Kionairy ******, The Flooring consultant that came out to visit us was wonderful to work with, and she had the patience of a saint. Allowing me the time to make a decision without being pressured.

Within a month of Empire installing our floor nails started coming through. I push for months telling Empire the whole floor needed replace. Even their manager came out and said oh just the floor boards that the nails are coming through need replacing so I went with it just for them to come out and replace the boards incorrectly to where you could see what panels were replaced. It took management 5 times to come out until they finally admitted to me that the floor was not prep correctly in the 1st place. They didnt clean all the dirt underneath the floor. They didnt used the correct under board either causing the nails to come up. All together we had to use up 6 Saturdays of our time waiting on Empire to fix our floor correctly. They charged me $3,600 just to lie out their a** to me, inconveniencing me by taking up so many Saturdays during the summer. They will call you and leave supposely their extension number but theres no option for an extension number when you call back you get a call center. This is the 3rd time I used Empire to do our floors. Theyve made $1,000s off me and when I asked for a credit for their incompetence, lying to me, and wasting my time they said no because you got a new floor. I had to fight to get the floor replaced. They werent going to do it but because I pushed for the truth they had no choice. Empire is huge and they dont give 2 s**** about keeping their customers ex specially after theyve already made $1,000s off you. Total bullshit! They lost my business for good!Empire Today, LLC

Was very happy with the selection, salesperson and installer . The referral program is a completely different story. both my son and I referred two different people who have had their laminate installed several weeks ago. We both called **************** regarding our $50 gift cards. they had not been issued to us. We called several times. Emailed text messages left numerous messages on voicemail. Nobody seems to call back if you get somebody at customer service they say they will issue the gift cards. They never have. Out of frustration and lack of responses . I got our sales person involved, spoke to the assistant sales manager in *****, ******* store *** ****** , who said gift cards were re-issued on September 5. It is now September 16 again ,no gift cards. Yes we have checked emails spam trash, text messages, etc. I dont feel this is a very professional way to conduct business, especially since , the perk is a given and an incentive. The consumers shouldnt have to chase down a $50 gift certificate for over a month again with numerous calls emails text messages voicemails. I will pursue this matter to upper management and higher. at this point its not about the $50 gift cards its about the principal. again. This was two $50 gift cards that were supposed to be issued to my son and myself for two different referrals within the last month to six weeks extremely dissapointed and very frustratedEmpire Today, LLC

******* our sales representative was wonderful, she was honest, friendly and had us sold pretty much instantly. Gave us a great deal on flooring. The installers were friendly, professional and completely informative. My floors look great. My wife just wished that all the trim was the gray instead of white. The floors were done professionally. The flooring looks a lot prettier than the sample. The sample did not do it justice. Would definitely use them for any other flooring needs. They stick to their word. The transition from the floor to our carpet is amazing. The installers moved all the furniture out and put back as they promised. I would have like for them to offer items to put under the furniture so it doesn't scratch the new floors. We r very happy and pleased with our new floors. *. *******************Empire Today, LLC

This is the second time going through Empire for new floors. I love my new floors and the installers did an amazing job. Everyone involved in the process were great to deal with. They were all professional, friendly, and cared about the quality of work. This is a great company!Empire Today, LLC

They left out the underlying pad before they put down the cheap flooring and said it was not needed per the installer, salesman and higher-up managment & had to take up WHICH WAS A **** FIGHT with EMPIRE and then when put down 2nd time they miss matched it to cover up!Even the CEO/higher-up head persons or the salesman did not even know what the contract said I had signed and my friend had to read the contract to the exact paragraph because they had no clue as to what it said. They tried to get out of taking it up and redoing. Also they said they do full background checks on all contractors they send out to installs flooring, which I do not believe because only one of the 5 people could speak English and had no clue and I would not even give them a one Star. Next step BBB!!!!!! LOOK SOMEWHERE PEOPLE THEY OR HORRIBLE AT ALL-MEANING STAFF SALESPERSON AND HIGHER UP MANAGEMENT. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO PUT ANYTHING IN A DOG HOUSE!!!Empire Today, LLC
