Had flooring put in in 2020 called several times about it only to be told to wait until it broke finally couldnt take it no more so I called again they said wouldnt fix but to call warranty warranty wouldnt fix said it was an install issue. Called empire back and they finally agreed to fix and stated it wouldnt be covered under warranty because it wasnt installed correctly. Waited all day for them to show up and they never even showed up. I called twice and both times they stated they couldnt reach their employee. Very unreliable unprofessional company would never work with them again . Floor remains unfixed .Empire Today, LLC

I requested hardwood flooring for my stairwell because I was having a gathering soon. I paid 50% down and the flooring was to be installed the following week in July. I then received carpet cleaning deal, and they came out and cleaned my stairwell which then allowed me to cancel the hardwood stairwell installation because the carpeted stairwell looked pretty new. I contacted Empire to cancel and was told that I would receive a refund. However, a few days later, I received the following email: I apologize, but I do not have access to your deposit, so am unable to assist in this matter. You would need to contact customer service.I have attached a copy of your contract, though. Page 11 states the order needed to be cancelled by 07/19/2024. Per the notes, you called in on 07/20/2024 to cancel.After contacting customer service, they told me that I cancelled a day later. I informed them that had I known there was a cancellation deadline for me to receive a full refund, I would have cancelled the day before. They said it's in my contract and I said good, send it to me! Bottom Line is that they did not hand me a contract because I asked for it to be mailed to me. The *** who was at my house did not inform me that I had to cancel by the 19th if I needed to cancel in an effort to get a full refund of my deposit. I am requesting the remaining balance of my deposit that was paid which is $392.13Empire Today, LLC
