1 starI wanted to purchase a specific car from here last week and confirmed via phone that it was available the night before I came to sign the papers. Get here first thing the next morning and the van was sold. Was shown some other vehicles and found a van that was similar to what we wanted but was told by salesman it was going to wholesale (high miles/2017). The finance officer, the main *** with gray hair, came to me and told me it was available and we would make it happen.Test drove it and it had a check engine light on it. Was told that service took care of it - it was just a dead battery and they replaced it, but THE NEXT DAY the light came back on. Went to auto zone - cylinder 5 misfire. Tried calling and played phone tag for two days until we finally spoke and they said bring it in, but my warranty isn't active for 30 days so we will see what we can do.Brought it in, was given a lender vehicle. It was dirty but we were going to deal with it. When we got home, I realized my son was sitting on A HANDFUL OF PILLS. My husband tried calling 5 TIMES to get a hold of management and they kept hanging up on him. He was told a ** would call him, no call. Next day, was told the manager would call him, no call.We took the lender in and the finance *** said he knew this deal would blow up the whole time. He placed the blame on me, the customer. We are absolutely appalled by the way the finance *** treated us. **** the salesman tried to say it wasnt for sale. He was kind and patient the entire 7 hrs of being here **** and *****, if you're reading this, I seriously encourage you to find another employer. A customer should never be made to feel like this. Like this was my fault from the beginning. The black gentleman that greets everyone, ****, and ***** were the kindest ones here. They made my experience pleasant, while management made me feel small and as if I was a waste of his time. I will NEVER BUY FROM HERE and really suggest you don't either.Review fromDonald B

1 starThis dealer uses false advertising techniques. We attempted to purchase a used vehicle from them. The lowest out the door price they offered was $6,000 above the price they have listed online. They had several add ons that were not negotiable but also not included in the listed price.Review fromJohn D

1 starStay away! Price Packing. Predatory and deceitful with used cars online pricing vs actual purchase pricing very different. Only given monthly payment options. I went through monthly payment options and reiterated I was not interest in monthly payment unless shown total pricing contract, lender options, APR rate, etc. Indiana told me he could not go through any of that with me and would have to wait until finance meeting. He told me to choose a monthly payment and that it could be changed later.I sat at a table by myself until about 8 pm (4 hrs later) when I met with Waqas to go through financing. I was not shown APR and had to ask specifically about lender and APR. ***** told me that I couldnt change much at this point besides an additional down payment. He said he could only work with what was given to him from sales department. He went through warranty information, which I asked if it was warranty from the factory (Gold Certified) and he said yes. The monthly payment seemed more than what it should be so I declined any additional options I was given the option to, like ************** I was not given an option to decline any additional options from the dealership. I was not given any paperwork to take home besides receipt on down payment but received a flash drive copy of some paperwork. When I got home, I reviewed flash drive and shocked to see additional comprehensive, third-party warranty guised as gold-certified factory warranty. Not only that, they added a $1500 rustproofing charge that I was never allowed to explicitly say no to and I have no information/paperwork on. There was $4,000 worth of other dealer installed items differing from the initial online pricing; These were not made available as optional add-ons. Why was I never given an option to say no? If I were asked, I would have declined those options. Some options were already added to the vehicle before even seeing it but at an inflated price.Review fromLindsay P

1 starI wish I was coming here to report something different than the other reviews, but sadly here I am with a similar story. My ******** van wouldnt start so I had it towed to Napleton and was able to make an appointment as it was towed there. Although apparently that didnt matter because they continually told me I didnt make an appointment and because of that they wouldnt get to my van for 3 days. It was towed on a Tuesday, Thursday I called to see if they were able to look at it, they didnt know and would call me back. They never called back. I tried calling them and couldnt get through. Friday- the same thing, no call, no answer, even after leaving multiple messages. Saturday I went up there and was told my vehicle was still not evaluated and they actually didnt even know where it was. Excuse me?! They assured me it was somewhere on the lot but didnt have time to go find it and they only had oil/lube guys on the clock and wasnt able to be evaluated. I was assured that my vehicle would be looked at first thing Monday morning. So at this point, my car was there 5 days and hadnt been touched. Monday I finally get a call and was told that my problem wasnt a battery problem, but its a cylinder problem but they didnt quite know yet and would call me back. Tuesday, 10 mins before the service advisor was leaving for the day, called to tell me that it was a battery issue and I have a blown head gasket and I cannot drive my car off the lot or my engine will blow up and it will cost $5100 plus depending on what else they find. Mind you, there was no indication with my van that anything was wrong other than a battery. We decided to get a second opinion and sure enough, no blown head gasket and just needed a new battery and it certainly wasnt $5100. Their scare tactic to sell things is AWFUL. Poor communication, awful service, I honestly dont know if its ignorance or intentional but its awful and I do not recommend. This place should be shut down.Review fromNot H

