The service department is adding a Miscellaneous Fee of 10% to all service orders. This seems a little underhanded to me. They should just be strait forward and add the cost into the listed service price.

Sales experience was very good, but service after sales has been absent. Scheduled serve multiple times over 3 months, and nobody ever showed up. Manager and ** of dealership will not return calls. Finally went directly to ******* *** help center, and they have transferred our service to another dealership out of state. Apparently our experience is not uncommon, and they will be investigating. Don't go to ******* of ******* IN.

If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. Had an appointment to see a vehicle. Unfortunately the sales representative brought up a different vehicle (Wagoneer L- stock # J11315) The 2024 Wagoneer carbide 4x4 (stock #J11585) is listed as new vehicle at $66,192 with 48 miles. I come to find out after driving over a hour the vehicle wasnt there and that one of the owners is demoing the vehicle. Sales manager contacts me the next day (2/12/2024) told me the vehicle can be available but will have a few thousand miles. And will give it to be for an amazing price of $68,000. Never in my life I have experienced such rudeness from the Napleton family. I hope the owners of the Napleton family does see this complaint. Because you have managers (*** *********) , a **, sales manager, and a lady by the name ***** in internet sales. That you way want to rethink who is representing your business. False advertisement and lies is not a way to go about business! ****** *****

In addition to all the thousands in upcharges the other negative reviews here would lead you to expect, the base price of the vehicle itself changed by six thousand dollars from the time I sat down to the time I signed the purchase (the value of which changed at literally every step, even between pages signed). This number comes down to two charges of $2999, one of which ******* tried to explain away as a cost to test the battery (complete with a drawing of the battery he doodled for me). Those specific charges appear nowhere on my final paperwork, and the charges I have on my paperwork not only differ from the charges I saw during signing, but also from the charges the customer service *** has tried to work through with me, which also differ from the charges the financing bank have listed for me. When I set up my account with the financer, they even checked my identity by having me confirm I received gap coverage (that Nino said he was throwing in for me as a bonus at the end) for $0, which Napleton now denies. They even sent me away without a charging cable for my EV, and took over a week to get it to me. They haven't even gone as far as reimbursing me for the cable I had to buy in the meantime. I should have taken the stereotype of the sleazy car salesman seriously. These people are devious at ripping customers off. It is kind of evil.

They knowingly sold me a car with body damage done to the roof of the **** When confronted, they laughed and called it a "bullet hole" because I live in the south side of *******. So they said there was nothing they can do. I made an appointment for my vehicle to be serviced, waited 4 hours. Come closing time, they lied to my face and said everything was done except the recall. When I caught them lying, they admitted to not doing anything to it because they forgot about it. Then the assistant manager **** ****** is going to try and have my car thrown out the shop because I showed frustration. He then proceeded to get in my face as if he was trying to intimidate someone. Terrible service all around.

If you want pay more than what you saw the price of the car online is, this is the dealership for you. If you want to have optional packages applied before you get to the dealership and be told the only way you can purchase the car is by being forcibly held to take these packages, this is the dealership for you. If you want them to talk circles around you and not answer your questions directly, this is the dealership for you. If you want them to not give you all the paperwork when you leave, this is the dealership for you. If you want them to swap out the paperwork between the salesman and the finance person, this is the dealership for you. These are snakes. These people are lower than snakes. If you want a terrible deal, come to this dealership. If you do actually come to the dealership, I would suggest taking photos of every page and questioning everything they put in front of you. Don't be taking blind like I was, just an honest person trying to make an honest deal. That can't be done here, just go somewhere else. They even removed my bad review from ******.

I purchased a jeep wrangler jku and it made a ticking noise so I asked ******* if that ticking noise was normal and she assured me all jeeps make that noise. I had parts missing off my jeep so I had to bring it to the mechanic at the dealership and I asked him about the tick as well and he had the same response as ******* but when I took it to my local mechanic and had him look at it he informed me that the ticking noise was my rockers and lifters going out!!!! As well as a cam shaft lobe!!!! Fast forward 10 months later I received a call from **** *********** asking me to help his boss clear snow from his driveway which I did upon talking to ***** *********** he OFFERED to reimburse me for the parts labor and inconvenience from my previous experience. So a week goes by and I reach out to **** and get no response so I waited a couple more days too ask what the process was or if they needed any receipts etc etc and he then replied back cussing me out with the f word multiple times then went as far as too threaten me that if I did not apologize he would make sure I don't get any reimbursement and I refuse to apologize for asking a employee a question! And now he has gone through my personal file without my permission and looked at my credit score and sent messages to my phone making fun of my credit score *** insulting me!!!! So ***** finally responded and tells me they can only issue 300 check which i am grateful for anything but I do not appreciate they're employee threaten me,harass me,and get my reimbursement check knocked down $700.

I had a problem where my brake lights on my vehicle were not working properly. I called the dealer where I bought my car and they didn't have service appointments for months. This was ******* ******* in ******. So I called Napleton ******* which is the closest to my home and they took me in immediately. Very professional and fixed the problem. Will be using this dealership from now on.

I purchased a vehicle from ********** Napleton of ******* in July of 2024. The purchase was made during the cyber attack on CDK global, leading a lot of the dealerships software applications to be down, and thus paper charting was used. I initially wanted to pay in part with cash and part loan. But after finding out the minimum amount required to be financed was greater than I wanted, we ended up doing a cash deal where I paid in full via direct deposit. VW Napleton of ******* has been working on getting the lien with ********** removed, so that I can actually have the title to my car, for 6 months. I have no proof that I own the car at this time. If anything happens to the car or I want to sell it I am tough out of luck. When I look up my VIN with the FLHSMV, it states my car is under a lien with **********. It should not take more than half a year for this to be straightened out, it is absolutely ridiculous. This is still an ongoing issue.
