The installers advised it would take 3 days (Fri-Sat), but they worked late on the 2nd day (830p) and finished in 2 days. I believed they rushed the installation and I felt I was rushed to do the final walk through, since it was already 9p. After they left, I did find some minor errors that I believed is because they rushed the job. The installer told me they had another job to do on Saturday. I believed they should have taken the 3 days to complete the installation.Empire Today, LLC

Terrible service. A scam with a Bait and Switch tactic. I was made certain promises by the sale agent including repair the floors if needed. The installing crew can in, charged me for the remaining cost, which was over two thousand dollars over what I was advised. Then after being charged, the installing crew stated that they can't install the floor. But they would install the floor if I used a more expensive panel on the floor but will not guarantee their work. They left. I had the floor repaired. Later when they came back, they stated that they would install the floor but, again, would not guarantee their work. Again, they offered to install a more expensive panel, and still not guarantee their work. I contacted Empire to cancel the contract. They have not contacted myself nor have they returned any of my funds. I had only used them as the sale representative verbally stated that they would repair the floors if needed. This was a false representation to get myself to use their service.Empire Today, LLC

Purchased LVP June of 2021 and new carpet Dec 2021 by this company. Both services i got their extended warranty. Installation went well.. but , Not even 2 yrs in and my LVP starts lifting. Called to file a claim and was later told that my claim was denied. No one never even called me or came to look at my floors but denied my claim. How crazy. Fast forward to 8/2024, i called because 2 of my planks are cracking and its supposed to be covered under my extended plan. **** tells me that my extended plan has expired. How? When I purchased a 5 yr plan.. she says it was only 3 yrs (very misleading info) and if I wanted to get my floor Fixed, they can send someone out for $150 and then ill be responsible for repairs.. HOW CRAZY IS THIS???? Between both installs, i spent almost 12k and cant even get the extended services plan i paid for, for my LVP. This is a horrible experience and will definitely not be using this company again. Now I'm left with lifting planks in my kitchen and 2 cracked planks that ill have to pay out of pocket to fix. Extended service plan is a joke. Shop elsewhere.Empire Today, LLC
