Our floors became warped from water damage after our new appliance was installed. We schedule a consultation May 8th with **** *. and he never entered the information for a quote to be generated for the ***lacement of the floors. I call and schedule a new appointment June 4th and **** *. arrives.When I show ****** business card, **** snickers as if the other *** doesn't know what he is doing. I ask **** for his business card, he tells me they are in his truck and he would give me one. I walk him to his truck and he tells me, since I am not listening to him he is canceling my appointment and leaving. When I ask for his card again, then he says he doesn't anymore. How do you lie about business cards? **** lets me know he is the expert not me and I am supposed to go with what he is telling me. During this consult **** is only thinking about the sale instead of the homeowner's needs.Empire Today, LLC

Be very careful with what this company offers you. They sold me water-resistant flooring, and at the first problem, they told me no, they couldn't fix my issue because my flooring was installed over concrete. When they sold me the service, they never mentioned that it changed because it was on concrete.They also told me that the water-resistant flooring is only for hurricanes and floods.ow they say that the flooring was damaged because of my fault due to humidity.They sell me the water-resistant flooring and then water damages it, and they say no, they also want me to pay third party company to do a assessment and and they offer me to come again and re do the job and pay again for ************* they think I will hire then again????Don't waste your money with this company!!!!Empire Today, LLC

I had a terrible experience with Empire Today. I placed an order for vinyl flooring to be installed on a staircase leading to my garage and paid 50% of the total cost upfront. From the beginning, many of the flooring options I was shown turned out to be discontinued or unavailablea clear sign of poor inventory management or misleading sales practices.I was offered next-day installation, which was one of the reasons I chose Empire, but that promise quickly fell apart. ****** from Empire cancelled my installation less than 24 hours before it was scheduled. Despite multiple attempts, both ****** and the manager Jasmine failed to return any of my phone calls. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.Thankfully, my sales agent ****** went above and beyondhe came back to my house on his day off the night before installation for a last-minute re-selection, and even called the warehouse to confirm the new floors were available. We were all setuntil I got another phone call at 6:45 AM on the morning of installation saying that it was cancelled again due to lack of materials. They rescheduled the job for a day I was not available without even confirming with me.This experience has been a complete waste of time, full of high-pressure sales tactics and what felt like a bait-and-switch. No one in leadership has returned my calls. I was offered no resolution and no refund. I am now working with **************** to dispute the down payment for services that were never rendered.****** was the only professional person in this entire experiencehe did his best to help, but the lack of support from the company and its leadership is shocking. Previous customer with **********************. First floor, I got overcharged and when the time came to use guarantees, it conveniently the floor was discontinued. Called in a second time for new floors at a different address and had two sales person giving me different prices over the same product and pretty much arguing afterwards about the other having bad information and not charging for other tems that should have been there. Seems like those have not had a sale in quite some time and really needed it. Well, I tried calling customer service over the phone to collect the right information and no one is able to provide an answer. The customer *** on the phone carelessly said that every sale person will have a different price and that doesnt mean they are incorrect. Why else could be expected?! BIG RIP OFF people, be careful!!! Still today after a week calling and having 3 different sales manager giving me a call back which they have not done so, I am still waiting for consistent information. Business style is Sketchy and over the phone customer service is HORRIBLE!!!Empire Today, LLC

I was denied a claim, I accidentally spilled water on the floor by the time I cleaned it up it started to warp they wont cover the cost because someone I talked to said that I missed the time line when I got to the spill. The brochure says any accident will be cover. They didnt abide by their warrantyEmpire Today, LLC

We had a salesman come to our house he was very helpful. Didn't have to many samples but we did pick two to our liking. On the day of installation *** from ********* and his crew of two men arrived. After the paperwork and confirmation of product tro be installed. They arrived about 9:30am and finished about 7:30 pm that evening. They were fast at the work they performed and very good at it. I met with **** ******, an Empire sales *** on 2/24/25. He was aware of my special needs, I have mobility issues and use wheeled devices to move around my apartment. He only brought samples of luxury vinyl plank flooring saying it was the best for my needs. He totally mis***resented the financial part of the project. He said he needed to do a credit check with ****************. He said I could pay ** with my existing credit cards that have points or miles. Turned out he was opening a new credit card for me with **************** and the total cost if the project ($20,700) was the balance due. This dropped my credit rating 51 points!When the installation subcontractor showed up, they said they could not install the *** in my apartment. I had to wait four days for **** to come back for a second meeting. This time he brought laminate samples and leveling the floors. There was an additional charge of $422. The two day project ended up taking eight days and not using the product that was initially presented as the best for my needs. When I found out about the new credit card having been opened, my calls to Empire customer service were bounced around and often went with no response. If I had known about the credit rating hit, I would have paid the cost in full. The best Empire offered me for the mis***resentation of financing was half of the additional charge due to their recommendation of *** and then changing to laminate and floor leveling.Empire never apologized for the for the financial mis***resentation, changing the recommended product or the extended installation timeframe.Regards, **** *********Empire Today, LLC

I WILL NEVER USE EMPIRE AGAIN 1. The floor is flexing almost everywhere we step in our bedroom. They need to redo this job completely.2. The sales *** lied and said installation could happen as soon as next week but it actually took 2 months to get the product in stock and then another 2 weeks to get scheduled.***Updated Review 1 week after installation***The installers came back to evaluate the floor that is flexing and they said there is nothing they can do!!!I wish I had never ***laced my hardwood flooring with Empire, this was a complete waste of $4,095.Empire Today, LLC
