      I was apart of the zelle scam. $600 was stolen from me. I called immediately submitted & constantly called to check on the status. Mind you i have NEVER used zelle in my life. Discover then admitted to having a system error & closing my new acct down after me having to close the hacked one. Now they are claiming that it was not fraud! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! they also admitted closing my acct was their fault yet i still have not been able to get my money from my husband who is over seas deployed due to their ignorance.

      I have been charged for Amazon Prime for years. I have tried to remove or stop. I finally got so mad I canceled my Discover card. They sent me a new card and I DID NOT sign or activate it. Refused any thing to do with Discover. They(??) sent the new number to Amazon Prime without my permission, I never activated it. I have a letter dated 6/28/2022 confirming closed account. This account ending in **** is being charged. I have made several calls. One person said the name of account is not me. I am still being charged, July after my June letter had a charge of ***** Latest bills due September 14th is for *****. My credit score is 825++ this is ruining my score.Please help.

      6 months ago in February 2022 I got a phone-offer that I won a new phone and would only have to pay the shipping amount, approximately $6.95. Then I was offered a product and stated that I would still get the phone if I didn't want the product. So I pressed NO on the tiny fine print and I am positive I declined the offer. They needed a credit card number for the shipping and that's where this all started. Immediately I called the DISCOVER card at ************** to speak to a manager and I reported this to be what I thought to be a scam and the man at Discover card said - yes it's a scam. He said that I needed to call their number before filing a dispute and he gave me another number for the company; MITTYPRODUCTS. I filed a dispute the next day after getting a busy signal from the company that scammed me. The person at Discover agreed that there were 2 charges of different amounts just under $90 dollars - one was $89.90 and the other $88.80. There was also a charge for $6.89 I presume for the shipping that never happened because I never received any phone or any item. Discover refunded the $89.90 charge but left the other 2 charges I had also disputed at the same time. So after much phone waiting I finally was able to talk to another manager and began a dispute for the $88.80 and the $6.89. The Discover manager said congratulations the other party had not replied after 6 weeks and I had won the dispute and would be credited on my account and that I would get a letter within 72 hours indicating as such. I didn't get any such letter but I did get my Discover statement in the mail that showed a credit of $88.80 and $6.89. But if I hadn't checked my online account I still wouldn't know for another 30 days that the Discover card management wrote a letter saying they reviewed all documentation and had reversed the temporary credit.       Date of transaction: July 21 Amount of Transaction: $163.69 The business has promised that card holders will never be liable for unauthorized charges.They applied an unauthorized charge made online back on to our account, claiming that that appeared to be valid.Dispute Number: 748103772R ***** Police Fraud report number: 22-1227781 At about 9 AM on July 21, I was checking the balances of my various accounts, when I noticed a suspicious charge for airline tickets on my Discover card. In the next few minutes, (and before I had a chance to freeze the card) a second suspicious transaction appeared from Super One Foods in **********, **. At this point, I immediately froze the account. When the two charges posted, I disputed both of them. I also filed an identity theft fraud report with the police department in *****, ** which is where we live, and where I assumed the fraud had taken place. The Super One charge was removed, and a temporary credit placed on the account pending investigation. On August 23, which was the closing date for the August billing cycle, the Super One charge was reapplied! Their rationale (if you can call it that) was that they have received new information from the merchant and after reviewing the new documentation weve determined that the transaction appears to be valid. I WANT THIS CHARGE REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT.

      Discover lost $16,000 of mine. I mailed two certified checks to Discover Financial Services via **** Certified mail. I mailed those two checks on July 25th, tracked the delivery, and found that Discover received those check on August 6th. One check was for over $5,000. The other check was for over $10,000. I spoke to numerous customer service representatives the entire month of August. I have been hung up on while on hold as well. No one is willing to track my money down. Finally, one representative found that my $5,000 check was given to a strangers account. I was very upset to hear this. How COULD they! THIS was resolved immediately. HOWEVERAs of now, we are almost in September, and my $10,000 check is still missing. They will not help me find this check. I am not able to send another one, as this was a check from my mortgage company. I want this resolved so badly. They keep calling me to get payments, and I tell them about this every time. I dont know what to do. I spoke to numerous people in Leadership there as well.

      We got billed on our Discover card account ending in **** for Mcafee virus protection under Office depot around the end of last year. We disputed these charges as for one of our computers we had already paid it on-line with another credit card. Our other computer states we have no virus protection. Office depot could not tell us which computer the charges were for & neither could Mcafee. Just to get Discover to leave us alone we did go ahead & pay the $99.99 even though we do not have the coverage. I did write them at that time that we would not pay the late fees as the account was in dispute. We just received another bill with more late fee's now totaling $104.11. We did also in this letter let them know to make sure the account was closed. The account is in the name of ************************************************* @ **************************************************. Please help ** to get this resolved. We are not paying the late fees. Thank you ***** & ***************** home phone generic voice mail ************ ok to leave msg.

      I recently applied for a Business Credit Card for my Corporation and I was denied. The Bank said it was due to accounts reporting negative and multiple inquiries. The information that's on my consumer report is a result of identity theft. I did notprovide written permission or instructions for the identified transactions to be reported on my consumer report. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act. This account has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC ****. 15 U.S.C **** section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy.15 U.S.C **** Section 604 A Section 2: It also states a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish a account without my written instructionsIn accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Debt collectors are not allowed to communicate with me under the 15 USC 1692C
