Team of installers were very good, professional, and efficient in installation. The sales rep was excellent and nice. Went over my options and pricing. Couldnt have been an easier experience!This is my second time using Empire and on both occasions I would say they exceeded expectations.

Our sales rep ******** was incredible, helpful, and very informative. Not only did she put us at ease for our purchase but did not make us feel forced to buy or make a commitment. She not only answered all our questions but was available when we had more questions. You should have more representation like her for your company!Empire Today, LLC

The Only reason I am even giving 1 star is because of the sales representative who actually did a good job and was in contact with me . We had ****** dollars worth of work done our newly purchased home . we had all new flooring put in throughout .We used this company in order to make our move convenient and quick and to avoid having to move furniture multiple times. 1st the job took longer than anticipated, they brought white molding for a brown floor and wanted us to be "ok" with that . this was unacceptable so they had to come back a second day to complete. Then when we began to move our furniture in we noticed that in the middle of the living room floor some of the flooring looked different ..The finish and texture did not match and looked like a dull spot in multiple areas of the living room.I immediately got in contact with the sales rep. he ended up having to come out to the house to verify the issue. then he reported back that the product was in fact faulty.It has been weeks since this took place. when I call i get no answer. Ive now been told that to have this fixed will ***********-8 weeks. I have asked to speak to managers and have been told " I am the manager " when I aske d to speak to the department causing the holdup I was told they do not speak to customers. when I asked to speak to her manager I was told " she is on vacation " the whole situation is ridiculou . When they want your money they are out there to collect in 3 days. However when you have a problem its 6- 8 weeks to resolve???? Horrible customer service from corporate office. Now we are going to be completely moved in to our new home and settled and they are going to have to come and rip out our floors???? they have not made any attempt to resolve this or offer any kind of compensation for this colossal inconvenience. I would not recommend anyone use this compan . We would have been better off doing this project ourselves or using a local company that actually cares about their customers.Empire Today, LLC

Empire Today does terrible work i wish I would have never used them . Floors look terrible glue on floor where they damaged . Door ways had too much glue on they tried to clean off damaging floor finish. I WOOD NEVER RECOMMENDED BUYER BEWAREEmpire Today, LLC
