5 star for salesman very nice person! And 5 star to the installers. But customer service is the 3 star. They called twice to have to reschedule and didnt do anything for us for the inconvenience.

The installers and project manager were polite, work horses, very professional. Their work was precise, listened to my specifics on furniture placement. They were very attentive to any concerns I had, treated my home with care! Would recommend Empire to friends and family!!????Empire Today, LLC

The salesman was professional and personal who took extra steps to accommodate our request. His communication with us helped our decision in product selection and moving forward with Empire Today. Even more, he understood our desire to enjoy our home surroundings and moved quickly to research the availability of the item we chose. This will be one of several projects weve undertaken with Empire Today without any disappointment. Once when we needed a repair, it was taken care of immediately. Each person weve encountered from sales, installation and customer service provided excellent interaction and feedback. We did not hesitate to contact Empire Today for our pending home project. We can only go on our personal experience, despite some negative comments weve heard. Its good to read reviews, but ultimately your decision will determine any right or incorrect choice. To be informed has its benefits, but sometimes its a gut choice.Empire Today, LLC

Extremely disappointed in our carpet runner! We were told we were getting top of the line carpet that would be great on our stairs and not even 6 months later it is pulling and looks extremely worn! **************** did nothing to fix this problem! I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for carpet on their stairs!!Empire Today, LLC

We love our new flooring. We have allergies and a cat and getting rid of our carpet (not the cat) and replacing it with the laminate hardwood floor is a total game changer.Empire Today, LLC

Horrible experience. Technician ****** did not submit the promised estimate to my email. He instead sent a $14000 approximation of job cost via text message. Said he lived in the neighborhood and when we went outside to view carpet and floor samples his wife just so happened to be walking their children from the neighborhood park. He asked if I wanted a womans viewpoint. I agreed. He was trying to get a deposit and commitment. I advised that I wanted to present the emailed quote to my business partner who is on vacation in ************** and due to return next week. Very unprofessionalEmpire Today, LLC
