Received the worst service ever in my life. ***** with MS ordered catering for whole house.The day it was to be installed empire between 9:45 to 10 am appointment for installation. No show. Finally got a hold of the salesman who said to call if there any problems about 12:30. He didn't know the problem and couldn't fix it. Finally, at 1:30 the installers came. Last call to elder was at 8:30 and they still had a couple hours to do plus put everything away. To top it off, The carpet was not even your color picked.This sick elder sat in a chair in the kitchen with no place to go, No accessible food, sick and in pain with no relief. This actually turned into an abusive situation.As of now, no accountability has been made by the company.

********* is phenomenal - very easy to work with a super informative. We were blessed to have her as our sales rep 8+ years ago and it was just wonderful to work with her again. Your salesman was rude and condescending he showed up at my house 2 hours early. Your products are cheaply made and your salesman wouldn't tell us how much the products cost per square foot. We have no intention doing business with empire.Empire Today, LLC

Carpet is nice installation was ok.I just noticed some seam lines that o am not to happy with.I bought top of line carpet $5,000 for 2 medium size rooms. They took the extra carpet , that was left over. So because of that I give it a 3 . Called my sales person waiting to hear back for 4 days now. If I dont hear back by tonight then I will have to take it further to top people.Empire Today, LLC

I had a great experience purchasing carpet for my cottage from Empire. Their salesman showed up on time with the samples I requested, scheduling was easy, and here's an important point- when I needed to contact them by phone, it was such a relief to reach a real person who was able to actually help me without wading through useless AI and recordings. The installers were pleasant and efficient and the carpet looks great. Their price was competitive, not the lowest nor the highest among the estimates I got. Frankly, I got way better service from them than I've come to expect from large companies. Would definitely use again.Empire Today, LLC

This was my 2nd job with Empire - laminate floor. I found the sales representatives extremely professional- informative - helpful. The installation crews on time - professional- knowledgeable and cleaned up when finished. Highly recommended- excellent value for money.Empire Today, LLC

On November 19th,2022 I had a representative from Empire Today come to my home and give me an estimate to put down vinyl flooring in my home. A few days later the installer came to start on the project. ************************ was subcontracted to do the work. Upon arrival at my home, he said that the vinyl that I picked for my home was not good Because I have uneven ceramic tiles in my home. He said that within a year, the tiles would come up if I were to do that. I reached out to Empire to tell them what I was just told by **************, and they suggested that I take out the tiles before putting in the vinyl flooring. they did not tell me this before when the representative came to give me a quote. Theres no way that I could have afford to do that. The representative cancelled my contract.After I hung up with the representive from Empire, ************* told me that he has his own business and that his vinyls are better.. That they are industrial strength, and that he puts them in offices and that they are thicker. I asked him if he has put those Vinyls in other homes with the same situation as my floor and he said yes,and without issues, He said he could do the job for me for the same amount Empire Today was charging me, but it had to be cash and not credit.Almost one year my flooring is lifting in MANY areas of my home. Theres also gouges on certain areas of the vinyl. If these vinyls were industrial strength and thicker like he told me, this would not have happened.What a horrible experience with Empire Today and this dishonest subcontractor Empire uses. I was ripped off!!I reached out to him many many times and he has changed his story telling me that he made me aware that this was going to happen even with his vinyl. Which IS NOT true! I even spend an extra $350 to fix a repair on the floor and it was money wasted because the floor is still lifting. I have reached out to him many many times for peaceful resolution to this and so far nothing has happened on his end.Empire Today, LLC

If I could leave 0 stars I would. It started well, we were contacted immediately and scheduled an appointment. Our salesman came out and had a great personality and wasnt pushy. We picked flooring to be installed on 7/13. On 7/12 I received a call from a woman (in the office) who informed me the they werent sure the material would work in our sunroom. She said she was going to contact the installers and get right back to me. This is where everything became unprofessional. First this woman never contacted me again. But I did receive a text saying I needed to accept the changes made to my order. I looked over the information and didnt see any changes except the date form 7/13 to 7/17. I contacted empire to ask what changes had been made and also I explain about the conversation I had with the woman earlier about the flooring material not working. They assured me everything was fixed and we moved the install to 7/20. 7/19 we received a reminder of our appointment and we moved everything out of of sunroom to prepare for the install. Morning of the install we received a call letting us know all of our materials were loaded onto the truck and on its way to us at some point of the day. Almost 3 hours later I missed a called from a man from empire. His message went on to say that our salesman had made a mistake and should have contacted us, that they would not be able to do the flooring as plan because the material was not up to par with our sunroom and would fail. So my biggest problems with empire is they dont seem knowledgeable, nobody seem to really know what was going on, it was a waist of my time and I pulled my credit for this. And even worst no one was responsible and everyone just passed the blame. Not a good company if you ask me. I will never go through empireEmpire Today, LLC

The installers were excellent! The sales rep was good too. I told him my price range and he was able to get the job done within my range. I received the quote on Wednesday and the installers arrived the next day at 8am. I love it.Empire Today, LLC
