***** was extremely patient, way more patient than he needed to be, and was very thorough in explaining everything that the quote entailed and how the installation process would go. The homeowner decided to go with a different company because of material selection but ***** worked very hard to get an extremely competitive quote with a service package and would have had the business if Empire offered a better option for the wood-look porcelain tiles, which is beyond his control. He did great, I would recommend him to anyone else looking for flooring.

I would have chosen ZERO STARS if it were an option. We had two VERY large rooms of carpeting installed, and both rooms have pulled away from the walls and have ripples through the entire carpeting. When I spoke to the representative, she said we could get somebody to come out and fix it for $500. She had absolutely no personality and was very rude to me as I asked what kind of a warranty would come with it. I was disappointed in her response and she told me she would go ahead and close down my ticket and told me I can go somewhere else locally and have them fix it. Pretty shocked at her response I proceeded to ask if I could talk to someone else and she said feel free to file a complaint but just know the complaints all come back to us and itll just be somebody here that will answer it. She was very unprofessional and uncaring. We have used Empire in four of our homes exclusively and they have gone downhill so much that we have now chosen to never ever use them again. I strongly advise that you look elsewhere for carpeting and flooring and dont waste your time or money with this company. Their warranty is awful.Empire Today, LLC

We had **** *** do a consultation with us regarding flooring. He was very helpful and explained in detail the differences between the type of flooring we were interested in. I appreciated the samples he showed us and the breakdown of the cost of each different piece. At the end we couldn't commit due to pricing but he was very understanding. I appreciate the home visits Empire does for their customers and recommend them for those families that have a hard time getting to the store.Empire Today, LLC

This company is terrible. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Empire Today regarding the engineered hardwood flooring installed in my home. Since the initial installation in September 2023, I have faced repeated issues with gapping. Despite multiple repair attempts and two full reinstallations, the problem persists, requiring yet another full reinstallation We have spent $17,888.00 on these floors, expecting quality and durability. Instead, we have dealt with continuous defects, misleading assurances, and poor communication. After being advised to select a hardwood nail-down floor, we chose a productonly to face further delays and availability issues. Despite numerous calls and emails to customer service, including direct communication with representatives like ******* ********, my concerns remain unresolved.This ongoing situation has caused significant frustration, inconvenience, and financial burden. After repeated failed attempts to resolve these defects, I am requesting a refund. I expected quality service and products, but Empire Today has not met that expectation.I urge Empire Today to take accountability and resolve this matter promptly.Empire Today, LLC

Terrible Experience Buyer Beware We had carpet installed in 3 rooms. After 1 year, all rooms had loose folds and buckling. I called a number of times and was told that I must remove all furniture from all rooms to fix problem. We are in our 70s and Im a caregiver for my wife with dementia. I cant possibly move all this furniture. No follow-up or help was offered.Carpet is c*** anyway. Wears poorly!STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANYEmpire Today, LLC

***** ****** , remember this name , a sales person for flooring , working out of ********************************************************** office for Empire Today flooring company ,he sold us a new installation laminated flooring for my kitchen , including the removal of the existing ceramic flooring , my wife and I spent 2 days getting our kitchen ready for expected dust , removing appliances from the kitchen , and covering all the cabinets , when the company finally came in for the job , they told us that they were never told that the old floor was due to be removed , and that it would have been impossible to do that ,when we tried calling ***** ****** the sales person , he was no where reachable or never even responded to previous calls for some of the questions that we had , he was happy that he had gotten $2800 deposit from us and just hoping that we would have gone ahead with the job , well we never went through with it and got our deposit back by complaining to the main office But with out going through h*** in trying to get the kitchen ready for that job , We felt that we were lied to when he knew that this job was not easy to be done and never the less he communicated with the hired sub contractors , a total nightmare , This sales man I think should be selling old rags instead of making fake promises to costumers on bases of making commissions , Beware of this ***** ******,Empire Today, LLC

This company is terrible. We have had so many issues throughout our installation process. Manager waited a week to address my complained and only called when I held up the payment. According to company policy, she should have called within 24 hours. I called Monday to complain. After 24 hours, I called back and was told the manager noted in my file she called and talked to me. That was not true. I spoke to her for the first time on Saturday, well beyond the 24 hour ***** This company is dishonest and unethical. They do not fulfill what is stated in their contract. My toilet is in my bathroom tub as we speak because they refused to reinstall it as per my contract. They said due to unforeseen circumstances they dont have to meet the contractual obligation of reinstalling my toilet. Then I was told this is a common problem. If its a common problem, how can it also be unforeseen? If it commonly happened, you should have foreseen the problem before installation. All they could say was sorry, here is $100 to get a plumber to do it. The plumber charges $90 to just come out. That doesnt cover the work you were contractually obligated to fulfill. When I tried to express my concerns, I was repeatedly interrupted. When I asked her to stop interrupting me, she said Im not going to let you talk to me like that. I did not yell or curse. I stood up for myself and my family and did not take their excuses. Please do not use this company. They do not value their customers or their time. This is only a small portion of the problems we had.Please do not give your money to this company.Empire Today, LLC

First time home owner, first time getting flooring. ****** Empire **** was wonderful. Very helpful, patient with all our questions, went thru all options and price points. One thing you will learn about empire is they do not hold true to there warranty repair and blame everything on something but the job that was completed I had Flooring installed in 2022 and it started to come up off the ground. They blamed a chair that was in the vicinity of the picture as the reason behind the flooring coming up. Made no Sense at all. I would 100% stay away from this company from installing anything at all. There is no warranty when its complete its all yours to figure out yourself. I had thought about adding vinyl flooring by this same company until I got this sour taste about there warranty's.Empire Today, LLC

I had Empire put LVP vinyl flooring throughout my house a little over 1 year ago, and I already have vinyl planks lifting up in the middle of my living room. Unfortunately, it's been a real struggle to get Empire to come check out the situation, and adhere to the warranty provided. Someone was supposed to come by on Saturday to check it out, but that resulted in a no call, no show, so I'm still fighting to get someone to address the situation.Empire Today, LLC
