We had our carpet installed on our stairs and upstairs hallway back in 2021. The salesman distinctly told us that if we purchased the Empire Protect plan or whatever they have that we had 5 years to call and request to have the carpet replaced due to ANY defects or damage to the carpet. He told us that with the kids and pets, it would not be a problem to get it replaced because we were planning on selling our home at some point within that time. When we just recently called to request a replacement, we were told we were outside of the "1 year warranty" window and that any replacement and installation would be at cost. We were lied to and manipulated by the salesman to purchase the extra protection plan/warranty on the product. Unacceptable business practice and unfortunate because we were initially very happy with the installation and carpet that we selected until within the first year part of the carpet came completely off one of the bases of the stair exposing the tack strip to which we now have to keep it covered.Empire Today, LLC

Another company not standing behind their product found some warping under stove and a chip little over a year of being insyalled. I paid for extended coverage and it was denied due to not being a accident. Way to go empire you got a extra $800 out of me for having me get the extended warranty. I hope your profitably as a company was achieved by selling me this.Empire Today, LLC

The actual workers who completed the job were excellent! 5 stars for them!The estimator who came was creepy, manipulative and a liar. He lied about the price, first appointment and had the audacity to request a higher rating on this survey. Who does that to their customers?*********************** definition of the first scheduled job of the day is 11:30. I waited around expecting the job to start at 8:00-9:00 as the estimator promised. Our sales rep *************************** was super knowledgeable about ***************************** options. He brought all possible samples to us in an in-home visit, and was able to supply us multiple quotes for different options. The result was getting our family high quality carpet at the cheapest price possible. We ended up replacing our carpet in our entire home. We will always use Empire Today for future flooring needs!Empire Today, LLC

1 starI went to the ********** store for a alignment and tire rotation and said after the alignment you can do a oil change if it's quick.. was told a hour tops 3.5 hours later I get a call it's done but alignment couldn't be done . I went there they did oil and didn't even rotate the tires! I paid for oil change and tire rotation with a Groupon. They charged me the tax n didn't have change so I was forced to use card!Review fromAaron S

The rep that gave the estimate, *************************** was professional and fair. The installers showed up on time and did a fantastic job installing the Luxury Vinyl Planks. They did the entire bedroom and my hall for just $4600 and we are VERY happy.Empire Today, LLC
