Salesman came out to our home so we could get estimate for carpeting! Talked so fast..never took measurements (we didn't realize till after).We picked a little more expensive carpet! Before we knew it we signed some papers and he was out the door! When they came to install it was much cheap carpeting they tried to give us!Ended up taking 25% of our down payment for not accepting! I really feel the Salesman took advantage of because we're elderly! Shame on him!$1000 is a lot for a person on a fixed income to lose!Hope this never happens to his parents

Worst experience ever. Sales rep didn't know anything but lied about everything. Tried to charge us for white trim between wooden trim and wooden floors. Did not quote us for a different underlay floor so we had to pay an extra $1000 day of or they couldn't even put the flooring in. Showed me this nice thick material. It was a sheet of paper. Bad enough that his boss agreed he needed to go back to training and gave me a $500 credit. 90 days later my flooring is separating. Still can't get someone to come out and look at it with my fancy warranty. Do not waste your time. Biggest regret was using them.Empire Today, LLC

****** the sales representative was wonderful! He was friendly, personable and professional! Treated us like family ??Today the carpet was installed. These men deserve a raise! Respectful, professional and extremely hard working men. They moved our huge couch and loveseat very respectfully and gently. They were quick and very skilled. They cleaned up everything and hauled away our old, dirty worn carpet. The entire experience from start to finish was awesome and such a relief. No stress, no mess and the carpet is beautiful ?? It was a very professional job in all from the salesman to the installation. The salesman was patient kind knowledgeable courteous and offered suggestions according to my needs. The installers arrived on time and worked diligently until the job was done. The installers were very patient kind courteous knowledgeable and very professional. I was able to understand them well also. They took their time with the installation, doing a magnificent job. They were very meticulous in the details needed to complete my installation in an excellent manner. I appreciate the service received from all people involved with my job.Empire Today, LLC