1 starI would not recommend this company to anyone; the sales manager ***** ***** doesn't know how to do his job. He makes promises that they can't keep. All they care about is getting your money.I scheduled an appointment and ended up buying a car with the promise of delivery on Monday, the entire day went by without any communication from this dealer until I called and spoke with a member of sales who put me in contact with ***** who lied about what was going on with the car he promised to keep in contact which here it is ******************************************** the dealership, once they get your money they don't care. I have emailed the ** 3 times and haven't gotten a response. IF YOU ENJOY GETTING S**** OVER AND LIED TO THEN THIS IS THE COMPANY FOR YOUReview fromDaniel F

1 starThis criminal company sold me a vehicle with the promise that an odor would be removed from the vehicle. I had doubts and concerns but started to go through the process with them as I was assured I had 30 days with the vehicle and the odor would be taken care of. This team rushed me through the signing process told me lies about what I was signing and when I asked 3 times to come back and sign the next day I was told NO, we are almost done. when I went to pick it up they had the smell covered up long enough to take the vehicle but confident I had 30 days with the vehicle as promised. The next day when I got in the vehicle the smell had come back terribly so I called them to express my concern but they told me the deal is done you are an adult and there is no recourse. I then traded the vehicle for a different one as the smell that they promised would be taken care of was unbearable. The company had forgotten to collect 5k from me at signing because they were careless and rushed through the process. They then threatened to have my new car repossess if I didnt pay the 5000, when I spoke to ****** the General Manager he had 0 concessions and only offered to talk to his team. I was out several thousand dollars for the trade in because they lied and didnt fulfill their end of the contract. The customer service manager ******* offered me gift card which she later retracted. If I can stop even one person from buying a vehicle from this company I will feel like I have done the world a service. Buyer be warned.Review fromzia a

1 starDealership was scamming us by agreeing/signing on to pricing negotiating documents. the documents were showing wrong sales
tax, charging us same service twice, charging us maintenance warranty which is for free. dealership provided us higher APR of 7.9%,
higher then 6.29% this is what they showing on their website. upon asking to see the car in person, they were more interested in
?nalizing the document so that we can sign. noticing there unprofessional behavior, I started checking all the documents and started
asking questions. manager showed us rude/disrespectful behavior when we complaint about all the wrong doings by his sales
person. we wanted to end the deal but by then we ended up investing our 15 hours so i tolerated and continue with the deal. upon
checking the documents thoroughly. we noticed the document doesn't have correct date, sales tax not even right car that we wanted.
they were selling us wrong car. the document had lower trim VIN with higher trim pricing. financing document that they submit to
bank had a different car with different VIN. we asked all these question and questioned how come there are so many mistakes in one
deal. we can understand few mistakes. at this point, manager told us they cant sell us car. we asked for resolution through emails and
contacted through google reviews as well but till date no resolution.Review fromTyler M

1 starI brought in my ***** to be serviced in June 2024 and was told ***airs would be nearly $2,000. I asked the service *** if I could trade in my Jetta and to get a new pre-owned vehicle using the ***** as a down payment. The service ***resentative said it could be done and then handed me off to a salesmen. I explained to the salesmen my price range and that I wanted the *****'s trade in to cover any down payment. The salesmen asked a series of questions about the Jetta and then showed me a Sentra. I agreed on the ****** and was then brought to the finance manager to sign forms. After signing the forms, the salesmen gave me plastic bags to empty my Jetta. I handed the keys of the Jetta to the salesmen, then drove the Sentra off the lot that day thinking the transaction was completed. I received mail in September indicating that my license was suspended because the ***** was taken off of my insurance plan and the plates were never returned to the **** When I visited Napleton inquiring about the plates I was told by salesmen at the front door that the car would not be here anymore if it was traded in back in June. I had to ***ort the plates as missing to the *** to get my license unsuspended. In October I received a notification from ********* (the financer of the Jetta) saying I was behind payments on the Jetta. I contacted Ally and informed them the car had been traded in back in June and they informed me they had no record of a trade-in or payoff. I immediately went in person to Napleton. I explained the situation to a manager who told me there seemed to be a miscommunication with the purchase of the ****** and that there was no record on the paperwork of the ***** ever being traded in. The manager was able to find the ***** in the lot. I was scheduled for an appointment with another manager two days later. When I arrived to that appointment the staff was unaware as to why I was there or the nature of my appointment. I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved.Review fromCharles C

1 starLied about the car. Drove an hour only to find there was a problem. Told we had a warranty and it would be fixed. Got it home and found out it had a gasket leak issue. Drove another hour for a loaner car but they lied about that too. There was no warranty even though they said there was. *** would not return our calls. He lied to me and my wife and we have to pay $2400 out of pocket because he lied to us. He lied from the beginning, lied about the warranty and condition of the vehicle and he did nothing. We trusted him in the beginning now NO ONE there is returning calls. He blamed everyone else there except himself. He should be held accountable.
