Installers did a great job! Came in a timely manner, showed up right when they said they would. Very courteous and professional. Explained each step of the installation process. They were very neat, clean and organized. They did an excellent job!Empire Today, LLC

The worst ever , I had carpet placed in my home a year ago and we have had nothing but issues with the way the carpet was placed . We have a little basement and there 5 seams in this carpet that keeps coming apart . Since a year ago we have had 6 repairs done from empires crew and the carpet is still spreading apart at the seams . They come and stretch , glue and retract and still the seams start spreading apart. There is a large seam right in a high traffic area . Also now the carpet itself is coming apart. This company is a joke . They hire contractors to install the carpet and they dont care. Empire does not care about there customers , I get the run around .Empire Today, LLC

Empire has a cancellation policy that is totally wrong in my case. Carpet was measured by a Empire Salesman in an initial visit at my home early in June 2024. When the Empire carpet installer came out to install the carpet, the installer realized the salesman measured wrong. The measurement was off by the size of one closet. The order consisted of two bedrooms and two closets. The installer told me then that he could not install the other two bedrooms and closet. He stated that he needed approval to do a "Partial" install. He called several times to get approval but, could not reach anyone. I called **************************************** and, was told that the order would be cancelled Agent ****** #**** informed me there would be a 25% cancellation fee. I requested that he approximate $538 fee could not be waived. My claim demands that any cancellation fees charged be waived as the denial of installation was not my fault.Empire Today, LLC

HORRIBLE!!-Very disappointed and dissatisfied with lack of professionalism and customer service -Lack of communication -Lack of respect for my home during the work.-No integrity -No accountability/just excuses -Sales person washes hands of any issues once you pay. -A company that truly does not care about the customer -A company more interested in financial results then doing what is right. -Note-I was not able to leave a review without selecting a star. Empire Today LLC came out to show flooring, he was at my residence for over 3hrs. I finally picked out a flooring and signed contract and paid a security deposit. Now, my HOA is giving me a hard time and not approving my install. I want to cancel my contract and Empire Today wont refund my deposit. I think its awful that they want to keep my money for doing nothing!Empire Today, LLC
