. I called empire for help and around 4 pm he called and said he was sorry he had an emergency. I told him no problem be here Sunday at 9 am. Sunday he never showed up at 9 am text he was on his way at **** pm and showed up at 2 pm. I then told him to show up on Monday at 12 noon because I have an important appointment. while I was at my appointment at 9 am he showed up nobody home and he left and never came back that day. I called Empire and spoke with them they called him and told him to be here Tuesday at 9 am he did not show until 10 am. he worked 4hrs each day he was here. when I was told this was a 2-day job and he had no other jobs because he had left everything for tools in the bedroom getting vinyl. I spoke with a CSM and explained to her and she said well what do you want from me basically more attitude not being helpful. I said, well refund me at least 500$. I thought I was reasonable for my time and aggravation of this installation. the reply back was well ill see what we can do that was on 28th august 2022. did not get a response since the holiday weekend was coming. Plus The person I had to do my estimate was calling people and letting them know what was happening. I never got an Actual manager or someone who was in charge just the run-around. I had to implement all contact nobody contacted me to help! This is overall POOR Customer Relations and a disrespect to the customer! I lost basically 5 days of vacation and only asked for 500.$ compensation. I never got anyone making me feel like I was the customer it was more like I was the ***** never hiring them again!

      After having to wait 1/2 hour and having the ******* of the two man crew hang up on me because his crew had other jobs and wanted me to change my day of installation. His crew LEFT WITHOUT INSTALLING MY CARPET....with no reason as to why, if they would be back, if they wouldn't....NOTHING!!!Than after talking to 3 people, and being disconnected I finally had the pleasure to talk to ****** from corporate. Who also wanted me to have the carpet installed the following day with a new crew. It was almost borderline harassment of him trying to get me to have this carpet put in. I cancelled everything, he would not email copy of the cancellation. Only tell me a number. I do not and will not ever do business with this company again. I also tried called the salesman and tried texted him. He never replied. So thanks for nothing *** S!!!!! You are not a great salesman as you called yourself. He was also supposed to call that evening to see how everything went. USELESS!! I still cant believe they just left my house without putting in my carpet. I had my whole house torn apart, my sleep number bed was in my kitchen. I am so furious. Get the carpet that is more expensive and always ask who will install it. Take no chances!

      Empire Today, hires me to sell flooring, and makes me spend $200.00 to form an LLC, as they won't pay me any other way. They put me into paid training, but start deducting non-work days, as the market manager is supposed to work with me, but he never shows up. Then I start getting all sorts of other fees associated with my LLC from the ***********. I ask about this, and no answer comes. They simply fire me; telling me they couldn't reach me by phone...a lie of course.

      Our initial salesman never showed up between the window we were told. We called and asked for an update numerous times and kept getting answers of he may be driving or with a customer still. After numerous phone calls that night a supervisor called and told us the salesmans car broke down 5 minutes from our house. We rescheduled for a salesman the following day. That salesman showed up promptly. We picked out carpet for 3 rooms and this salesman, *****, wanted to help us out with a 4th room. While talking with someone from billing/accounting, ***** was rather brash and continued to tell my wife and I that some women think they know everything. At this point ***** continued to degrade the employee after the phone call. For some reason two contracts needed to be written, with two separate install dates. In the days leading up to install, I continued to call customer service asking for a breakdown of what I am paying for. All I had to go off of was two invoices with two different dollar amounts. I was told Id receive it within 24 hours. 24 hours came and went then I was told 24 business hours. That also expired. The first 3 rooms were installed on Monday morning and at that point I called customer service to cancel the install scheduled for Wednesday. I felt like I was being scammed because I wasnt receiving what I was asking for. When I broke down the numbers myself I was saving about $1.50 per square foot. Once my Wednesday install went cancel pending and I was transferred to the cancellation department, the salesman began to text and call myself and my wife repeatedly. Telling me the price I agreed to in the first invoice will change from $3300 to $4950!!! I explained this to the rep I was on the phone with and told her he was becoming rather aggressive with the calls and texts. She agreed and told me it would be handled and not to worry about the price change as that wont happen. I blocked the salesmans phone number while my wife did not because she believed

      We paid up front to have laminate installed. Sub contractors refused to complete the job due to sub standard material. The replacement shipment we were waiting on was also sub standard. We are now 3+ weeks trying to get a resolution. We have had to make all contact with **************** and no Mgr has responded yet. We were offered a product reselect. I have yet to hear from anyone that has a clue what is going on. I have the name of the flooring but now I have to wait until after Labor Day Weekend. I want my floor completed with the re-elect product. I want SOMEONE to contact me with a solution and installation date ASAP. Had we not have to pay up front we would have canceled the deal.

      we like our carpet we got from them, but we have had the carpet have a big wrinkle across the entire room. Beware they have no customer service or guarantee regarding their work. I've never had this happen before to carpet so it had to installed wrong. no one gets back to us and its impossible to reach anyone with the company.
